Staff and Dr. were wonderful and compassionate. Was a difficult day having to euthanize my cat, but made the process less difficult.

They are one of the only clinics in the area that can see reptiles, and so I was extremely grateful when they were also wonderful to work with. They were up front about the visit costs, and their vet knew all the right things to check. When my cats need their annual exams, I'll be back for them as well.

I have a very old conure and was nervous about bringing him in to have his beak trimmed. The staff was amazing! They took such care to assess his overall health and were sensitive not to over stress him. It's hard to find vets that work well with birds so I strongly recommend Allentown Animal Clinic!

After having bad experiences with my previous veterinarian, I decided to try here. Even my anxiety ridden dog did well here, everyone is so patient and loving. I've had nothing but good experiences here and am so glad I switched to this clinic.

I'm grateful for the care given my animal but find the parking lot procedure to be a serious limitation to the care as it limits the proper relay of discharge instructions, medication instructions, information in general.

Couldn't care less I was desperate to find help ending an old cat's SUDDEN suffering (gurgling blood) because we didn't establish him as a patient 1st! 3wk wait!!

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. The miscommunication and misleading information from this place is unbelievable. They wouldn't even bring my dog back out to me when I told them nvm about the exam and instead tried to strong arm is into sticking with them for our vet... Do not go here, they will try to keep your pet even when you tell them nevermind and owe them nothing... If the secretary doesn't know their policies that's pretty bad, I think they need to retrain their staff.

Way over priced. Needed some surgery done they wanted to charge 2000 found a vet to do it for 500. LOOK AROUND
