West Valley Animal Hospital Allentown, Pennsylvania

I Love this vet clinic. The only problem i have ever had with them is that I moved to far away. Obviously That is not their problem but my own. They treated both of my pets with love on every visit and were always gentle.

West Valley Animal Hospital is by far the best in the area. Dr Hatchett and her staff are always kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. Dr Hatchett always takes the time necessary to explain things thoroughly and answer all our questions. We highly recommend West valley Animal Hospital.

Very caring vet with patience and understanding

Dr. Hatchett and her team are tremendous. Took my cat there and they treated him like their own. I strongly recommend this Vet Clinic for all your pet healthcare needs.

Took my cat, Whiskers for blood in her urine. First time she was at a vet. This place is legitimate and I will definitely use them again. Becky was very nice and Dr. Hatchet was very thorough. She even spoke with me on the phone for fifteen minutes. Only negative is I could not enter the facility due to Covid so my kitty had to be solo. Definitely good communicators and I felt very thorough and caring.

Everyone is so friendly and seems genuinely happy to take care of my pet. They treat exotics here too.

Dr. Hatchett is the most caring, patient, and experience vet in the Lehigh Valley! She took her time with my bunny Waffle in all his teeth trims (we go to her once a month) and all her staff are very friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone who’s in need of a vet (big or small) to her! She’s one of the few around here who does exotics and she is wonderful!

Love this place. The girls treat my puppies so well. They are great. I enjoy the fact I can go on line for all my dog’s info.

Great place to take your animals. We feel very comfortable taking our cat here, we know she is in good hands! Dr. Hatchett came highly recommended from one of my co-workers and we are happy we decided to go there for a second opinion. She is now the only person we want to take our cat to. Her prices are very reasonable as well!

Kind quiet place. Caring staff

Thoroughly pleased with the level of service and the way in which my pups interacts with individuals at this facility. Dr. Martha Hatchett is very patient and thorough while addressing concerns and/or providing recommendations. I also love the fact I can reference an emailed summary detailing my pups visit. Visits are reasonably priced.

Took my bunny there for annual checkup. The vet was professional and nice. They don’t charge or convince you for something that is not needed to treat. And new patient gets $15 off discount!

First time there with my Guinea pig and they were all very nice and very helpful with my Guinea pig!

Dr hatchett is amazing with rabbits!

My puppy injured his ear, and has had to have 2 surgical procedures. I have check-ups each week while he's recovering, but they are so kind and welcoming when I call and ask them to take an extra look (for which They don't charge me) They are always understanding when I call with numerous questions. They are gentle with both my dog's and I am thrilled to have them as our vet

This office is amazingly kind to both pets and pet owners. Especially when the end has come for your pet. Wouldn't use anyone else to care for our "family members".

Dr Hatchett was my very first vet. She was so gracious when she had to put my first cat down. I was just a kid but she made such a lasting impression on my whole family. Now I just recently rescued a dog and apparently I have come full circle and faced to face with Dr Hatchett once again. We both started out near Danilesville and now we’ve ended up down the street from each other near trexlertown. I’m thinking it’s fate. Not to mention I had an extreme rescue case that needed a ton of attention. The entire staff offered my baby more love and attention that I could ever ask for! They love it when we stop in and my dog actually LOVES going there! I’ve never had an animal enjoy a vet visit so this tells me a lot! I always say...trust your pet cause they are better in tune with their instincts then we could ever imagine!
