So hard to explain, but after several years as customers with our two dogs;. I would say lack of communication with office staff, techs, and vets is a real issue.????. I would hope for improvement, but maybe not a viable reality.

The vets, techs & reps here are top notch. My pets and I have always been treated with respect, patience, kindness and love. I will happily continue visiting Woodburn Pet Hospital for all of my pet checkups and ailments.

Dr Beth and her staff are awesome! She takes the time to explain to you what is going on with your pet. She is very caring in dealing with your pets. You cannot wish for better care for your pets. A big thank you to Dr Beth and her staff!

I come here for all my pets needs, reasonably priced and very happy everytime I leave! I like to pick up my cat and dog flea treatments here to bring home. Make sure to call ahead for you appointment and pull up to a spot and call to notify you are there with your pet for the appointment! They come right to your car and whisk them away. Mcdonalds is right next door if you need a little snack while you wait ????

I found a VERY sick kitten in my yard and had no idea what to do. I called Woodburn Animal Hospital and they jumped into action! I was SO impressed with the team there and relieved for this little kitten to be in such caring hands. They are truly angels and save sweet little lives every day. Cannot thank them enough ????

Extremely disappointed with service. Was a fan of the previous owner. Woodburn Pet Hospital is extremely over priced.

Great place! My dogs feel comfortable there. Friendly staff and know dogs by name.. sure it's written somewhere. But it makes the vet trip easier when the workers know their name. Great place would recommend.

I was referred to Woodburn Pet Hospital from a friend and I couldn't be more happier with all my experiences at the vet clinic. Although COVID 19 protocols makes it challenging as I cannot be in the exam rooms with my dogs, I know they are in great care. The staff are very polite and answer all my questions. Dr. Beth is phenomenal and she has always responded to my inquiries and concerns about my dogs. If I had any criticism about the pet hospital, it's the travel (since I live in SE Portland). It can be challenging to get an appointment but I've only experienced that challenge due to COVID in the last year. I don't regret the long drive, knowing my dogs will be in great care at their visits.

Grand Pet Hospital is very good people are so nice they help me carry things for me because I'm very old I always trust them with my animals I even bored my Goose there when I have to go on a trip I had to rush up to Forks Washington on Friday that would mean that my goosebuster who is cradled would have to be alone until I could get back to town on when on Sunday I knew I could leave him safely at Woodburn Pet I knew they would be good to him there I feel so safe when I have to go away and leave him there to be protected and taken care of

After bringing my dog here for six years and building a relationship between her and the vet we have been turned away in a time of crisis. I understand Covid-19 makes for a more difficult schedule but to be faced with an emergency and be turned away twice was disgusting. I’ve had to now find other vets that understood the severity of the issue and brought her in immediately but only after a long period of being turned away by Woodburn. I’m ashamed at how many recommendations I have given to this facility after the way I was treated by very unwelcoming staff over the phone. I hope you lose more long time patrons due to your attitudes and hopefully in results in a change in people working here.

Took our puppy here as soon as we got him and am so happy we found this vet. We are moving to Hawaii with our puppy which is typically a very difficult process and this hospital as well as Teresa has made it such an easy and clear process. If we weren’t moving I would never stop taking my dog here!

Hello my name is Lorenzo and I want to say that I am very Sad/Disappointed.. my Dog passed away 3 days ago and I don't know what to say for this place, the manager I talked to (She) was supposedly being very nice with me by saying sorry about my Dog, but I started explaining her that my Dog began acting strange after I took him to Vet with them (that same day), she got offended and started defending herself that her workers do a good job when it comes to handling the animals and I was just telling her to let the workers know to be more safe with gloves and handling everything else, because my Dog died of who knows what (I took him to the emergency hospital in Tualatin and they couldn't find anything wrong with him)- It makes me real angry tho the way the lady who is supposedly the "Manager" of this place handled my situation, she started saying I was offending her and threatening her for telling her workers to be safe with dogs because my Dog WAS very friendly an would like anyone, He was 3yrs and about to be 4 in 2 months... He was Healthy, Young, Strong! I trusted this place for over 3 years!, My dog had all the vaccines he needed to be healthy, I would always take him to this Vet here in Woodburn next to McDonalds. So I took my Dog because they had a vaccine discount for who knows what but it was recommended.. So I didn't hesitate on doing it especially because it was a discount thing they were doing.. Now I regret ever bringing my Dog to this Vet, I spent a lot of money with this vet place and I kinda feel like it's just a mask they have on to make you feel like they care to make you feel comfortable but in reality no one else would care more about your pet besides you, I also thing they changed the whole work team there because I don't see the old people that used to work there last year also I mean you can't go in cause of Covid but all the faces that come out to take my Dog in aren't familiar. I want to spread the word.. I have proof of what I'm talking about so don't think im going crazy towards this place and saying nonsense, I will never EVER bring another Pet here just for them not to care and speak with an ignorant manager telling me "you know what I was trying to be friendly with you by saying sorry about your loss, but I've had it with you telling me how to do my job, are you a Doctor?, Are you A Doctor?!?"-- If interested on listening to more of my story reacg me out to me by Gmail lebaf007.lb@gmail.com SO YOU DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY FOR A PLACE THAT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR PET, Rest In Peace Jake

We had an appointment and they told us to come in 15 minutes before our appointment so we could do some paperwork and they had us an hour for them to get the paperwork and they never came out to give us our paperwork or attended us. We soon left and 10 minutes after they called us to go back with free of charge for the appointment and they would attended us right away, when we returned they had us wait another hour and we left. Very bad attitude and lack of customer service.

My dogs have been patients at Woodburn Pet Hospital for almost a decade and I won't take my pups anywhere else. I've never had a negative experience with any of the vets, techs or receptionists. They've always treated my dogs as their own and my dogs aren't always the easiest. Even with covid19 they've been rockstars. Last year I adopted a senior Yorkie while I was on vacation to California, I knew she was in rough shape but I was determined to give her the best last year of her life. Thanks to Dr. Beth and her team she got just that. Even after several other vets recommended euthanasia, Dr. Beth never gave up on our little Devin. And because of that, Devin lived a happy and comfortable year. After years of neglect, Devin got to see what life for a dog is suppose to be. She got to enjoy all the holidays, she got countless pup cups from Dutch, she saw the beach, the mountains and many waterfalls, all things she wouldn't have been able to do without the help of Dr. Beth and her team. I seriously can not thank them enough for that. And I can't recommend Woodburn Pet Hospital enough! If you are looking for a highly skilled clinic with staff that care about your animal's health and well-being above all else, than Woodburn Pet Hospital is the clinic for you.

WARNING PLEASE READ THIS!!!! I took my dog to his appointment that had to get an exam and 2 Vaccines, after that same day he was very sad, depressed, wasn’t active and didn’t want to eat. I called them and they THOUGHT it’s was vaccines allergies but he get it every year and he’s been fine, they also THOUGHT it was the weather, but the week before I took him was 90 degrees and higher and he was still happy and active. They made me wait 5 DAYS and said if he’s not doing better then I have to pay for another exam to see what he has. On the 5th day I called and he was getting worst and I thought it was COVID, but the Veterinarian laughed and was telling me “That’s a good question, I don’t know, I don’t know if that can happen.” She’s the professional I’m not and she was telling me she doesn’t know!? Due to this pandemic I never let my dog have contact with other people, I didn’t take him in Public places or anything ONLY that day at his appointment. She really seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing and didn’t really help therefore as a result my dog had died and she never really told us what had happened that day what he had when they took the 1st exam and didn’t seem comprehensive.
