Took my puppy for a check up I told them my concerns they never checked her never told me what was wrong with her and returned her with fleas

My 14 year old Pekinese developed a flaky rash all over his little body. I suspected an ear infection as well. Sure enough…ear infections in both ears. And his nails! He hates his nails clipped. It took a few days for a new patient appointment, but on that day and in a few hours we had meds and his nails are clipped better than anybody has ever done. I don’t see any fleas on him or in our home, but we are told he has flea allergies which cause the skin irritation. Thank you Dr. Statter, Wooley does look much better even after only one day.

Went in to get some stores attended 2 on my dog and her nails clipped and they concentrated on her tease which was not why I went in the sores that I went in for. Zero attention neither did her nails did not get clipped seeing's how we cannot go in with our pet to consult the doctor during the examination is very unfriendly non-professional and obviously things get missed when the owner of the animal cannot be in the room during the examination absolutely give them a 0 for a score will never go back there again

This is a shout to Jessie! She is always so supportive, professional responsive, and compassionate not only to my pets but to my family. I'm beyond grateful to have her on my pet care team. Thank you for always going above and beyond :)

Been taking our d of to them since.he was 6 months old. This past week he was not doing well and tried to get him in this last Friday. Called and left voice-mail, but no return phone call. He ended up at emergency vet in Salem with massive infection and paralysis. Sadly had to put him down. He was only 5 years old and had been in perfect health! Emergency Vet said probably result of Leptospirosis. Regardless , it would have been nice if someone had even bothered to return my phone call. Really disappointed in these folks. They let me down big time!

We have been taking our pets here for nearly 20 years. Over the last year their service and care for animals has gone way downhill. We gave them the benefit of the doubt but after today’s experience I will not be returning. We called them this morning hoping to get our elderly cat seen. He had been having a seizure and then had really bad labored breathing. Unfortunately we knew he likely would need to be put to sleep with how bad he was doing and were doing everything we could to get him in somewhere so he was no longer suffering. When we called, we gave them the rundown and they seemed to not care at all. They said “oh well I’m sorry, we don’t have anything till Wednesday”. It was like they weren’t listening at all. I repeated myself and she just said “we don’t do emergencies, you should try an emergency clinic”. How they couldn’t take ten minutes to listen to him and say yeah let’s put him to sleep is beyond me. We did some searching and were able to get him to Newberg and they helped us. I’d like to point out this is not the first poor experience we have had recently. They tried to tell us our dog would need his eye removed a few months ago, without even really looking at him or reading his chart to know his history. We took him to a different vet and they got him patched up and oh guess what? He still has his eye. There was also another incident where they tried to say a growth on his tail was going to mean he needed to have it amputated. Took him for a second opinion and what does he have still? His tail. They seem to have little to no regard for animals at this point.

Me and my family have been going to them for most of my life! I have only recently been going to them with my own fur babies and have gotten extremely helpful and kind care every time.

I took my cat for vaccines, it cost me $300! That's outrageous , I wont return.

This place is fine just wanted to let you know that they don't take crisis's very well so I'm much better off just going to the e hospital for urgent care rather than a sit down appt, which isn't even sit since your not allowed out of your car.

Service with a big smile; job excellently done. When no one else would give our baby a chance to be looked at, they did.I believe my pet was even happy being there. A++

Dr Statter was so good with diagnosing my cat's problems! Dr Statter and the techs were so gentle with him, too!!!

The staff and Doctor were great. I would recommend bringing your pets here.

We took our dog in with a major issue. The vet was disinterested and dismissive, attempting to sell us an expensive and unneeded procedure instead of addressing the problem. When the problem worsened and needed immediate help we were told see another vet. I definitely will be seeing another vet. Permanently!!! Definitely would not reccomend this clinic!!!!

Always great staff. They have taken care of my pup (3) and cat (17) for years. As long as they're open I'll be going there.

They charge upfront to “secure an appointment.” Sleazy. I’m sorry but a pandemic is not an excuse to expect payment up front. There are vaccines on the way people. Disappointing and unprofessional. Owner should be ashamed of themself tbh...

I chose this clinic for a second opinion after using another clinic for almost 2 months. I cannot thank the Veterinarian and her staff enough! In just one visit, the mystery of my "itchy" Chihuahuas was solved! When the bill came, it was affordable and fair! I'm sold, the professional demeanor, thorough exam, tests and gentleness with the dogs, I have a new veterinarian and Clinic!

They had been my vet for the past three and a half years. I was happy with them. No problems I recently got two new kittens and called to make appointments to bring them in. I called and got a recorded message l, which was fine, but they didn’t return my call for over a week. When I was making the appointment they told me that I had to pay in advance. That is before I even come in. They wanted me to pay over the phone before I even could bring them in. It seemed odd to me. I never had problems with paying in the past. I called another vet in town and they were happy to have my business. Prices were better to with other vet. I was sad to leave, but it all left a bad taste in my mouth.

Mcminnville veterinary hospital saved my dog's life after a fire, years ago. I have brought my animals there ever since. Clean, welcoming environment, and compassionate and accommodating staff.

Our cat was hit by a car and was gone all night. He came home the next day in bad shape. We called a few places and Mac Vet Hospital saw us as soon as we could get there. Knowledgable, Friendly and very caring staff. We will be seeing them from now on. Highly recommended!

Have had bad experience with other vets in this area. Feel comfortable and so far very happy with McMinnville veterinary hospital. Great friendly staff and Dr was very attentive to my pet.

They were really wonderful when I had to say good bye to my beagle Meeka, now 3 years ago. Always a hard decision. I would recommend Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice instead of you can afford it. They come to your home, it was much better and less stressful for my other 2 dogs we said goodbye to May 2019.
