Very nice vet. The staff is top notch. They are very kind and thorough. And first appointment is free.

Horrible customer service, not caring or compassionate. I have been taking my pets to this vet for over 6 years and recently they have gone way down hill. They prescribed my dog pain medicine that was making him sick and when I called and asked about it they told me to keep giving it to him and that it was safe. Luckily I quit giving it to my dog before he died! when I called them and asked what to do, it took 24 hours for them to get back to me and then they told me instructions for a completely different animal that I had not called about. They didn't keep records from past test results which makes it hard to compare new results. They do not explain things well or give accurate estimates. They ran a test without my permission and then want to charge me after the fact. These tests were unnecessary and did not give any answers. Now they are denying my pets prescriptions that I paid for. Do yourself and pet a favor and go to a different vet.

Covid or not you should still show compassion for end of life services. Not allowing pet parents to be with their family members during euthanasia is ridiculous. They didn't live with you for over a decade.

After 4 months of waiting I was told that my appointment was canceled on my behalf. Thanks for nothing. Unprofessional and unreliable.

Probably the most experience I have ever had with a vet. They don't give you scientific or correct medical advice, they say I don't know a lot, I gave specific symptoms and yet they don't know. They just wanted my money and kept saying to try this and try that. I will not be returning here, and if I was you, I wouldn't take your pet here either. Biggest regret of my life.

My daughter, who is just starting to adult, brought her cat in for an exam. Daughter was told to stay in her car (!) while they took the cat. Vet or assistant who communicated (from a distance) with my daughter about issues and fees (which kept changing) were rude and didn't explain so that daughter could understand the process or fees clearly, and actually talked down to my daughter and made her feel stupid for not knowing how things work (even though it was her first time!). We will certainly NOT be bringing any pets back to this location. Care given was adequate, but staff is rude. Do not recommend.

The employees were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and very caring. They provided great service with great communication throughout the process. Their prices for Spay and Neuter are great.

We always get the best service, the staff cares for all our animals (even when we bring all three at once!) and ensures we are fully informed so we can make educated decisions about our animals care. Thank you!

We got our dog spayed at low cost here! It was literally 6-8x cheaper than what my family and friends are being quoted at their vet. It was a long wait for the spaying appointment (because I’m sure they’re doing many) , but well worth it! We are so thankful. They were kind, and called to check up on our girl, and provided answers and advice for all our questions. We are very thankful for their work and services, and have nothing but great things to say!

We like this hospital because they support PAWS Animal Shelter. Any animal hospital that works hand in hand with an animal shelter is virtuous in my eyes because they walk the walk and talk the talk - they aren't in it just for money. They sincerely care about the lost, sick, homeless and abandoned ones. God bless them! These three kittens found forever homes and were adopted from PAWS Animal Shelter because they were neutered at Village at Main!

Great vet! Right by our house. Got us in really quick and very responsive to phone calls and emails. The staff and doctor is super nice too!

Came here to get my cat neutered. Over all, they did a fantastic job. I just wish they lady I talked to on the phone was a bit more upfront about the pricing. I was told one thing on the phone, and after I come to pick him up, a completely different price all together. I suppose it's not a big deal, just wished for a more accurate price. Would recommend to people, just that you get a double checked price at the door.

I have been to many of the veterinary hospitals in the Portland metro over the years and had mixed experiences in all of them until finding Village At Main in Wilsonville. There is no up-sell of services and a very knowledgable and loving staff. We are treated like family, every time. Unbelievably, my dogs love going there, which says a lot about our visits. Can't recommend them highly enough.

My American Bullies are Service Animals. Aside from their value to me, they are my children. I followed one of the vet's to this pet hospital. Only because she knows my dogs and she truly cates for them.

Amazing staff. Had an emergency, new to the area, got my baby in right away. Took fantastic care of him. ❤️ Customer for life now!

our new favorite vet! I brought in my kitties hazel and mabel to get spayed and the staff and service was amazing. kind and understanding, we will continue to bring our girls / future pets here. they even called to ask how they were doing afterwards - thanks for taking such good care of our girls!
