My only complaint is at check out it would be nice to be offered a bag or asked if I wanted one. Even if I have to pay extra for it. Instead of leaving all my items scattered around the counter where it was scanned and making me have to reach around that plastic divider and collect all my purchases. Other than that they do great.

They are great and helpful with the curbside delivery. I would highly recommend this service. Also, the staff is always extremely friendly.

The store was very clean compared to other pet stores I've been to. It was easy to find what I needed as all the aisles were labeled really great. The cashier was sweet and kind. I'll be back for my kittens needs.

Worst experience ever with the grooming department. Staff was definitely found at the bottom of a trash can.

Awesome staff. Generally never out of stock of anything and super willing to go to the back to get it if asked to or help move stuff to the checkout. 12/10

They were friendly. And my wonderful pit got to walk around and pick a toy. Allowed us to feel welcomed. Had lil station just in case the pet pottied. And it did.
