Excellent assortment for Christmas gifts. Very helpful and competent staff. Convenient, easily accessible location.

The brand of dog food I wanted wasn't carried in this store, but I was able to get a different brand that hopefully will work for my sick dog. I will shop at this store again because it is the closest pet store to where I live. And the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Great! Had appt. with Vetco for the dog rabies shot. Super simple, the vet check in quickly at the back of the store, weighs him, vet looks at records asks about general health, then gets his shot. Easy process, thanks!

Snakes were kept in such an incorrect way it was endangering the health, safety of the snakes. Yes snakes not snake. Any snake owner with a little bit of knowledge knows basic humidity and temperature and THAT YOU ONLY KEEP ONE SNAKE PER TANK, not 4 snakes in a small tank.

They're doing their best with what little help they have. The food was luke warm when it arrived at the table, and the service was slow. Not the server's fault, it was just understaffed and it showed. I hope the managers take their server's needs into consideration, and get them the help they need to provide a fine dining experience.

The staff here is exceptionally knowledgeable and very kind. It's very convenient to my home and I know I can run up there and get what I need fast.

The Whole Foods for the pet-set. If you can afford it, high quality food and supplies. Friendly staff, and Banfield! Take your dog! Hell, you COULD even take your cat! Take your hamster! I don't care what you do! Stop asking me for permission! I'm not your keeper! If you take a kid with you, the bird and beast selection will act as a small zoo. Kids love it.

My girlfriend was just at this store to buy two fish for her daughter. Some guy named Sean decided that he thinks he knows everything about fish and refused to sell her fish because the tank was a gallon or two smaller than the recommended tank size. Get home and google recommended tank size and the tank is fine for goldfish. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Sean needs to either be fired or re-taught how to talk to customers, and if he is going to try to up sale tanks he should make sure he actually knows what he is talking about. We will be shopping at pet smart from now on.

The Petco in the Tigard Promenade is a great local shop that has a very good selection for being a satellite location. Most common items needed by pet owners are usually in stock. It is very easy to see from the road and there is more than ample parking. But what really sets them apart is that home-town feel and friendliness that everyone has!

I rely on this store for refillable cat litter. They used to have cats for adoption but since covid 19 they are not there. The customer service is always great.

This store was clean and the staff was friendly. However, there was no organization whatsoever making it extremely difficult to find anything without wandering through the entire store. Thankfully it's a small store. Seriously though, why is there dog food spread out all over the entire store? It was in the cat food, the fish area, everywhere.

I usually love Petcos, but I have had a couple of bad experiences with one of the managers here that will keep me from shopping at this location. An older man has checked me out a couple of times at this store and has been incredibly rude to me. One time I was price matching an item and he swore up and down that he could not match the price because it was on Petsmart's website. I pulled up the Petco price match policy on their website that says they can price match any other large retailer up to 50% off the price. The difference was only a few dollars, and when I mentioned that I had price matched at this location before he rolled his eyes and me and told me I must've been thinking of a different store! When I finally got a little fed up, he said "Fine, well I guess I can do it this one time. But I'll probably get in trouble for it." I felt embarrassed by my simple request and I shouldn't have had to! Another time he refused to let me return an item because their particular store did not carry the item. The Petco return policy on their website says you can return an item to any petco store across the country. I even had the receipt with me, and he still wouldn't let me return it. Overall I'm incredibly frustrated and upset with his rude and dismissive behavior. I try to be nice to every retail worker and I usually love Petco, but I will not be shopping at this location because of his behavior again.

It's a Petco. I was happy they had what my only so-so McMinnville doesn't. Their associates actually wore their masks correctly too. Kudos!

Lots of pet food and gear. Grooming available. Pricey.

Products were available and ready to pick up in a little over an hour. An Petco employee brought the things I purchased right out to the trunk of my car.

You need more cat toys. Statically speaking there are more cat owners than dog owners and all of your stores favor dogs over cats, I do not care what your research states. I may have to start going to Petsmart
