Banfield on Barber has rescued us twice by getting us in in a timely manner, making it easy to get our pet needs addressed, and affordable prices. I recommend it.

After initially scheduling a 0745 am appointment weeks in advance, I received a call the day prior to the appointment, asking to move it to 0945 am with no reason as to why. I agreed, although we had chosen an early appointment time on purpose for work schedules. At the appointment (which was scheduled for in room, not drop off) we asked how long it should be. We were told 3-4 hours because the doctors were scheduled for multiple surgeries and unavailable. This did not align with either of our schedules and was now egregiously past the original 0745 am appointment time. We had traveled 35 minutes for the appointment and we’re told we could wait 3-4 hours or reschedule. We have had Banfield plans for about 4 years, and have three plans in total. That’s about $175 every month for vet services. When we asked why it was going to take so long, we were met with attitude and unprofessional customer service. It’s fair to say we’re disappointed and won’t be returning to this location.

Good with customer pets. Very caring. Very spendy cost for things. But customer service and pet treatment is a plus

Had appointment at 10:15, for exam and pedicure for Bear my dog. Told me Bear would be done 1ish, got my dog back at 4:30pm, pedicure was 3/4 done and what was done still sharp after we asked for them to be rounded, charged us $19.79 for an incomplete job when the grooming department at pet smart is literally 25 ft from them and does a great job and charges $15, all that upsets me but what really pisses me off is my dog urinated almost orange urine and drank approximately 12 cups of water without stopping when we got home. I don’t know if he got any water for the 6 1/2 hours he was in your care. You should be ashamed, Bear didn’t deserve this. I know nothing will happen from me sending this but maybe I can make sure it doesn’t happen to another family member.

I was told two days ago, when I made today's appt, that the neutering was included in the puppy plan I bought. Yay me!!! After checking us in today, the gentleman said there would be a $376 charge for the neutering. Apparently, there are two puppy plans, and the one I chose did not include the neutering. Fair enough. But I had to be there at 7:15 in the morning because the scheduler couldn't do her job better. I won't be going back. **************************** UPDATE *********************************** So, as you can see by their reply to my review, they didn't even bother to read the review, just just posted a form-letter reply based on the words puppy plans. Another reason not to be impressed with this business.

Great friendly staff. The Banfield brand offers the best veterinarian service in my opinion and the wilsonville location is no exception.

I really like Banfield and Dr.Marca especially! They really care for my kitten Bandit and just really try their best to help him! I recommend Banfield to all Pet owners! The Wilsonville location is great and almost everyone there remembers Bandit and I are. Their care is exceptional! ????

Asked a simple question of one employee, woman behind the counter interrupted to speak down to me and give a condescending response, only to be proven unknowledgeable by another employee 10 seconds later. Definitely wouldn't trust these people with my animal.

So few years ago they were great but now I've called twice and the doctor there never called back when it came to my pet. I've been paying the insurance for over 3 years and for them not caring anymore on returning calls is not acceptable, I will now go make a call to the insurance company and file official complaint. Always check your pet before and after with actual video to document your pets health and always research the meds they give, if I hadn't done so, they would of killed my pet.

I would give negative stars if possible. Horrible customer service. A large red headed guy checked me in and said he would be right with me. I was the only person waiting. They didn't call my name or anything, guess they were to busy notice...the only person waiting while there was one appointment.

I've been stuck in a Wellness Plan and finally it's over!!! So now I can say what I've been wanting to say for a long time - Banfield of Wilsonville is the worst place to take your pets in my experience - and I've had a lot of experience with veterinarians in my life. The only kind and genuine, truly professional person there was a tech named Ashley who to my dismay no longer works there- she probably finally got wise to the horrible management - Cindy the Manager in particular - and left to find a real veterinarian hospital. Cindy was the most unprofessional, nasty, uncaring person to run anything much less a place where you take your fur babies for help. She should be running a car wash instead. Anyway, beware of this factory - they have no concerns for your actual pet, just the MONEY they can get from you.

In the last weeks I have spent quite a bit of money while doing yearly vaccinations for two of my dogs, 1 still a puppy (which I put on one of their packages. For my 2nd dog they gave him a vaccination, which is a two part vaccination. Now, remember he was just seen and had quite a bit done to him. But, upon making the appointment for the second dose.. They want me to pay the Vet Fee all over again. That adds almost 45.00 dollars to this appointment which will take all of two seconds. He was just seen by the vet. So is this fee really needed??? Now, I am not sure if a package with , Banfield is such a good idea:(

After being treated horribly by the Salem Banfield, this office regained my confidence in their services. Completely different attitude, experience and service than I received from Forrest (the manager) and his employees, at the Lancaster Ave location.

Brought my ailing cat to this location. The staff was kind, caring, and thankfully very realistic about his chances. He didn't make it, but they did everything they could and were helpful every step of the way. I'd recommend them to anyone.
