PetSmart Tualatin, Oregon

I took my sister's dog here to get her nails done and the store was in great shape and very clean and the shelves were stocked and service was great however in The Grooming Department I feel like I received better service before in the past. It was just because the groomers were not very professional or friendly by the way they approached me and my sister's dog. I will say that they did a good job and that's why I'm giving the higher rating but they definitely could work on better service in The Grooming Department.

Have a pet? Be smart and go to PetSmart. They have pet things. Like food. And also toys. And also pets.

For having so many people there working they always seem short staffed. No matter how long the checkout line is I have never seen them open a second register. Any time I have a question they always have to go find someone who knows the answer. They have a wide selection though even if it a tad overpriced.

Finding our dog’s food has become pretty difficult lately. Thanks supply chain issues! Luckily, Casey at PetSmart was able to help me determine whether they had the food in stock (they did!) and gave me the sku to order for curbside pick up. Thanks so much Casey! You made our day!

Luna and Eve completed their basic course this past weekend and it was such a wonderful experience. Can’t thank trainer Joe for all of the great work. Our girls have learned a lot ( and us humans too )! Looking forward to intermediates!

Took our sheepadoodle for her first cut at petsmart with a groomer named Polo. Before even greeting her he trapped her lip and pinched it. She cried out and writhed back and forth while she squealed louder than I have ever heard her cry. He explained that he had to hold her lip to trim her face. He proceeded to do this 3 more times while my kids and I comforted her. This is my first dog, I didn’t know what was normal. This was not normal! I went back to my car and quickly researched (my kids were in the back crying about what just happened, and worried for our pupper). It is normal for a groomer to gently hold the hair of the chin while cutting the face, not to pin in her mouth! He just kept saying she must be really stubborn, but she isn’t, she is an extremely well behaved dog. After reading advice from other groomers I went and picked her up, sopping wet. This person should not be working with animals!

PetSmart always gives me a good feeling going in and when I leave I have always been able to find what I wanted. Reasonable prices. Clean store with plenty of stock.

PetSmart is my "go-to" for everything pet related. It always has what I need. Grooming is the best! My groomer was super friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend PetSmart!!

Sometimes theyre out of crickets but usually have what you need at a reasonable price for what it is.

We just adopted our Zozo and went here for all our needs. Prices but what keeps me coming back is the affordability and care of our Zozo at Doggie Day Camp/Care.

This daycare is disgusting on so many levels. Never ever take your dog here for daycare, they do not care about their animals or their staff. They are abusive towards their animals and will not rush them to the vet during an emergency, letting a dog sit in a dirty kennel while it could possibly be bleeding out. I myself work at an ethic doggy daycare, even with the smallest scratch or puncture we take every precaution and would never ever leave one employee to watch all the dogs. Then degrade her when a dog fight happens. Tissue and mussel showing is a serve emergency. This makes me sick to me stomach and my heart goes out to the family that was subjected to this attack and now have to live with it for the rest of their lives. F you pet-smart. Oh ya and they also let their employees work with Covid and ring worm so stay safe out there. Don’t give them your business and surely do not trust them to care for you babies.

Some of the commands that I follow best are 'leave it', 'drop it', and 'this way'. I even learned a new command, 'off' to keep me from jumping up on people. And I am always excited when I get out of the car and walk into Pets Mart".

This is the only place I can find a good selection of canned cat food, so when I'm going to Tualatin, I always stock up.

Do not take your pet here for grooming here! We took our dog in, did a consult with their employee on what we wanted, they looked him over and said that was fine, and then did a hatchet job on him. They did not follow any of our asks and completely shaved him. The shave was uneven with long hairs all over. We also asked them to give him a flea bath. They said he didn't have fleas so they decided not to give him the bath. We picked five off when we got home. Save yourself and avoid a hatchet job on your dog. I added before and after photos.

Went into store to buy fish, rang the bell, lady with pink hair shaved on the side came. She said masks were required, and handed me one and then walked off to answer the phone. I wont shop here again.

Joes class was amazing and my Ziggy boy learned a lot. He graduated his beginner class yay

Joe is amazing! Priya has greatly improved in her behavior after taking the beginners course.

Absolutely disrespectful employees who don’t listen and yell at you when they think they are right over the costumer. Little do they know the customer is a vet and has 3 vets in the family.

I love the animals, pet smart has relatively good pricing on small pet items

Grooming department : Took my golden doodle 2x and completely shaved him off . Third time Tried scheduling a bath and brush completely wasted my time . Thanks .

A bit delayed with my review, but I wanted to make sure I posted it… Murphy took the beginner training class with Joe a few months ago and the results are amazing! She is so much calmer and her basic commands are on point now all thanks to Joe’s teaching style. We would love to make time to take the next available intermediate class when time allows.

This facility is very clean, the staff is very friendly and our pet comes home healthy and happy. GREAT place for your pet to stay while you’re away!

He graduated intermediate class tonight! We learned so much from Joe. This class covers a lot of material in just 6 weeks. However Joe breaks everything into simple steps and offers help throughout. My dog and I are looking forward to taking more classes here.
