First I'll say that the people are very nice. I liked that my dog was not crated like regular grooming places as they multi-tasked multiple dogs. My dog looked good when he was done and was much less stressed then with prior grooming experiences. Unfortunately his underbelly/groin area had several cuts and scrapes that were raw. For 3 days he was miserable. I provided both feedback and a photo to Ken and again he is a very nice person. He followed up with the groomer and a received a phone message that she apologized if she hurt my dog. I paid $160 for this service (60lb Labradoodle with some matting) It was $20 more for what they considered heavy matting which I questioned but was willing to pay for. There was no offer of a credit for compensate for the injuries to my dog. I think that paying $160 and have a pet suffering for 3 days is excessive. We all make our own buying decisions and I let Ken know we would not be scheduling another appointment.

Ken just finished grooming all three of our dogs and he was such a professional! They look and smell so much better! We will definitely use Aussie again. Thank you

Aussie Pet Mobile (SW Portland) did an excellent job (cut, bathe, groom, nails) with our "fraidy-cat" Annie. Service was very friendly, professional, efficient, and fairly priced... will definitely use them again! ????

Today was Ridley's ( my Pekinese) first appointment with Aussie Pet. Theresa was absolutely fabulous. Ridley looked horrible since Covid-19. I tried some DIY Grooming and that was a desaster (lol) Thank you so much for your services, Ridley looks great and just loved her. I'm so excited we found our new groomer. ????

Our girl Bella is our puppy child. With that being said, Ken’s affection toward her put me right at ease. He was easy to schedule with and very organized and timely. Ken’s van is emasculate and state of the art. THE RESULT- Bella has never looked better! Her coat is so shiny and soft, and she looks like a real border collie. Ken did a fantastic job and I’m excited to have Bella on his regular rotation. I give the team 10/5 stars

There knowledge of dogs is amazing. Instead of having me cut my dogs hair to make more money they recommended I do not!! They are first class all the way!!!

Ken just groomed my long haired Maine coon cat and not only was he friendly and personable, he listened to what I wanted and my cat looks wonderful. I will use Aussie mobile grooming again. Thanks!!
