Our big Golden guy really loved INBARK and he made a hit with all the staff. They knew him well and they also knew my car. I have trouble walking and they were always helpful. We lost that great dog but we have a new puppy and he needs help socializing. Cindy & Destiny were quick to offer help with this puppy and he is getting what he really needs. INBARK leads to better dogs.

While my dog seemed to have a great time, the customer service from the owner was sorely lacking. I was about 3 minutes late to pick up my dog and even offered to pay the late fee as they publish this on their website. Unfortunately she was still very rude to me, telling me that she had things to do that night and people waiting for her. While of course as the owner, she has the right to treat her customers however she wants, we will never go back here.

This is an awesome place to board your dog for the day or even for an extended stay if you leave town. I used to board my 2 yr old German Shepherd there daily during work since I live in an apartment and dont like her couped up all day and barking. Inbark was really close to my work, like right around the corner and the hours I worked fit really good, working a 9-6pm. The staff is really friendly. They have a great facility and cater to most all breeds from what I can see. I dont board Zoe there daily anymore since I changed jobs and I get to take her with me most days, except in the summer when it's to hot. Other days, that I know I'll be busy all day and not able to give her the attention she needs...i like to drop her at InBark so she can play with her friends, run freely and get to be a dog. I know she will always be safe & secure there. I can't trust anyone from from WAG or some random dog walker or dog care person to care for my dog. If something were ever to happen to her, It would not be a good situation. Inbark is run very professionally. Cindy can seem stern at times and stick to her guns when your late or on her policies, but she has a business to run and she has set a standard. I believe she treats everyone fairly and she is passionate about her business and genuinely loves dogs and provides a great service at a fair & reasonable price.

The owner Cindy is very helpful and truly loves dogs. She is firm but loving to my sometimes hard to handle Standard Schnauzer. I love all the staff and always feel comfortable leaving my pup in their care.

Great place for your dogs. They are very well taken care of and have a good time with doggy friends.

Went here thinking it was just an indoor dog park. It's not. More like a boarding and vet place. Needed records to use the indoor dog park and pass a "test "

Best Darn doggy daycare and boarding facility. They do rooms, kennels, you name it and take great care of the animals. It is the only place my pet kids have gone since the day inbark opened. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Can't say enough good about them.

I would never take my dog here again. The employer, Cindy, treats her employees terribly. She treats them so badly I know for a fact they have lost at least 5 employees over only a 6 month period. She is very cold with her customers too, often being very harsh and unprofessional. I have seen one of the management staff fling dogs by their leash if they aren't walking correctly, causing some dogs to slam into walls. They allow dog aggressive dogs in with the general population, causing many fights to break out. There will be 40+ dogs in the park at one time with only one attendant to watch over them. There is always a constant smell of pee, some dogs are even wet with it and smell terrible by the end of the day. They will never get my business again and they shouldn't be getting yours.

Favorite place to take my standard poodle Winston when the weather is bad and I don't want a dirty dog!

I am sad to say that I believe this place serves as a holding pen. My dog's collar was visibly tightened by two inches! I picked up my GSP today, to my dismay, both the AM and PM staff members seemed unable to handle the high energy level of a GSP. She was not aggressive, just too much energy. They didn't mention what they did to her collar, so I got to wonder what they do to provide for high energy dogs? I teach kids and know that for high energy students there is a plan, and "trained professionals" to help implement. Even if someone contacts me about this post , I wouldn't take her back there. If you are looking for a fun day for your pooch, don't send them here, clearly I was not happy how they treated my dog or I. Perhaps the staff just needs some additional training.

Our girls love Inbark! They go once a week during the winter months and are always excited to get out of the truck to go play. We also use their boarding service frequently. Our 3 dogs are always well cared for by Cindy and her staff. We love it! We also highly recommend Cindy for Nose work training classes, she's a great instructor and our dogs not only have a good time and it wears them Out (always a bonus).

There's plenty of space for dogs to run around and have fun. A great affordable place for daycare and boarding.

The only place we trust leaving our dogs. Our dogs have been going to Inbark for years now and we can rest easy knowing they are safe boarded here when we go out of town. I love knowing they get to run around all day with their friends before being 'tucked in' at night. When we drop them off for daycare our pug screeches like he does when he's happy to see his people.

Love this place - almost as much as my dog! And they do hourly which I really like when I am going shopping nearby. Nice large, clean fun place for dogs to play.

Great grounds, great staff, and always a great experience for our dog. Each time we get about a block away, our dog starts wagging his tail. We park the car and he's ready to jump out. We bring him inside and he's ready to leave us, no goodbyes. His behavior shows us how much he loves Inbark.

InBark is a great place for pups. I love the concept; daycare, boarding and indoor dog park. For only having been open 6 months, I think they are doing a great job. Cindy, the owner, is very dedicated to her new business and it shows. She works countless hours and has a great staff. I first found InBark while researching boarding facilities. I have a boxer and a great dane that will be boarded over the upcoming Christmas holiday. With boarding at InBark, your dog is not confined to a kennel all day; they get to run around with the daycare pups. This is great for my great dane, but my boxer doesn't play nice with others...Cindy said this would not be a problem! They'll make sure to dedicate individual time to my boxer and also let him out into the park/daycare area while the daycare pups are on "nap time". How cool! My boxer will get all that space to run around and I won't worry about him getting into any trouble. I appreciate the rules and policies at InBark. They are right in line with ANY daycare/boarding facility. All of this information is on their webpage. If you are just bringing your dog to the indoor dog park, you too are subject to the rules and policies. You are bringing your dog to a business, not just a public park. The business has liabilities and they need to protect themselves and all those that choose to utilize their facility. Check out their webpage for the information you’ll need to bring with you the first time you bring your pup to InBark. They also have a Facebook page. It’s updated constantly and every now and then there will be specials advertised. The one thing I would love for InBark to add is a webcam so I can check in on my pup while she’s at daycare.
