I have a little rescue dog and she is very difficult to work on. Lucky Dog has always been so loving and understanding of that and take extra time to make sure Buttercup is groomed perfectly and make it a less traumatic experience for her. I can see the caring, patience and attentive attitude every time I drop her off and pick her. It just makes you feel so good to know that your sweet little dog is being taken good care of. Buttercup is definitely a people person and when at doggy day care, I can see in the cameras she just follows the care givers around wherever they go and gets so excited when they reach down and give her pats and scratches.

My dogs have come to Lucky Dog for many years. It's a great place for a young dog to socialize with other dogs and learn doggie "manners" from her peers in a controlled setting. The staff are educated and knowledgeable and they clearly love dogs. When I board my young dog with them, I'm confident that she will be cared for, cuddled, and have lots of play with other dogs while she's there.

I love the grooming services! I have a beautiful German shepherd rescue that gets the best, individualized, caring attention with McKenzie when it’s time to bathe and beautify ❤️

Laurel did an excellent job trimming my yorkie exactly how i asked for her to be trimmed. She is also every cooperative about making appointments convenient for me.

My dog cannot be groomed anywhere else! He absolutely loves it here and they know how to handle my crazy little pug who normally hates when people clip his nails or bathe him.

My dogs genuinely like going to LuckyDog, and that's not the case with other places they've gone for boarding. It's easy to tell what their rating is--they both run in the door! I also appreciate that LuckyDog has taken very good care of our "special needs" dog--with separation anxiety. She even lets them groom her (which is big).

The staff at Lucky Dog are amazing! They are extremely caring and attentive, treating each dog as an individual, getting to know all their "personalities" and needs. . There is such a wonderful atmosphere at Lucky Dog--so positive and enthusiastic. And they offer a full range of services--everything you could possibly want for your dog. I've gone to other doggy day cares, which were fine, but this is truly, off the charts exceptional! My dogs LOVE Lucky Dog--they run in, thrilled to be there!

My dog Lou came to Luckydog pretty timid and uncertain about the whole daycare experience. They expertly guided her and I through the process of slowing introducing the idea and building on positive experiences. Now, she happily jumps out of the car when we arrive. Adventure club is a really cool add on, and she comes home exhausted and happy every time.

Heather has been going for years and we also love the convenience of the groomer being on site. We love Jocelyn and McKenzie the groomer is awesome. I know Heather is in good hands every time I leave town.

We love Luckydog! They are very professional and our dog loves doing daycare here. The whole staff is attentive, helpful and friendly. I love that they come out and get our dog from our vehicle and that I have the ability to sign up for services online. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a safe and fun place for their dog to get wiggles out!

Our dog Feeny absolutely loves going to luckydog on the days I'm in the office. When I pick her up, she is all smiles and tail wags. A happy, tired pup. The staff are very sweet, trained in handling, and obviously love animals. While I haven't bought any of the food or toys they sell, it all looks top notch. They also have a spa-which is so wonderful. Luckydog is truly a one-stop shop when it comes to taking care of your pup. I am so glad my boss recommended this place! Other places in town might be comparable in price or cheaper-but do not come close to the level of care and kindness that luckydog has.

Had a grooming that went well , especially given that dog is 5 months old. Groomer did exactly as I requested and he looks good. Staff helped me out when I realized I needed to pick dog up early - that’s good customer service.

Since my first phone call, I felt that my little pug was receiving the royal treatment from Lucky Dog! I was looking for boarding and some daycare services and the entire process from orientation to a trial half day in the daycare went very smoothly. I was also impressed with the high standards for vaccinations and behavior that were required. I felt that my precious pet would be safe and well-loved. I highly recommend Lucky Dog to anyone looking for excellent services for their dog.

I literally cannot praise this establishment enough. They have been a HUGE help in ensuring my four-legged friend is well taken care of during my odd work hours. Every aspect of Lucky Dog is second to none and I cannot recommend them enough.

Best local dog and boarding place around. The care, dedication to process and love of dogs makes me feel jealous to take my pup here. The staff, technology and techniques with enrichment make me feel like my dog is enjoying themselves and learning. The overnight trundle bed spa night make the dog feel right at home! Best app and informative staff/website. The care they do during introduction meetings made me know I made the right decisions to go here!

Our dog Watson loves Luckydog. He really looks forward to the days he goes to daycare. He comes home happy and tired from playtime with his buddies. ???? What a wonderful place!!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Luckydog has been a life saver. The staff is friendly and love what they do. My Milo is so excited when he gets to go to day care. He plays so hard. I love being able to check in on him throughout the day with the webcams they have set up throughout their facility. Their enrichment program is so great I added an extra class each week. The day care cost is very reasonable. I can’t recommend it enough!

We have been taking our lab to Luckydog for a few years and I am always pleased by how much care they give to our fur-baby. My family boarded our dog for over a week during the record breaking summer and he developed a heat rash (which occasionally happens with him). They noticed right away and contacted us about it. They took care of him and sent us updates on this health, and by the time we picked him up he was doing fine and the rash was almost gone. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a safe place with a friendly & caring staff to give Luckydog Day & Night Care a try. I am confident you won't be disappointed.

I don’t often board our dog but when I do Luckydog is the only place I trust. They take amazing care of my fur baby. He is so pampered when he is there just like home. Thank you for caring for my little man.

We adopted a 13 week old puppy during Covid and realized as she got older that we needed a place for her to play with other dogs to expend some of her energy. We found Luckydog and it has been amazing. She goes a few days a week and plays with her friends and is much mellower during her at home days. Their overnight care is incredible too. We are so happy we have Luckydog in our lives!

We love, love, LOVE Lucky Dog! The incredible staff have been providing top notch care to our silver labs for over a year now and the twins (River and Shadow) have greatly benefited developmentally and socially as a result of their wonderful attention and expertise. The boys have participated in the enrichment program, grooming, overnight stays, and adventure club—in every situation, we have been impressed with the care and commitment from the Lucky Dog staff. They have also been instrumental in helping us provide essential puppy socialization during Covid lockdowns. Without reservation, we would recommend Lucky Dog to anyone looking for an outstanding day care experience or exceptional overnight care for their dog.

Staff is very upbeat and responsive to my dogs needs. All staff members have a great, positive attitued - you can tell they really care about the dogs. Also, Lucky Dog is veery good about informing clients about any ongoing or emerging issues impacting the well-being of the dogs.

We have been customers of Lucky Dog almost since its inception more than a decade ago, and it is certainly an outstanding dog day care and boarding facility; indeed our black lab (Coal) attests to that as he is always so excited whenever we arrive at Lucky Dog. After Dee Dee Fasquel purchased the business several years ago, it has only gotten better. She goes out of her way to address the needs of her customers even, as sometimes occurs, on short notice. She has significantly improved the facility, providing more activities and comfort for the dogs, expanded the grooming section, and enhanced the live cam viewing of the dogs by their owners during the day. She has also increased opportunities for her staff, thereby decreasing turnover, always a challenge in this type of business. Indeed, her team is among the finest and most knowledgeable and caring of dog handlers anywhere, especially her two supervisors, Jocelyn Ruf, Guest Services Coordinator, and Stacey Lambert, Day Care Manager and a certified positive enforcement dog trainer. We give Lucky Dog our highest and best recommendation and Coal gives it four paws up!

LuckyDog Day and Night Care is a dream come true for dog owners. They are the best place to spend your dollar on dog care, and they are some of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet! Our dog, Leo, is a fear-responsive & space reactive rescue pup who is terrified of human strangers. The orientation & half day visit allowed LuckyDog to become acquainted with Leo’s strong fear-responsive behaviors. They tailored his experience to accommodate that, but they also encouraged him to put his best paw forward. By his 3rd or 4th visit, Leo is excited to see the trainers and is scrambling towards the door to meet his furry friends. LuckyDog truly helped our fearful rescue pup get out of his shell and trust the good behavior of others. Leo is a different pup because of LuckyDog — we are extremely grateful!

Our two girls are always happy to come to Lucky Dog and the staff is so professional and responsive!

Luckydog is awesome! The staff are caring and flexible, and many enrichment activities are offered to meet the wide range of energy levels of different breeds. Knowing that my pups are getting the best of care allows me to relax when out of town. Frankly, I think the pups like Luckydog better than home. ❤️ The pups also appreciate being able to keep up on their favorite Animal Planet shows when staying overnight. ????
