Everyone was easy to deal with. For. My retired budget I would really have appreciated a senior discount on the x rays they gave my dog. But while my dog is still recovering , I believe my dog is doing better.

They really care about you and your pets.

Was a client with this clinic for over 8 years. After consecutive times of effectively being "blown off" when I was asking for a simple consultation I went and found a new vet. One phone call later I was able to get an appointment on a reasonable date. Since they clearly have no loyalty to their long term customers you shouldn't have any loyalty towards them.

Top notch vet, and I have had many over the years. Professional & highest recommendation!

They are so kind and caring with my fluffy baby.

Told them 3 times my cat had breathing issues before she was brought in for thyroid check up, but they just did a blood draw and never checked her obvious breathing issue. Called back to have her in to be rechecked and some rude person said sorry you'll have to go to the ER. Then after that, they still refused to see her based off info from the ER. She lived for 5 weeks and 2 days after that and in that time they called 3 times to check on her when I no longer needed them and found care elsewhere. I'm very disappointed that this place was so busy they didn't take the time to notice, even after making them aware, that my cat was breathing strange. They just shuffled her in and out.

It's difficult when you can't be in the clinic with your pets but Dr Rosen stayed on the phone with us discussing treatment options until we came to a decision. I think my pups are in good hands.

My go-to animal health experts. I have 3 cats, 1 dog and Cascade Animal Clinic treats all of them.

My large dog has not had good experiences with veterinarians. She has been very reactive and had a lot of trouble, so we needed to be with her to try and keep her calm. Due to the pandemic, this office has been seeing patients sans their owners, but they were happy to work with us and see both dogs, at the same time, in their back yard. The little dog needed some serious ear cleaning, which they handled very well, and they were able to work with the larger dog and give her a really positive vet experience, which she desperately needed. I am almost looking forward to the next time we take her in!

I have absolutely had a fantastic time taking my puppy Ember here. She's goes in excited, and comes out excited, and the customer service is absolutely amazing! They always make me feel welcome and I never stress whenever I bring her in. Plus their services are so affordable! I will absolutely continue to bring my baby here, and recommend this clinic to my friends in search of a good vet.

Curb side service was ok. They are a little expensive compared to other smaller clinics. Could of explained the medicine options better, or list options at that are easier to administer. Had to return to do shot option. On antibiotics.

The staff was amazing! My dog had an emergency and I showed up right after they had closed. They were kind and opened the door for me and were willing to help me. They helped my dog so quickly and were amazing. I was very impressed and I left with their business card. Thank you for helping my dog and understanding. It’s nice to find a place that truly cares for pets. The vet was great!
