They were awesome and went way out of their way to help when I needed to bored my dogs in an emergency.

Bailey has been going there since he was 3 months old and he's a year and a half old now and loves everybody there he comes home clean and happy and tired

We love to take our boys to Wags! The love them like they are their own! The training sessions are all positive training only. The daycare is amazing, they come home happy and all tuckered out. The crew is kind and compassionate! Can’t say enough!

Great place to take you dog to burn off some energy! They have an outdoor area, too, which not many places have (at least that I have found). Staff is great, smells pretty good, and my dogs always come home happy.

I mean what's not to love? Our 3 y.o. border collie mix is in heaven at drop off every single time. We've used Wags for training, daycare and boarding. Their philosophy of positive reinforcement keeps our dog happy. We are so grateful to have them in the area!

They are the best! They did a fabulous job of training my 9 month old Siberian Husky. She absolutely LOVES going there. Excellent customer service and the trainers are top notch

My dogs loved it! They couldn't wait to get inside. We had never left them overnight without people around. Highly recommended!

I have been coming here for a few months now. On days that me and my partner are both at work, we drop our pup off. He is always exciting to be there. They take such good care of him and have been more than accommodating. I cannot recommend Wags enough, they are wonderful.

Mike is the Worlds best dog groomer. Oddie loves him and we will never go anywhere else.

We've only been here a handful of times so far but have had a great experience each time. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly love dogs! Parking is adequate. Location is convenient and easy to get to. They have a great combination of things the dogs can jump up on, go through, climb on, etc. The is an "outdoor" area. When we pick or dog up, she is SO exhausted from playing so hard. She can barely keep her eyes open on the way home. She has the best time. I try to sneak in and peek through the window to watch her and she's always having fun. I recommend!

So happy with Wags in ALL aspects! The facility is always kept neat, odor free, and the dogs have a nice outdoor area to get some fresh air. The staff is absolutely amazing with their customer service and just giving my dog endless love and making sure they are safe most importantly. (They also post pictures on Instagram and Facebook almost daily and I catch a glimpse into my pups day which is awesome) My dog is always so happy when we pull Into the parking lot because he knows he's about to have a blast with his friends and I leave feeling great/ worry free!

So happy with the new groomer at Wags, Michael, and the haircut he gave our labradoodle! We have tried a few different places, but the value and quality of the cut has never been right - either I've had to leave my dog for hours in a place where I can only assume he ends up spending most of the day in a kennel, or the quality of the cut has been hit-and-miss. Michael listened to my requests, offered his input, and did an amazing job - our doodle has never looked quite so handsome! He was ready on time and looking great. The fact that he loves coming to Wags to play is such a bonus too - I can book him in for a groom and playtime on the same day, so despite having to endure a salon experience he can also have a fun day playing with his friends. We use Wags on a regular basis and will continue to do so - both for daycare and grooming! Excellent service, with such caring and skilled staff. Thank you!

It's a nice facility, but we were *truly* unimpressed with the staffing and pricing model at Wags. We were originally quoted $75 a day over the phone to board our two dogs after completing a $10 per dog evaluation. It wasn't until I picked the dogs up from the evaluation I learned it was actually almost $100 a day for boarding at this location. The Sherwood location charges different prices for the same service, apparently. Pricing model aside, we should have been quoted the correct price when we called. Additionally, we were prompted no less than 3 times about their needing vaccination records after having already sent them. It's absolutely appropriate for this facility to need them, but there is clearly no articulated process staff to collect these records after a client sent them. The icing on the cake was their staff member's acute rudeness about our choice to use prong collars. We were greeted passive-aggressive disapproval over the choice to use these collars on our dogs, one of which is a therapy dog. My council to Wags is this - it is neither your place nor your prerogative to interject your opinion on the tools we use to train our animals, especially seeing as we did not seek out training services from your facility.

We've been taking our dogs to Wags for over a year now and are super happy still. We've boarded them for multiple days, and take them to daycare. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly, and they're great at dealing with my dog who can have a bit of an attitude - still letting him play, but keeping everyone else happy!

They took great care of our babies while we were out of town. Will definitely be back.

Wags is amazing! We have taken our dog to several other dog daycares/hotels, and Wags is the absolute best! They made us feel completely comfortable leaving our dog with them for the day or even overnight. Even though our dog has major anxiety, he seemed so happy when we picked him and dropped him off. He has never acted excited going to daycare..that says a lot about not only this facility, but also the staff! They listen to your concerns, and they make sure that your pup is comfortable, safe, and having fun! Keep up the great work!

My puppy loves company. My little Lukas is a chihuahua mix and bringing him here has calmed him down immensely and he sleeps so hard after a long day playing. I highly recommend you trying this pet sitter business for your active ????

Did a good job. I did tell them my dog does not like getting haircuts and is difficult when trimming nails, the lady told notes and said all would be fine. I picked up my dog , he looked great. Though the nails were not grounded and still felt jagged. The receptionist also took a long moment to tell me how inpatient and a little difficult my dog was and tried really hard to upsell me on dog day care the whole time. Don't tell me what I already explained to you before the cut, I see you trying to guilt trip me into a bigger tip.

Wags is amazing! They are always extremely accommodating with drop in visits and I love bringing Crix to play.

Great place to bring your furry friends for a play day or even for a long term stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful and most of all, they love dogs! While they're there you can have your dog bathed, have their nails trimmed and so much more. Dogs aren't kenneled all day, they are free to run around and have fun with their new friends. Plus there's separate play areas for small and large dogs, or even just for dogs who are more chill. Wags is Awesome, you're gonna love it as much as your dog will!

I have had so many excellent experiences with Wags and their staff. I have referred many people to use their daycare and boarding services and I am so impressed with how well they maintain a positive and controlled environment.

Our two Jack Russells have been going to Day Care at Wags for a few months, and we have boarded them twice now (each for more than four days). The staff is very friendly, the dogs come home exhausted and clean (compared to other day cares we've been to where they come home very dirty with other dog's urine on them...). They also work with our dogs to help them integrate with others, which has been peace of mind for us since we know they are a bit much to handle sometimes! Would definitely recommend!

Our energetic German Shepherd comes home exhausted, clean and happy every time. I very rarely write reviews but I wanted to give Sherwood Wags the kudos that they deserve!

Unfortunately both times our dog was boarded at Wags she came home sick. The owner is very kind, but we can no longer trust keeping our dog at Wags.

We are so lucky to have found Wags! Cassie and her crew are so good to our (very needy) dogs. With every experience we have had here Wags has gone above and beyond to care for our babies as if they were their own. Our dogs always come home so happy and exhausted- every parent's dream. Thank you, Wags for loving our crazy pups as much as we do!!
