10/10 way better than companion! i forgot the doctors name but he's super nice and educated on the fur babies. we took my sisters cat in to be put down in october and the staff were very supportive and let us take our time saying goodbye to him. i took my cat in for the first time not too long after and it was just as good of an experience. only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because sometimes when you're told to come inside you're still standing around the desk while some nursing staff stare at you.

Great staff. The Dr is very informative. Explained everything. Thats why we use them for all our pets needs..

Went here cause they could get me in for a new kitten exam before my other places I go. Ended up presently surprised. Staff and doctors were all really nice. Happy with my experience.

My husband and I made an appointment here 6 weeks ago reffered through friends of felines to do a spay w/ voucher. He made the appointment with the pet clinic with me right next to him on speaker phone. And it was clearly communicated that we were referred by FOF and this was a stray spay. We arrived for our appointment at 8 am this morning and filled out the paper work only to find out that they don't do these anymore. This was 100% their mistake and we are trying to do something good for the community, the fact that in the last 6 weeks we could have made another appointment in that time is, incredibly frustrating. They didn't even try to make it right. They should have honored the certificate or at the very least given a discount, instead were told it would cost us $80 to spay a stray cat. My husband missed part of a day of work to do this. Ridiculous!

The care we received went beyond clinical. It was personal and informational. I appreciate the Pet Clinic very much.

They did an excellent job taking care of my cat and a complicated surgery to remove his eye.

Terrible! Took my 17 week old Chihuahua puppy in for a rash on her paws and to get her 2nd set of vaccines. The vet loaded her up with 7 different vial's. I still am angry at myself for not questioning him. But I thought he would know what's best. After all he is a doctor. My poor baby girl has such a terrible reaction that she swelled up so terribly you couldn't even tell she was a dog! I called them and got an answering machine. No doctor on call, no tips on what to do in case of emergency. I was understandingly hysterical. Crying on the machine. Left a message. I RECEIVED ABSOLUTELY NO CALL BACK ASKING AFTER MY DOGS WELLBEING THE NEXT DAY. NOR THE DAY AFTER. NEVER!!!This being my first dog, I didn't even know they had a pet ER. And let me tell you thank God they did! I rushed her there and received treatment. God bless those people at the ER on Market Street! I think they are called Salem veterinary clinic/hospital. I will be sending them Christmas cookies for sure.

Good place to take a pet in an emergency. Pretty cheap and good Care.

These guys are so rude and unprofessional, been taking my fur babies here for while and i get in customer service, is beyond unprofessional. Only satisfied service is got from the doctor himself not the workers.

Getting into a Veterinarian is a bad joke. Call at 7:30am no answer until 9:30 am cannot get in waiting list. What a joke. Just took care of the problem ourselves.

Easy appointment, friendly and attentive staff who show that they care about my pup and took the time he needed to be calm and no one panicked when he gave hugs

So my dog Maggie was a new patient in for a rabies shot and they did great, I took her home and she had a late reaction . I called and right away the gal called the vet and got right back to me and had me come in to give her the antibiotic and another two shots she started feeling better pretty quick so I am going to stay with the pet clinic for further pet needs and just want to thank the young ladies that work there for their help cause I was scared and now my Maggie feels much better.

The prices seem a little high. But they seem to really care about my pets and that's so important to me.

I want to be completely be transparent I’ve never had pets before so for my first time experiencing a vet clinic at first I never wanted to go back here again but then again I didn’t know what to expect I had no expectations. Ridiculous waits in a car during the summer with your pet in their carrier, even when you had a scheduled appointment. The waits were because of little staff and due to covid related reason. My first appointment was hectic for my two baby kittens I was dreading ever doing it again. However Vanessa and employee there made the difference and it is because of her care, skills and true professionalism that I decided to go back. She is what changed my perspective and decided to go back because she truly cared about the care for my kittens. She listened and clarified things for me multiple times. Explained the process of vaccination and maintenance. I rate it a 5 because the other things I believe that all departments and society as a whole are struggling with low staff and being able to be flexible during such times makes a difference.

I put my cat Samantha down it was humane

Have had good experiences here. Sometimes the wait is long to get in but I think they are doing their best under trying circumstances.

Great prices for services. I drive 40 minutes to bring my pets here for spay/nueter. After waiting a month for my appointment my surgery got canceled. I was extremely frustrated they got me in next day and gave a slight discount for the inconvenience. Staff was friendly and professional. Pickup and drop off was simple and reasonably quick.

They are a very gental&loving team here & always give all animal complete care, thorough check ups& offer after care& pet insurance that reimburses us for our emergency appointments..the higher prices then our long time vets of COMPANIONS is totally worth every cent.. i highly recommend u take ur precious furbabies here in Salem ONLY..
