They were who our Vet used and in our grief they took great care of Rossi our Westie! They sent a wonderful care package with him that I cherish. Thank you so much!

Cindy was professional, patient and kind when I had to drop off my best friend for cremation last week. I was alone and it was a difficult process letting her go and she talked with me, we had nice conversations and I got some support from her dog, and she allowed me as much time as I needed. I am happy to hear you are adding a room to say goodbye privately, as being by the door was awkward, probably more so for people coming in than I felt. Thank you for allowing toys with Munchkin, getting prints and even more the suprise nice card and finishing touches included with her ashes and prints - it felt very special. Keep it up! It's so hard to find compassion anymore and both visits I felt so much! Thank you!

The people at Rest Assured have taken care of my two beautiful boxers now. I didn't have a lot of experience directly with the staff except for one phone call and when I picked up my Rye girl this time. But they were very nice during those interactions. They had actually been trying to get a hold of me for at least a week, and when I finally contacted them, I hadn't heard from them cuz my voicemail was full. My bad. It's such a nice service to have. I really love my paw print. Rye had one weird nail on her front right paw, and this is the paw they chose for the paw print. I love it. They're still even a little bit of dirt that was on her paw pads, which I absolutely love, because she had broken her leg due to cancer and she couldn't walk for the last few days. I don't know seeing that little bit of dirt from when she could walk really maybe happy. I will always recommend them. cthey have taken amazing care of my Alice and my Rye now. I cannot imagine what an emotional and difficult job they are providing for all of us.

The owners and employees of Rest Assured have my eternal gratitude. We were unable to be present when our beloved dog was put to sleep. David, the owner of Rest Assured, prepared our dog's body for a visit so that I could say goodbye. He was laid as if he were asleep, and I received an opportunity to mourn him, and touch him one last time. I will treasure this time with him forever. Special thanks to Molly, who showed exceptional compassion and sensitivity while helping me collect hair samples as keepsakes. She even collected the velvety fur from different parts of his ear separately, so that they would not mix. She treated my puppy as her own. Everyone at this place went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, and allowed me to have closure on this heartbreaking loss of my puppy. They did not have to do any of this, and yet they did. If you need your beloved companion to be laid to rest with love and care, I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Thank you so much for being so kind and right there for us and our boy! The care given by the gentleman that came for our boy and the kindness of the person on the phone is beyond compare.

Our family rescues disabled animals and we are blessed to have each one. Unfortunately, their illnesses may give them only a short time with us and others a long time. We have used Rest Assured for every one that has passed to Rainbow Bridge. The care they give us and our animals is so tender and sincere, from the moment we leave our animal in their hands to when we pick them up to bring them home. Thank you for giving us peace, knowing that our loved ones are respected by you.

Horrible customer service. The lady that answered the phone completely rude and has a smart mouth. She wouldn't help me. They have had my dog for over 2 weeks now, and I don't have him back. Don't go here, find a place that cares for animals.

I would highly recommend you use this service, compssionate people who understand our 4 paws are family. They have taken care of our Aussie, just made a call for our Big boy Rottie to be at forever peace with her! Thank you David and Nalan for your gentle and kind service!

I was shocked to see that my dog was in a dollar store tin and pretty much devastated when I opened the tin and found bones! They didn’t even finely grind the bones! Just chunks of bones is what I received!!! This is the 3rd pet I have had cremated so this process isn’t new for me. The other two were done elsewhere and I received them back in a beautiful box with the bones finely ground. This is a horrible feeling for me and turns my stomach to see so much bone fragments. Shame on you Rest Assured! Please don’t bother to try and explain, I wouldn’t believe you anyway. I will NEVER recommend you and I will let everyone who i come in contact with know to avoid you at all cost! My heart is broken already and my stomach is nauseous just seeing the bones! I gave you 1 star because I didn’t have the option to give you a minus star.

I cant begin to describe the care these wonderful people gave me through this whole process. my baby girl of almost 20 years passed (had her since I was 10). They answered every question, took every phone call, picked her up so I didn't have to take her, let me me come pick up her fur clippings early cause I'm a mess, made copies of the invoice for my apartment complex. ... thank you so incredibly much for helping through this process. Moved to Eugene early September and a month later my sweet boy, Charlie, passed away. Was extremely hard and in complete shock and this place made something so difficult a little better. The man who picked up my sweet boy was SO kind and also said he could drop off his remains when done which is amazing. I was nervous on the cost but they make it very affordable. I have my Charlie back with me and the kindness from that man (I can’t remember his name I’m sorry!) made a huge difference. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you guys for making a hard situation a little less hard.

David and his staff were so compassionate and went out of their way to help us take care of my big girl when she left us unexpectedly. We are very grateful for their kindness.

This place is amazing. I will never use anyone else and will refer everyone here. There canisters are so adorable and they even seperated them into two at no extra charge so me and my son both could have one.

We've suffered the tragic loss of 3 fur babies that we entrusted to Rest Assured for cremation. Each experience has been very professional, compassionate and caring. They could not have been kinder or have provided better service. Rest Assured Pet Cremation services included working with my family's busy and varied schedules to pick up our family member at our home. I appreciate the kindness offered to our family for the loss of my amazon parrot. She had been a family member for 35 years. She was treated like a valued member of our family. Rest Assured came out to retrieve our Mastiff after she was put down in our home. He was so kind. You can tell he was a true animal lover and gave her the perfect level of respect. Thank you for providing this service. It made the process much easier.
