Amazing! I checked out a lot of places for boarding my dog, and Dog Bark was hands down the best. They are clean, friendly, and truly care for the dogs. I love being on vacation and having the ability to check in on him 24/7 with the webcams. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve seen him sitting on someone’s lap and getting belly scritches. I will recommend this place to anyone I know with a dog. Their daycare is pretty sweet too- it was good to bring Nugget in a couple times before his 4-day camp out

My dog loves this daycare and it's the only one in Salem that I trust to watch him. He's been going for 8 years and the boarding service is amazing.

They treated Lizzie like a queen. She is a super needy lap dog and every time I spied on her, she was being snuggled. Thank you, Dog Bark!

These people are outstanding. They go above and beyond to make sure our pup has a safe, fun, and exciting time. It amazes me that they know every single dog’s name. After only going twice, they knew who I was and who my dog was, and greeted us by name when we walked in. Could not be more happy with every aspect of this establishment, and I HIGHLY recommend them.

We just started taking our energetic pup here a couple days a week, and oh my goodness it makes such a huge difference! He plays and socializes all day and is so much better behaved at home, even on days he didn't go in. I really like being able to check in on their web cam and see all the happy dogs. Also, the whole staff is so lovely and friendly, we definitely highly recommend the Dog Bark!

My dog got bitten in the ear here. I was planning on boarding him for 4 days. I was taking him to play for an hour so he could get used to the place and be comfortable once we boarded him. Yesterday a dog bit his ear. I took him to the vet and they gave him antibiotics. I came back to discuss what had happened and the owner was VERY rude and treated me like I was an inconvenience and said she didn’t have time to talk to me. Two minutes later she called and said we should not bring our dog here to board him which I was not planning on bringing him here again. I do not recommend bringing your dog here.

I don't use this facility, but my daughter and her husband board their Dane there whenever they are going out of town. They love the place and say that Roka does, too. Apparently, the dogs get coddled there and wouldn't that make dog and owners happy? I think so.

This is a wonderful place! I have been taking my large breed dog here for years and everyone is so nice, good with the dogs, and very clean and well maintained. They offer lots of services and the location is close to the freeway. Five stars from me and my dog!!

Such a great place to have your doggy be taken care of, the best part is that they have cameras you could always check up on. The workers arw amazing!

Dog Bark doesn't look like anything fancy, but what counts is how they treat the dogs. Our old corgi, who didn't much like other dogs normally, *loved* going to the Dog Bark. He always came home super excited--before he crashed for a good long nap. Our new puppy is loving it too. The people there seemed to remember him after only one visit. I feel like they really think of their dogs as individuals. Also, the prices seem quite reasonable, and they have some packages that are a good deal.

I brought my little chihuahua Mickey to the dog bark for a three day two night stay. I was so nervous at first because I’d never taken him to a dog facility before. The staff there are super loving, amazing and very attentive to all the dogs. I loved being able to check in on Mickey whenever I wanted via the live webcam. I now feel super comfortable that I have a place to take Mickey when we have to leave out of town.

My pup LOVES it here and so do we. We were having issues at home because we can't entertain our hyper girl 24 hours a day and she has so much energy that needs to get out. So Dog Bark is the perfect solution with very reasonable prices. Our girl gets so much play time with her friends she is exhausted and happy when she gets home. She is much more behaved even on days she doesn't go. I also love their cameras. We can check in on her and see her at anytime. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We have an upcoming home remodel, so need doggie daycare. Our dog was shy at first. But had a good time. Staff were friendly and price is reasonable. Our dog is looking forward to more visits.

My wife and I have a Husky/Border Collie mix. He needs 1.5 hours of exercise a day or he will be a kid on a airplane. This place is amazing you can watch your dog via webcam. The prices are perfect,staff is great. The only thing that can be improved is a cam on the outside back wall. Literally nothing negative about The Dog Bark!

We take our dog here for day care as well as overnight boarding. She loves playing with the other dogs and always comes home super tired! I love being able to check in on her whenever I want via the live webcam feed. The staff is super friendly and the prices are reasonable.

I have referred countless people to the Dog Bark over the years as a veterinarian. I also really enjoy using their services with my own dogs. They are careful about vaccination status to keep everyone's pet safe. They pay attention to a dog's behavior so they can ensure a safe fun environment for all the canines in their care.

We have brought our gentle 8 year old lab to The Dog Bark since we moved to Salem in 2018. Last week she was randomly bitten by another dog. The staff called and told us what happened and said we’ll probably need to take her to the vet. We know that happens but we expected someone to call and follow up and check on her. When we called in ourselves the owner said she’d been out of town (ummm cell phones..?) and her attitude toward my husband and I was so very disrespectful. I have photos of our bloody dog but don’t see how to post them here. We will never go back to The Dog Bark. Replying to owners response. The tear in our dogs ear went all the way through the ear. It was not superficial. How do you know she didn’t need to go to the vet? Here’s some advice for further incidents, speak to the customers who are upset about their fur babies with more compassion. Tell them your policies to reassure them that their dogs will be safe. Your response to us could have made all the difference in an upsetting situation. I honestly felt like I was speaking with an argumentative teenage girl.

Trooper can't wait to go every week! He knows the word "daycare" now and gets ridiculously excited.

We left our very pampered Beagle at the Dog Bark yesterday for 4 hours. We were in town for a visit and needed a safe place for our baby. She was completely worn out but in a good way. We would highly reccomend them. Clean, loving, and transparent. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
