This place is the best, they don't overcharge you and they really taken to consideration how your pet will do long term.

I have used Santiam Equine for years for both my horses and my dogs and cats. They have always given me great service and wonderful care to my animals. Terry Gerros and his staff truly have your animals best interest at heart.

Both my girls really like coming here. They are an awesome vet office we have never had any issues with them and I'm happy that they allow us to be with our girls while still being safe for covid-19 measures. I would recommend them to anyone.

When my parents dog was having unusual health issues, my mom tried for days to get the dog seen by their regular vet here. For some reason, the last few months it has been nearly impossible to reach them by phone. Not sure if they've changed their hours or something? They ended up taking the dog to another clinic but it took a day or two for them to get worked in. The dog ended up having to be put to sleep. We also had an incident with this clinic where we tried to get flea meds with the vets prescription through Chrewy. I'm not sure if this is normal but the vet wouldn't prescribe through Chewy without charging I think it was $20 per script and we have 4 dogs in this house so it wasn't worth it obviously. I don't think we'll continue using this vet unfortunately.

Everyone that works there is so kind, patient and caring. My dog is very nervous around strangers and they did an amazing job putting him at ease.

It is a 4 plus, or a 5 ☆, it is a gift to be able to take my animals / three cats, at the same time, to this veterinarian. The animals along with a friend with me & the the veterinarian assistant worked together to get all the needs even with good conversations on the what is going on around us, knowing all the needs were taken care of. Moving three cats through this was supervised by veterinarian / assistant, that did keep us doing everything, on task. Thankful that it went smoothly, I'll return without hesitating. In looking for improvement I'm not sure I could see any. The receptionist a good focus, in and out in a timely manner ! DLM

Staff was warm and friendly. The hours, drop off and pick up worked. I was able to complete paperwork ahead time which made in more convenient. While dental cleaning always expensive, they kept at the lower end of the quote and took great care of my family pet. Happy customer here!!!!

Called for neutering 2 male kittens told they are currently only scheduling for current clients to end of August. I said I could wait until September. Nope. Can't schedule for any new clients at all. I was told by friends that this was the place to go. But nope. Won't be recommending them or using their services. Ever.

Always a good experience. They are very sweet. Terry takes his time with everything and is honest about where to find things for a better price. Whenever I have my young son with me, Terry would explain everything and educate him on what is going on with our pets. Everybody is like family with him. Love this place!
