This was one of the first pet clinics my parents had a good relations with, regarding a family pet. While they went above and beyond for my parents, they left our beloved pet struggling for far too long. When it came time to say goodbye, we chose another vet, and they were SHOCKED by her condition. They couldn’t believe she was still with us. ???? Wish we had gone to a vet that could have helped our girl have a peaceful end ❤️

I have been a client there since 1973 . DR SCOTT TOOK CARE OF LABS ,PEAK ,8 POODLES AND A YORKIE . THE NEW VET . DR CATH is doing a great job with the office now and she has a great staff .

I had a doggy emergency and my vet was out of town. Salem Park Veterinary was able to work me in, when other offices wouldn't. I appreciate their understanding, compassion and care they demonstrated as a team, to me and my dog. He's much better now, thanks to their quick action and assessment!

This clinic has served our family for over 40 years. It is clean, efficient, thorough, friendly and easy to access. The gentle care we have received has been excellent. Treatment comes with solid explanation and clearly stated instructions. Serious medicine is practiced here! I speak for one horse, three cats, four cocker spaniels and a beloved black lab who have all lived very long lives.

I have taken my two cats here for years. I always thought that the Vet was knowledgeable and professional. Yet I took my cats here the other day, and the Vet came out and just laid into me. She practically accused me of animal abuse. I will be taking my pets somewhere else.

I never write reviews, but this place is worth it. Salem Park is the best vet clinic I've been to in Salem in the 10+ years I've lived here. Dr. Hanifen is such a kind, caring, professional person. The rest of the staff are all incredible as well. They're doing great during this COVID-19 pandemic and are still as available and caring as ever. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone in the area with pets. d

Great veterinary clinic. We just had to say goodbye our 17 year old retriever and they were amazing. They are comforting and very graceful with you and the feelings you are going through. I highly recommend them for all of your loved ones needs.

Dr. Sue Henifen is always kind, thorough, and professional. Over decades we have trusted her with all our pets, on average two cats and three small and large dogs. She has kept them healthy and happy their entire lives. ????????

Well the lady over the phone was extremely rude. I just asked for the pricing of a vet check and all I got was if you're not a returning client were full. Tried to say something and got interrupted with a were full again. So rude over the phone. I called because this place had good ratings. Clearly I was wrong. Rude secretary.

It might be a small clinic, but it's filled with caring for the animals that come in. Everyone I interacted with were extremely friendly and showed genuine concern for my dogs health. They are also extremely reasonably priced for their procedures and visits.

No one cares like I do for my dog. But here she gets treated the way I would want. EVERYONE IS SO NICE. You can tell there is a TEAM hard at work running this Clinic making it a great experience for everybody. It's hard to find a balance of amazing customer service, knowledge and competence under one roof and all three are here. I felt I had ample time to ask questions with no rush or "we can talk about that but I'm going to charge you for it extra" kind of feeling. Topping off my wonderful experience was a surprisingly low visit cost. If you're flipping through Google looking for a vet reading reviews: Just go here, I'll never go anywhere else! This is how going to the vet should be.

Excellent veterinarian! My dog gets excited before we even get to the parking lot. The vet is so good that my dog doesn't realize that she's going shots.

I love these people. They truly care about your pet. They are not all about the money. If there is a problem they will let you know, they will take care of it.
