Great to find a vet that does house calls. Dr. Larsen was gentle & caring with both cats. She was even able to work with my cat that does not like new people! So great not to have to upset my cats with a cat ride (which they hate!) Thank you Dr. Larsen!

Dr. Larson provided thorough care to our geriatric dog and was caring and supportive when it was finally time to say goodbye. We appreciate her, and the convenience of a mobile clinic cannot be understated. We have recently adopted another dog and two kittens and will be using Rolling Vet for their care as well. Rest in peace Romeo, you will be forever missed.

So kind and caring and our goodbyes at home with our sweet kitty comfortable in her spot was the best ????

Way to expensive. $100 just to come to your house for the visit. Then the cost of exam, meds or whatever else is needed for your specific issue.

Compassionate, caring, and very professional. Thank you, Carole for helping Buddy when he needed to cross over. It was quick, and he did not suffer. The price was very reasonable as well.

I recently brought a new puppy home and was in need of establishing vet care for her quickly. The local vets I had heard were good were booked up for weeks out and with COVID-19 restrictions the process was ridiculous, including not being able to attend the appt. with my baby! I called Dr. Larsen and left a message. She called me back herself and scheduled her for an appt. that week! She gave me an approximate time as she had an appt. before me and communicated when she was on her way and again when she arrived. I had my mask on when I carried my pup out to her mobile clinic and she welcomed us inside. My pup was immediately comfortable with her and I watched as she interacted with her. Dr. Larsen kindly and effectively corrected my nippy puppy and she had her giving licks but no more biting her through the exam. Dr. Larsen spent time talking with me all about the puppy stages, what needs to be done now and in the future to have a great dog, and what is safe for her at this point in her vaccination series. My pup didn't even notice she had been given her shots until the third one! She was so busy eating up the treats and exploring the van. At the end of the visit I was very pleased with the care we received, the knowledge she shared, and the cost of everything. We were told to call to schedule her next visit about a week before her next round of shots. I did, and she got her in as expected. At this visit, my pup was excited when she saw the van! This is the reaction you hope for! Dr. Larsen was just as great the second visit and we look forward to continuing our puppy's care with her. Dr. Larsen is an exceptional veterinarian. She isn't the type of person that sugar coats information, and I can appreciate that. I expect my vet to point out the things we need to be working on and give me advice on how to stop problematic things like tugging on the leash before they become a problem behavior. These are the things pet parents NEED to hear. I believe that Dr. Larsen truly loves animals and wants the very best for each of her patients. We look forward to continuing our care through The Rolling Vet.

The lady is rude. Literally lectured me and basically said my dog will die. She's a veterinarian, someone who should be very compassionate on helping animals, but want I got from her is someone who's in it for the money, her tone of voice, sounded like she didn't even care at all.

We had a great vet experience with our two 8 week old kittens! Dr Carole Larsen scheduled us for a same-day appointment, arrived at our house about 10 minutes after our Appt time, was kind, knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had! Prices were great for the value. She also responded to my pets’ prescription request via Petco within a short couple of days. We are happy customers and look forward to future appointments! Also, our kitties were comfortable with her, even as a stranger, that told me all I needed to know!

The doctor and staff were very kind and got us a quick appointment to provide hospice comfort care for our cat. We really appreciated this kindness during her final days.

Dr Larsen is caring and knowledgeable and its awesome that she comes right to your house and it's cheaper then going to the vet itself which can be traumatizing for your animal

I called because i needed help with my dog not a lecture and information I already knew, she was shockingly rude, you would think the fact that i was almost crying would atleast elicit some compassion from her but no

We had rolling vet service come to our home to assist in letting our 13 yr old pug go. It was a very sad day but Dr. Larsen arrived and was very calm, she was understanding of the difficult decision we had come to, explained everything before she started the process, and gave us the time we needed with our pug before he was gone. She didn't rush us and was very kind. She also sent us a condolence card which was unexpected but so thoughtful. If you have to make that difficult decision to let your animal go, doing it at home where they are most comfortable is the way to go. We were able to sit in our own backyard in the warm morning sun with our pug. Thank you Rolling Vet for allowing us to give him such a loving way to pass.

What a joke, I called simply to ask if she took care credit and she gave me the response of "well yeah i can, it's not easy for me to take it but yeah what do you need." I told her the problem and she asked me if i knew anyone else that took care credit. So i told her i would just find someone else. Bad impression from the get go.

I must tell my story about Dr. Larson, our cat Hunter, and the best Christmas gift ever... We have a 14 year old, 20 lb beautiful orange tabby cat that was very ill 3 days before Christmas. He would not eat or drink and so we took him to three different emergency vet clinics and they ran many tests on him and could find nothing wrong. All three veterinary clinics sent us home with no advice how to treat him or try to make him feel better. After the third day of not eating or drinking we decided that we would have to have him euthanized. This decision was only based on our love for our animal and we didn't want to see him suffer in any way. As a last resort I contacted several mobile vet clinics to see if they could come out to our house and have him put to sleep. I called Dr Larson phone number but there was no answer so I didn't even leave a message. As we were getting ready to take our cat to the emergency clinic to have him put down Dr Larson called us and we told her the situation and what was happening with him. She told us do not pull the plug yet. She gave us great advice on how to force-feed him with a syringe, baby food and water. She said you need to try to jump start his appetite by doing this and sometimes it does work. We did it for two days and sure enough she was right. He started eating on Christmas Eve and he hasn't stopped since. He's eating and drinking water. He's one happy cat and we are elated with the outcome. If it wasn't for Dr Larson's great advice and kind heart towards our animal we would have had a very different outcome. Thank you so much Dr. Larson... You are definitely the best veterinarian in the Willamette valley. We are forever grateful to Dr. Larson.

Why answer the phone and ask what's wrong to only tell me if it's an emergency they can't do anything to help since they are out of the office. Not only that she's out of the state !! And then getting smart with me . I'm calling in need of my dying dog not to get a lecture . Don't bother calling them ..
