The veterinarians do a great job with your pets. The front desk staff have terrible communication skills.

Staff are nice. They are only doing curbside pet pickup and I miss going in with my pet.

My 8 yr. old Netherland dwarf bunny, Honey, is a patient at Oak Hills. Dr. Burright is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in veterinary care for rabbits. I trust Dr. Burright completely with her expertise as she helps and educates me in providing the best quality care for my bunny. She and her staff are amazing. They are welcoming, resourceful and very helpful. More importantly, they genuinely are about all of their animal patients and their human owners.

I moved to Salem in May with my best friend Gizmo. I didn't know what was wrong with him when I moved here but I knew something was wrong. I came to find out that he had diabetes. I worked with the staff and Dr. Millner to try and get his blood sugar levels to where they needed to be. Unfortunately Gizmo's body just wouldn't regulate. After 6 months of trying I had to say goodbye to my best friend for 12 years. It was the hardest decision I've ever made and it didn't come lightly. Dr. Millner helped me understand the decision in front of me. Gizmo was not only my best friend, but my only friend in Salem as I'm not from Oregon. Coming home after work to a rose on my doorstep was very thoughtful. Receiving a note 3 months later after his passing was also very thoughtful as I'm still thinking about him daily. Thank you to the entire staff at Oak Hills Veterinary.

The only place for our dog and cats. The only problem is how excited our puppy gets to see some of her favorite people. Love everybody here! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Slow got a bit annoyed after they checked up our bird it took forever for em to bring her out otherwise a very good place is recommend getting an actual appointment if you can wait for anything however

I have taken my cat here for eight years and my newly adopted Great Dane for three months. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the care my babies have received here. Price is something a lot of people worry about, and sure, I could find a vet cheaper, however any price to pay for amazing care and treatment is worth it for the assurance that what's being done is being done right and with care. I don't trust anyone else with the lives of my girls. Dr. Burright has been amazing with the care she has given to my dane. The staff are incredibly friendly, truly care about your animals and communicate efficiently. I have never questioned their opinion, nor have I ever had any problems with the treatment received. 10/10 for Oak Hills! Thank you for loving my babies so well! We love YOU in this household.

Update: Office is taking standard vet COVID safety precautions. Call when you get to the parking lot. The vet tech will intake from the parking lot and take your pet inside while you wait in your car. Dr. Burright sees guinea pigs. She is wonderful with them as she had experience caring for her own guinea pig. Her compassion for the little guinea pig lives reflects in the amazing care she provides them. She is able to explain her extensive knowledge well and pour all of it into the guinea pig's care and end-of-life needs. There is no one else I trust with my guinea pigs' vet care. The staff are wonderful and provide excellent service.

those of you who need help with a bird will not get it at this location, super friendly staff though who helped me find other places to help with my situation.

Service and care exceeded our highest expectations. A life was saved thanks to this incredible team. We will be forever grateful. Update: saddened our doc left this facility.

Staff really cares about you and your pet. They make you feel welcome and want to really help with whatever your needs are from questions about what you should be feeding your fur baby to when they are seriously sick to finding out what's wrong. The doctor personally calls you the next day to share test results and gives you options how what to do. If you need follow up, they actually call in a week to check on your pet if that is what they said they would do. You will not find this kind of service and compassion anywhere else.

Have taken our dogs there for years. They care for our pets as though they were there own. We have always been very happy with the care we have received.

They are very friendly and helpful with my pets. They listen to what is said. Dr. Burright always goes over the different options for treatment and returns my calls. I feel comfortable with the treatment my pets receive.

I was very please with response time coming to the car to get her and then with the full explanation of what was done I will definitely make you our Vet. It’s nice to know she is in loving hands.

Excellent care for our cats. Even though I could not go in, staff, techs, and Dr. Burright kept me updated throughout the visit. Everyone came out to the car and talked to me personally.

Very personable, make sure all the pets needs are met. Patiently answers all questions. And works hard to keep everyone safe with their safety policies.

They are very caring about there animal's. They always follow up a couple times after they have seen the animal's after a procedure.

Could not ask for better treatment of our 4 kitties. Drs. Burright and Millner go the extra mile for our kitties and us. Dr. Burrright did extensive dental work on Buddy which turned out great, even getting him in for surgery ASAP by adjusting her schedule. Dr. Millner's personal care and kindness to our Kitty Girl II will always be remembered. She treated our kitty like she was her own. We are forever grateful to these wonderful doctors and the staff.

I am so grateful to have chosen your clinic in the most difficult time. Your whole team is so gentle, kind and compassionate. I will definitely recommend you guys to everyone. You have won us for life ????

Thorough and complete care, the employees and vets honestly care about thier patients and actively pursue a bond with the pet and client. It is also apparent the techs and assistants are very comfortable handling all types if animals in a way that causes the least amount of stress. Love this clinic and the warm welcome by the receptionists, Donna and Kristi! Will always recommend!!!

Staff is so very kind and you can tell they love their jobs. Office is clean and professionally run. One the the best vet experiences I've had in years.
