Every time I go here, I am more impressed with the staff! This is the first vet clinic i've ever been to, that takes time to actually talk to me about whats going on with my pets. The vet clips my dogs nails during the visit, the prices are affordable, and they're just relatable! I can't recommend this place enough.

The staff are all incredibly friendly, very chill, and they made sure my skittish kitties were comfy and healthy.

They miss scheduled my pets, but made it right very fast. And squeezed my boys in to see dr. They spent time with me talking about a behavior issue, even though I was squeezed in still spent time with my boys! Always nice and friendly!!

Everyone is great that works there. The only downside is trying to schedule appointments can be difficult because of covid.

Dr. Shimek gave our 10-year-old dog health and wellness she hasn't known for several years. Our little Papillion mix has been experiencing significant health issues where one issue kept another one from being fixable. We weren't sure how much longer she would live. Two trips to the ER made it decision time. We decided to switch to Hoffman Veterinary Clinic, and her life has dramatically changed. Dr. Shimek and his staff put her on a medication regiment that got her heart failure and the fluid on her lungs under control so she could have her teeth worked on. It was a lot to try to do, but they are experts at Hoffman Veterinary Clinic. She made it through her oral work like a champ and was bouncing around like a puppy less that 36 hours later. Even with having removed over 20 bad teeth, she is now able to chew hard food again with no issues. She's back to being sassy and cute and is no longer gagging on bacteria or wheezing from an enlarged heart. Truly the best care available is at Hoffman Veterinary Clinic.

It is the very best bet we have ever had. Our dog Onyx has gone there since she was 1yr and she is 9yrs next month. And they are all very kind staff. We recommend everyone to go there and if u do u would never go to anyone else.

Had my dog neutered here, they did a good job and recovery was quick, but when I picked up my baby the kennel that he was kept in was dirty and stinky and the walls were really dark and dirty! I will not be bringing my pets back here!

The vets and staff here have always been friendly and understanding of me and my pets needs and concerns/issues. Theyre diligent in their work and time, and always give the best feedback and advice. Anyone who says less is impatient, doesnt understand how animal care works, and needs a reality check. Thank you for all you do! Cass, Dennis, and Sevenah thank you!

Got my dog Diavol flufferbutt( yes that's his last name) nutered and chipped. Everything was reasonably priced and they told me when to go be him his medicine and how much.

I decided to stop going to VCA - mainly because they are trash. I am beyond pleased with Hoffman veterinary clinic. Their entire staff is extremely professional and courteous. I will definitely be returning.

Im not sure where any of these good reviews come from. My wife and I made an appointment on March 30th for April 2nd at 2:10pm to get a simple check up on our doberman puppy. I made sure our appointment was secured. We made the 1 1/2 hour drive to Hoffman Vet. Clinic only to find out they never scheduled our appointment. When arriving they make you wait in your car and call in to let them know you arrived. I called in ( at 2:00pm ) and let them know we have arrived the lady who answered the phone was clearly not having a good day. We tried to move past it and waited in our car to be seen. 3 cars pull up and are treated right away. We waiting in our car for a whole HOUR & 20 MINUTES ! We had multiple people come up to our car and ask us our name as each of them wrote it down on a sticky note lol. It was now 3:30pm and we were both frustrated with whats going on. Come to find out they never scheduled our appointment to begin with?! They never mention that to us upon arrival and upon filing out paper work ?? This place is very unorganized and offers very poor service. I would NEVER come back to this place again. You cant even stay organized in front of your clinic i can’t imagine what goes on behind the front desk. I PROMISE YOU THERE ARE BETTER VET CLINICS IN THE AREA DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR TRUST THIS PLACE. THIS PLACE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY UNORGANIZED.

When my cat had worms from something she eat I called around everywhere and they were the only ones to give me a flea treatment without even seeing my cat we have a check up later this month though

Dr Shimek is the greatest Vet EVER!!! Terrific man who actually cares about his clients by that i mean fur babies, i would never go anywhere else, his staff is very experienced and very warm hearted!!! My kittys are healthy and loved.

This place is amazing the staff is great and the doctors are always willing to explain everything they did and how they are treating your fur baby. Doc Rob is awesome!

Best Vet in town. The first vet my dog isn't scared of and actually comes back smiling. Good vibes and good people.

I love this vet clinic. They’ve always done amazing work on my animals and I couldn’t be happier with that. However lately it’s been difficult to schedule/and actually receive call backs from the morning receptionist (Sherry) I believe is her name. For example I called today at 7:30am to ensure I would get my dog in for more antibiotics. I was told I would be called back after she spoke to the vet to see if I should bring her in again or if she can just fill the antibiotics. I never heard anything, all day. I called back once in the morning with no answer. Then called again around 5 and spoke to a different receptionist (Sue) which ended up saying that the pills have been ready and I needed to be there before 5:30. I love sue and appreciate her helping. However it would have been nice to receive a call back & notes from the morning receptionist if she needed another appointment. Not left in the dark, and without being told what’s going on at all.

THEY HAVE BEEN TAKING CARE OF OUR LITTLE DOG ROSCOE SINCE HE WAS BORN. AND THEY DO A VERY VERY GOOD JOB.

The receptionists was extremely rude.
