I've been very happy with how much the vet and the staff care about my cat.

They are open on Sundays which is a big deal. Also, you can text them about what's up with a pet and then they text back fairly quickly with a response. Much better than being on hold forever!

Hard to get in but well worth it they're kind they're courteous and there a bargain for what they give you

I been taking my pets to Dr. Mills off and on for years. He is so kind and gentle with my animals. Dr. Mills will answer all your questions. If he doesn't know the answer he will research it and pass on what he has learned.

I have been taking my dogs and cats here for years. The staff is helpful and the vets are compassionate and skilled. My bassets loved To go here.

Great with our rats! Fantastic vet

The vets and techs are professional and attentive, and gave me time to ask all my questions. I was very grateful for the "first come, first served" appointment style. I just moved and I have been having a really hard time finding vets that are taking new patients or that aren't booked out for weeks. This clinic made it possible for me to get my geriatric kitty in for an exam before I start my new job.

So, these guys worked by walk in only pre-pandemic but they had to change things up and have customers call in a half hour before they opened. It's a struggle to get through because the barrage of other callers trying to get through. I finally got around to giving them a call at 7:30 am and battled for a half hour or so til I got through. When I spoke to the receptionist she told me that the Exotic Pet specialist was out for a few more days. I was super worried I'd have to go through the same struggle to get in and wait longer to get my ball python seen, but the lady told me she could set up the appointment right then so I didn't have to fight my way through the phone lines again :) I didn't even express my disappointment either, she just got it all taken care of. They were really kind to me and my snake. They are very affordable and I had nothing but excellent service. The doctor was super friendly, extremely gentle to my snake, very informative and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. At the end of our check-up he went through all the possible tests and possible treatments we could do if my snake kept refusing food. 5* to you guys. I'll definitely be coming back here when my pets need a doctor!

Too hard to get in to

The staff at Companion Pet Clinic are the best! They are loving, caring and compassionate! They care for your pet like that pet was their own!

I called in starting at 7:30 am kept getting a busy line finally at 8:17 am when they took my phone call they claimed they could not make an appointment over the phone and when I tried to tell her I had been calling since 7:30am she hung up the phone . Rude and unprofessional I do not recommend them. I guess that’s why they are so cheap.

Secret to getting in if your not established there is to start calling at 7-7:20am and keep pushing redial till it goes thro. Apart from that great service fair prices and down to earth friendly service. Thats for fixing roxie

This vet I recommend. There’s a lot of heart in each and everyone of these staff members. The DR is outstanding. I feel they truly care about your pet, and deserve a 5 star. I wish I would of known about them sooner. You can rest assured your pets will be in good hands, and cared for, and you will be treated like family. I will be taking all my pets here. Wish they had an online scheduling system. Trying to get someone on the phone is sometimes impossible, the line is always busy and you have to call a dozen times!

Impossible to get an appointment. I’ve been trying for over a month now there’s always something wrong w the phones

Prices are reasonable staff is AWESOME

Was having an emergency with my baby kitten Kermit, they were the only place near me with openings and I will definitely be coming back! Very kind staff and the vet really listened to me rather than just ordering a million expensive tests like other vets I've been to which i really appreciated as a low income customer.

The staff and doctor was outstanding and we didn’t wait due to the issue at hand. My sweet kitty is now out of pain.

Extremely helpful wonderful people every time I come here my dog was hit by a car and they got us in right away they were very understanding and helpful on the financial end of things my soul is going to be ok and I am so great full for humans likes the ones who work at companion pet clinic thank you for the eleven years of care and counting for fido

Very affordable, VERY hard to get in. My pets always get good care and the staff are reasonably friendly (the front desk is clearly overworked). Wait times can be fairly long.

They take great care of my dogs. Couldn't ask for a better vet.

It's a nightmare going into the one on turner road. They need to hurry and finish doing their reconstruction inside so things can be back in order. I can't find anything in that store right now and I'd rather go there than to Lancaster Walmart.

Better be early on the phone lines they get BUSY, but a great clinic always help my pup as prompt as they can!

We brought both our dog and cat in. They got exams and the vaccines they needed. From the time they called me to the time I got back home was about 90 minutes. Only a few people in the waiting area, the vet and assistant where very nice and gentle with both our babies.
