The staff treat everyone with respect and pleasant attitudes, acknowledging that your pet is important no matter is you are in for a nail trim or major surgery. Very trustworthy.

Front end receptionist Megan has a bad attitude. Never in my day have I had to deal with bad customer service like hers. Her mouth wow! She comes out to my car. Blames me for a mistake she made in poor tune and attitude then runs to her manager and said I was picking on her. Then without question mgr comes down on me. Worst vet experience ever. I called today to get my 16 year old records sent to an emergency vet and again got attitude. Wow like I don't feel bad enough I have to deal with Megan too.

I was disappointed with the continued extensive time on hold while waiting in the parking lot to check in. I was on hold for 20 minutes which made me 10 minutes late only after I went to the lobby door to let the office know I was still waiting in the parking lot.

Parkway did an excellent job cleaning Scruffy’s teeth.

First visit. Didn’t like not being able to stay with my cat, and interact with her doctor during her visit, but she came to the car, brought her to me, and she gave me her report and directions. Very nice. More than one friend recommended them, so for now all is well. Saw something about a portal. Hopefully that will give me more info about my kitty’s visit.

The vet and staff were very friendly! They gave an excellent overview of what happened and how my pet was. They also were very honest about what she needed and were very kind.

The doctors and staff at Parkway are so great and take good care of our kitties. We have had dental work and regular health maintenance appointments and we always feel good about the care our cats receive at Parkway.

I’ve been impressed with Parkway Animal Hospital. They’re reasonably priced, professional and their staff seems to genuinely care about my pets.

Always pleasant staff. Reasonable pricing and very reliable. With Covid, we just pull-up in a parking spot and all the office. Someone comes out and grabs your pet then does what is needed (vaccines, checkup, etc) and brings your animal back to your car. They collect payment and send you on your way. Very efficient and helpful people.

Receptionist told me to go elsewhere for an emergency veterinary appointment because my cat is not an established client. I called the veterinary practice I was referred to and they don’t offer emergency veterinary care after hours when I’m able to get there due to work. I thought veterinarians are supposed to care about the health of animals? Am I supposed to choose between keeping a roof over my family’s head (including my fur babies) by maintaining employment and the health of my kitties? By the way, not only was I told to go elsewhere, but there was 0 % compassion shown for my kitty.

Love Parkway. They treat us and our fur babies very well. Even our dogs love going there.

The staff was extremely kind and so loving to our puppy Papa Julio. Best experience we have ever had at vet clinic! Highly recommend supporting this business for any animal needs that need to be addressed!

Megan is the rudest most unpleasant person. Would not recommend. She jumps the gun, interrupts what I'm trying to tell her.... then hangs up.... POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
