Not good. They didn't even return my call as I requested. I wanted to know how much it cost for euthanasia. They didn't return my call. How would that have ended if it was an emergency? How would I have had to put my animal down? Fortunately it didn't have to go that way. But they should have been courteous and considerate enough to return the call and answer my question.

The staff at For The Love Of Paws are knowledgeable thorough and kind. My pets got the best care even got a complimentary nail trim. They superseded my expectations. Thank you so much for caring for my Fur Family!

Dr. Erin was so kind as well as extremely experienced! The entire team's only focus was on the health of my kitty Sophie!! I will never go anywhere else for any animal's health. There is a stray in our neighborhood and have wormed and treated for fleas. We will be taking Achilles there for shots!

Bit of a read but please DO NOT TRUST THIS VETERINARIAN I took in my two dogs, one a senior, the other special needs. The senior had been spayed years ago and just needed new flea meds, the special needs was my main concern. Because my 6 lb mini doxie had not been spay it seemed no other issues could be discussed. I expressed that she had been unable to keep food down for eight years and that I was more concerned with that than having her spay, I had expressed this to more than one veterinarian over the years. I had tried many different diets over the years and had finally gotten her up to a reasonable weight, for the love of paws told she needed to lose a pound or two as well as my senior dog. A pound or two??? Really!! For the first time in eight years she was finally eating without having to regurgitate and had gained a couple pounds, thank God... I was cooking free range chicken breasts with organic veggies everyday as it was the only thing she could hold down but even that was beginning to be regurgitated. I was told my special needs would receive no further care until spayed, I was concerned with spay surgery given how sick she was. I left frustrated and disappointed!! Shortly after that visit I was told by a friend about her dogs special needs diet, a prescription dry dog food her vet was giving her little dog that had worked and her dog was able to eat without regurgitation. I notified “ For the love of paws “ asking for approval of the dry dog food so I could make yet another attempt to restore digestive health to my little, it was denied as she was not spayed. I offered to pay the spay fees but did not want to put her at risk while she was ill with surgery, again denied. It was food for goodness sake, FOOD, NOT DRUGS!!! My little died shortly after... her little body could take no more and she starved, she was not quite eight years old... I do not understand why a vet, any vet would not help her without her being spay first... Why? If you are NOT going to do your very best to save an animal in need you have NO RIGHT TO CALL YOURSELF A VETERINARIAN

I'm so happy to find a really good vet in Roseburg. They are so conscientious and really accommodating. They take their time to explain things.

They have a rule that your dog needs to be spayed or neutured. I do not agree with this. But I have heard good things about them.

Great and knowledgeable staff. Made the visit with 3 pets during Covid very easy. Answered all questions and having the veteran's program made it very manageable financially.

Got my dog spayed, not even half a day before the stitches broke resulting in a emergency 900 dollar vet bill. Just go to baileys Edit: the woman i talked to was very helpful and respectful and offered to help with the situation. Was handled very professionally.

This office has shown my animals nothing but love and compassion, from my brand new babies to sending my best friend over the rainbow Bridge, they have held my hand and guided me to the best decisions for my animals. They treat us like family and I absolutely love the attitude and vibe they provide.

Do not go to Baileys if you want your pet to live, bring them to For the love of Paws instead. Dr. Erin saved my cats life, this is a great clinic with better value than most in the area. Highly recommend.
