Very professional, caring employees, and reasonable pricing. They still take walk-ins, appointments, and emergencies. Thank you Bailey's Veterinary Clinic.

This has been my vet since the 80s. Big or small animals with quality care.

My cat obviously has ear mites and they won’t treat the ear mites unless I pay $55 for the doctor to see that the cat has ear mites… that’s before I can even buy the treatment… this place is money hungry and everything is overpriced! Someone at the front desk told me that I would have to feed my cat prescription cat food for urinary infection for the rest of its life which is a complete lie. I swear if I was a slow person they would’ve tricked me into buying everything!

The most frustrating vet I have ever been to. Tried to make an appointment for my sick cat but couldn't get seen for a month so was told to do a walk in. Was there before 8am and waited literally 51/2 hours and still waiting. We work nights so had not had any sleep sitting in a car with a sick cat. Called them because we have to be back to work by 4:30 and they can't even see my cat. Wasted all day and now have to go to work without any sleep and my cat never even got seen. I will be trying to find a new vet.

I had been a customer in the past. It had been a long time. They wanted to charge me a new customer fee and an exam to get an animal euthanized. A total of $180. I can't do that! So consequently..they caused my animal to suffer. I have to take care of a suffering animal until it dies from the issue. Their bad. It's on their head fir being unreasonable. $50 I could do. Not $180.

What an encredible veterinary team. We were not quite established yet, but I had called and made an appointment for all 3 of my dogs and my cat, but it was still a month out. They would see you sooner if it was an urgent matter, but all my pets were healthy and just needing senior panels and a healthy pet exam done. We paid a deposit for the upcoming appointment and had all our records sent to them. Within a week of making that appointment my cat started showing signs of a problem. A deep disturbing meow, he strained to pee with no liquid emerging. Theres no overnight emergency clinic in roseburg unless your an established client at Baileys. I lost all hope. Once my cat quit responding to our touch or talking we new this is life or death. My husband said its worth calling just to see if they'll take him. And they did! Because we gave a deposit and all our records were in the system. He spent 3 night there, fighting for his life from a urinary blockage and we came to time when we coulnt save him. His kidneys were failing and thats a dark and painful road to go down. Baileys made it as easy as possible, but its always hard. Anyway, baileys is the best, go there.

It was our first visit with our new and very sick puppy Ernie. The staff was very kind and helpful and the vet was thorough with his treatment and exam. He made sure we came home with all the needed directions for our little boy As of today he is feeling much better. They even gave use a discount. It was a really rough day for our family and they all were so helpful and understanding. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You guys were a real blessing Sincerely Rod and Lisa Hubbell And our O.E.S Ernie

My husband has been sitting and waiting for them to see our dog and it was a walk in but they aren't letting anyone one in he's still sitting in the truck it's been 5 hours. Very poor service from them he keeps reminding them that he's still there and they ignore him. Shameful service Baileys. The only reason I gave one star is because I can't post this unless I did????????????????????

Very hard working staff. I believe they are one of the best veterinarians in Roseburg. So far 2 of my cats have visited and though one of them being FILV positive had serious recovery issues from getting most teeth extracted... The doctors did a good job. They have some of the harder to find foods for special needs. They are More expensive than Other vets I have heard but still less expensive than where I came from… the Bay Area, CA. I believe they have emergency services as well.

Sadly we had to take our 14yr old little dog in for a urgent care visit 2 days ago. I witnessed what I would call a stroke that morning. She lost all use of her right leg and lost her balance and fell. We waited over 40 minutes in the partaking lot just for a triage nurse. They took her right in. We could not go with her due to Covid. We get a call from the vet that she was given o2 and she recommended a Neuro referral Mind you this is a 14 yr old dog. We said no. She sent us home with Prednisone and muscle relaxers and said they will call us in a week. She was not able to ambulate to use the bathroom or eat and drink. One day later her back legs went out. We called our old bet in Coquille and he had to euthanize her this morning. In his opinion it was the most humane thing to do and we agreed. Is it all just about the money?? Why would they send a dying pet home? Just for more visits and treatments for something that cannot be regained. This little dog should have been taken out of her misery the first time being seen. Needless to say we’re willing to drive to Coquille for the care our animals deserve. Please consider your pets outcome and care they deserve. I’m sorry I do not recommend this Veterinarian company.

I am retracting the review I left last week. The office manage called me last Monday spent 30 mins on the phone with me and we made arrangements for my dog to be seen today 11/18/21. I was in and out within the hour of arrival. They all went above and beyond to take care of me and make sure things were ok this time. I did apologize to the staff for being so upset last week and they were understanding. I arrived at 7:50 am this morning and it’s now 11:17. We are still waiting to be seen. I wasn’t able too schedule an appointment because they are booking 6-8 weeks out. So my only option was walk in. We sit in the car and wasted my whole day off waiting. It’s time find a new vet service for my dogs.I ended up waiting 6 hours and left with my pregnant dog not being seen. I am now looking for a new vet. They called me 45 minutes after I got home saying they were ready for her. I told them I was home and wouldn't be back. They had every excuse in the books all day as to why they couldn't work her in. You don't make people sit in the car for 6-7 hours for a Dr. visit and expect them to be nice and friendly and continue to come see you. I have always liked and supported Bailey's until today. Now I am done!!!!

Went in with a puppy w parvo and because he wasn't a " patient" there we could only get in to be seen as a walk in basis, because of his illness we had to wait outside in the vehicle and it was a pretty warm day. Now I have an idea what it's like for animals left inside a vehicle.

Took our Dog to Baileys they took our Trixie right in she was not eating they kept her overnight gave her IV fluids, x-rays, medicine for gastritis. Never could tell us what was wrong or what caused it. I called next day to make arrangements to pickup her up, the doctor tried to talk me into leaving her overnight again I thought something wasn't right here. Went to get my Trixie, went to pay and was told $1589 for 24 hours I could not believe it. For what? Way way overcharged in my opinion. Tried to return unused medicine $59.00 not needed was told on the phone could return it, got there couldn't return because opened, opened by the girl at the counter to take the syringe out of box to mark it for level. Not rocket science it's marked already we can read. We have spent lots of $$$ over the years with Baileys over $5000 on a previous pet that died shortly after. No More! Sad Baileys not what it use to be!

I have had a few issues with Bailey’s vet recently but this situation was the cherry on top. My lovely parents just moved up here with their 14 year old dog. Thursday night he started showing the signs of impending death. My parents knew to keep him from suffering, they were going to have to put him down. After many phone calls to other vets who suggested Baileys, because they have emergency services, they called them to ask for help. At this point the dog was suffering by convulsing and seizing in my mothers arms. They begged Bailey’s to help them and put this dog out of his misery and give him a peaceful end. Baileys said no because they weren’t an established client. Was it because of the money, they would of happily paid anything. But no, because Bailey’s told them that and denied service, this dog seized to death in my mothers arms and had to sit in a box till the next day. That is very traumatic for people who loved their pet. What if they were traveling, it shouldn’t matter. What they did was inhumane and the dog could of had a peaceful death. Baileys, do better.

I called as an emergency walk in and they had me come on in. At first I was told 2-3 hrs for walk in, but once they checked my Max and such, they listed him as acute and took him right in. They ran extensive tests and labs and were so wonderful with us. They couldn't figure out the problem, but referred us to a specialist. They were so caring and we received outstanding service. Thank you everyone at Baileys.

Initially I was concerned because I couldn't get an appointment and when calling from the parking lot for walk-in service I got a kind of snippy response but once I got in line to be seen they had the most outstanding customer service. They took me in as a walk-in to do a health certificate. They are not my regular vet. I got in the same day as the walk in and they were very thorough about answering any potential questions I may have about my pet's health. The staff was very friendly.
