Young assistant showed me into examination room and no pressure applied on me or puppy. True caring by both people.

The people here are so very, very helpful and friendly. They treat me 21 year old cat with such love and gentleness. Wouldn't take her anywhere else. Thank You Cinder Rock.

My dog got hit by a car and I took him to them they were very considerate and kind they checked him out for me and gave me some referrals of where to go for emergency I would highly recommended them anytime.

It has been more than 15 years since I have had every confidence in an animal clinic. I appreciate their compassion and understanding. Pets are expensive and sometimes emergencies happen... they have been fantastic in explaining everything I do not understand and answering all my concerns. I have two geriatric Jack Brat Russell's 16 and 13.5 years old... I will not go to a different vet for these fuzzy buddies. Thank you Dr. Galen and the amazing staff.

I have been going here for a few years and have always felt like my dogs were in the best hands! Fantastic vets and staff! They are expensive compared to other local vets but In my opinion well worth the extra costs.

Cinder Rock Veterinary in Redmond, OR is a first rate quality place of care for our precious dogs. We trust CRV implicitly to give us honest and compassionate information regarding the health and wellbeing of our pets. Our vet is Dr. Kailie Tronson whom we've been with for 7 years. She is a Brilliant vet and truly loves our dogs.

Just had our first photo visit here and I was blown away by the kind staff. Their love for animals is so clear and they were amazing at suggesting tips, and making a clear schedule for my new pup. Best vet experience I have ever had.

The staff was very nice our first visit with our new puppy family member and was super informative on how we can keep him healthy and ways of helping us safe money! Our pug puppy loved them as well he was so happy he was wagging his tail. And it was amazing before we even went in my husband and I seen a dog and his owner waiting and the dog looked anxious and unhappy but when he came out which wasn’t long after he went back in he was so happy like a new dog! That was good to see we will definitely be going back ????

Had my JRT in to see Dr Angie for probable conjunctivitis. She was knowledgeable and also listened to my observations. Her course of treatment has been effective so far. She is a good listener and explainer and I will use her again if needed. The vet tech Mikkel was also very helpful a good team player.

Everyone there is just so wonderful. They are so gentle with your animals and always treat you and your pet with respect. I have been going there 29 years. I would never take my animals any where else. They are the best.

The staff is very attentive, friendly and competent...I love my vets, Dr. Keith and Holly Sides I am very happy but saddened that they are retiring this year, they will be missed! My elderly dog has been critically ill twice and the treatment she has received has been excellent. Dr. Angie and Dr. Galyn are so compassionate and understanding, as well as excellent doctors. I can’t imagine going through such a trying time with anyone else. The staff is wonderful as well.

My first visit with my 6 yr old girl Doxie, Freelee, was excellent! She's got a little limp in her hind leg we're resolving. Really a lovely experience. I have scheduled Freelee's spay and dental surgery with them. Thanks for such amazing service. ????

They did a great job with my little cat. Nothing but good to say about the whole experience. Expensive? Well, what isn't? I don't feel like I had to pay too much, though. They are my cat's new regular vet. I went back today for annual checkup for my furry friend. Same high quality service and excellent care.

The staff at Cinder Rock are the best I have ever seen, I have never felt better about my pets health, the caring and professionalism you will receive is five star, we had to have a serious dental procedure and the dr was phenomenal and assistants too. They took great care of sharing the procedure with us, and have checked on progress since we got home too! I wish I could find health care for me that is as good as this. UPDATE! We have had our Dog cared here and YES THE STAFF IS AMAZING - Jessica is the best in Central Oregon Trust me

The entire team from front desk, Vet Tech's to the Veterinary staff themselves are all amazing! Cinder Rock was able to get us in on the exact day and time requested. We were met by smiling, happy staff upon entering. Our appointment was right on time, and was a quick 30 minutes for an exam, shots, and help with an ear infection! The staff took the time to show us how to use the medications and also took the time to answer all of our questions as well! 100% recommend the crew at Cinder Rock!
