Have used them for years. Always compassionate, caring and kind.

My dog Milo can be nervous around people not familia by growling but he is calm with the staff and Vet. there while being examined .

I adopted an elderly dog who had some pre-existing medical issues and she has received great care at Crooked Tails! They've been very responsive and helpful with getting her in on short notice when she's needed to. I highly recommend them!

I was shamed by the vet for my dog's teeth. He is elderly and I am on disability, so I could not afford an $850 dental as I was told by Crooked Tails that I needed to have available. I was told at curbside by the woman who brought him out that my dog had 1 abcessed tooth. I requested my dogs medical records the following day and was told it was not ready. It was sent later on in the day via email and it said he had 2 abcessed teeth! So which is it? And they said it would be until January before they could see him. I left in tears. Awful customer service.

Super friendly staff!! Very thourough. Their prices are 1/2 the cost as my vet in Portland! Totally worth the drive!!

No problems both female and male cats doing fine after being fixed and they found ear mites and fixed that too.

The staff is friendly and caring. They are knowledgeable and the most affordable that I have found in Central Oregon. My cat had her teeth cleaned and a tooth extracted for less than half the price I was quote at another vet.

I have been going there since they opened. They have been Amazing. My dog a few yrs ago needed emergency C-section They stayed way pass closing to safe the mom and her 5 puppies. The Vets have been so wonderful to me and my pets. The Staff is super friendly and very caring. I have sent many of my friends and family there. The Vets and Staff have also taken excellent care of my pets. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Vet The Vets are very knowledgeable and the technician are wonderful. I can not say how much I and my family appreciate all the wonderful care the have shown my pets

We had an emergency with our brand new puppy late in the evening and they quickly came in, diagnosed him and then gave us medicine for him. They were very nice and gentle.

I have a cat and an easily frightened dog. They are so good about comforting them. The doc even sits on the floor with my dog to examine her.

I had to put my dog down. They were very kind and gentle with him. However, I was not able to be with him I know they were respectful. Thank you everyone at Crooked Tails!

LOVE THIS PLACE. After taking my dog 3 times to another vet who told me nothing at all I was very pleased with this vet who told me exactly what the problem was after just 1 visit. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this place.
