Love the fine pet products

Great selection, friendly service and competitive prices small local store feel plus they provide free sample bags of most pet food and treats that they carry so you don’t waist money on a full bag of something that turns out you’re pet doesn’t like. Also, they have a liberal return policy just in case. My only complaint is that there aren’t more locations.

Super friendly and helpful staff! My first time at this location and it's definitely my favorite. The cashier's and stockers we're superbly amazing. This is my favorite also because of the fact it's bigger, with more variety. Happy customer's with even happier cats????

Mud Bay is great! My kitty (Penny) has lots of health problems and the staff is always super knowledgeable about all of the products to make sure that they will work for her. One time my cat was refusing to eat her food and they gave me 3 cans of different foods to try for FREE to see if they would work. It was thoughtful, and I was able to come back ans purchase a case of food that I knew Penny would enjoy. There are several locations around the city, and each one i have been to has been great!

Well stocked store with very knowledgeable staff who are always keen to help. They have a great range of food, treats, toys and harnesses. Our dog loves going into the store and she walks gets a treat from the staff.

The layout was nice and the selection of food was unique. They have information sheets on different diets which was great. As a vet I am not pro grain free but I don't love to see good store bought options for freeze dried and fresh meat diets. I would love to see more with AFCO approval labels as this indicates the food meets minimum requirements to be nutritious.

I love Mud Bay! I'm currently with my rescue dog #2 and mud bay has always provided for both of them. The thing I love is no matter which mud bay I go into, the service and quality is always consistent. I've never had bad service and I've always been super satisfied with the products. The staff are always friendly and so helpful. Honestly they're part of what makes the shopping experience so great. I've also used their home delivery service twice and both times it was delivered quickly and with care. The only thing I have to say - will you please bring back the sandwich cookies? My dog loves sweets and those cookies are a great way to satisfy him. Also I've tried it...they're delicious ???? Thanks for upkeeping such a great company!

Knowledgeable staff, no pressure, just kindness and help. Range of prices on most things and fixes for a lot of problems. Like, destruction bent cats and a leafy plant.

The store is nice and their selections are good but man, get some plexiglass for the registers for the sake of mediating the awkwardness between the staff and customers.. it’s been a year since the start of Covid and every business in. the. world. has plexiglass up. It’d be nice if the staff didn’t have to jerk back awkwardly in horror, fear and disappointment while you’re trying to pickup your purchased item from the counter. Sayin.

Decent selection of products, but I was followed around by secret shopper with my girlfriend after purchasing a 60$ bag of food.

Seriously I was panicked because of the winter storm but they were open and provided a recommendation for a food similar for my dog. They also had everything I needed for my dog so they didn’t react poorly with a new good and have samples if you want to transition to a new food. Will be going back to this location and so grateful for them!

Great service up until the point you need to use the bathroom. Last week I spent fair amount of money outfitting my new puppy with everything she needs to be healthy and fit. Use the bathroom, which was open before-but this morning all of a sudden it's closed, when I'm clearly in distress and in need of a bathroom. I feel as if I need to act like one of their furry patrons and just make a poopie on their doorstep. Thanks, Mud Bay for making me feel both uncomfortable, embarrassed, and comfortable enough to never return again. I'm going in right now to return everything that I just purchased... Besides the rawhide toy she's already chewing on. (Update) The more I've looked into Mud Bay the more I find they are posing as a local company-even going so far to tell their patrons that, "Oh, we're totally organic and local, we have the same owners for years and years... Blah blah blah." They're non corporate and local like the Olive Garden is an Italian Restaurant. Know where you shop, people. If you truly support local businesses, or even businesses that may be small but honor the community by using ethical representation of themselves, don't shop here.
