After 15 years of awesome service they have lost all integrity! They lost the customer service, they pushed off decade old customers for new ones. They stopped answering calls and screened calls. They stopped answering the 24 hr emergency line even during business hours. Terri is a fantastic lady and vet but greed has caught up to her! I called 10 times with no response so I drove a hour to speak with her and she wouldn't even come outside to talk to us. You won't call back so here is your review!

Have never had a problem here... kind service and a very caring approach. My 2 greyhounds are taken care of very well by the vet and staff when they have to go in.

PAH provides extraordinary care for all of their clients. They have provided the care for all of our companions for 36 years. (Ad CC Vets and now Pioneer Animal Hospital)

Update: I'm not sure what happened, but they have changed and sadly I absolutely can't recommend Pioneer Animal Hospital anymore. Maybe the management changed but we transferred care to Milner Animal Hospital now. You can't call Pioneer anymore. There's a system that feeds you into the rabbit hole of "push this button if you need..". Then if you leave a message, it takes days to get a call back, if at all. And no one can go into the building for the appointment. I do not accept blaming covid anymore. I'm a nurse. They can let one person go with their pet if they choose. They no longer will call in a prescription. You have to go there and wait for a hard copy to be brought out to you. 2 weeks ago, I left the message that we were no longer going to be bringing our fur babies to them. No call. Nothing. This review also will fall on deaf ears. So, go there if you want, but don't say you weren't warned. Best of luck friends. We have been taking our pups herefor at least 8 years. They are fantastic. A star of 4 instead of 5 as covid changed it and we can't go in. And I'm not fond of the new phone system really... but I still trust them completely with my fur-babies.

The doctor was very knowledgeable and gave me great information about raising my newest dog. The staff was all very kind and I loved being able to accompany my dog inside for the appointment. I'm picky about my vet clinics and Pioneer gets 5 stars from me!

The vet was very condescending and belittling regarding our situation with our animal. Made my wife feel like a bad pet owner. Yet we are going to the vet to ask for guidance and information. The vet scared her with threats not knowing the situation. We were recommended by the person we got our animal from to go to your vet. Yet we have been treat so poorly by the snobbish attitude. I would never recommend this place after this

Following surgery on a Friday, no one called as promised on Saturday to see how my dog was doing. I tried to reach someone at the Pioneer Animal Hospital a number of times. No one answered the phone until late on Tuesday afternoon. Even the "emergency" selection was unresponsive. "Leave a message and someone will get back to you by the end of the day." An emergency! This avoidance is a serious concern.

Despite the complications of covid, Pioneer Animal is putting the needs of their 4 legged patients first. I highly recommend them! Entire staff from veterinarians to receptionist are doing a great job.

The staff is amazing & friendly and my dogs actually enjoy going to the vet. Haven't been able to say that before. Highly recommend.

It was a good vet but in my opinion it has changed. My daughter also stopped seeing them for her pets.

They got us in quickly as this was a pressing issue. I didn't feel like they rushed care because things were busy, but that they took all the time needed to diagnose the problem and offer treatment options. They've been my first choice clinic for years and years.

They have adapted to the pandemic by having owners wait in their cars, text, and then they come out and pick up your pet.

I will never take my dogs anywhere else. They are so kind, quick and knowledgeable.

It would be nice if they told you the price of what yest they were going to do on the text they send you. Instead of you thinking that the bill would be around 40 and having them tell you that the bill is 114.00 Not cool how would they like that font to one of them

The no contact between my doctor myself and my dogs does not work

Never have I encountered such a kind and empathetic team of people. My beloved dog, Roxy, was suffering and I found myself in an untenable situation. The generosity of the PAH team helped me do what was best for my best friend. Additionally, their reassurances that I was doing the right thing alleviated the extreme guilt I had been struggling with in making my decision. Due to COVID-19, I was unable to be right there when my girl left us so the staff quickly returned with my Roxy. Seeing my dog so at peace after too much suffering brought me a sense of peace I hadn't expected, leaving only a modicum of guilt for having not made the decision sooner. When I received a sympathy card in the mail from PAH signed by hand, not just some print out, I was once again overwhelmed with gratitude and comfort. Thank you PAH team. There are no words to express how thankful I am for the gift you gave Roxy and me or how blessed I feel.

The staff is friendly. The doctors are knowledgeable and caring. The prices are fair. I've been with them for 16 years and will not change.

Very good vets here. We used to go to a clinic closer to home but came here after our favorite tech moved to Pioneer. Very pleased with our move.
