Never done wrong by my (healthy) dog, but over the just couple years become concerned enough with their honesty that I'll be going elsewhere. Exam and shots in 3 minutes, without owner allowed inside. Weight off enough that I had it checked elsewhere. Weighing 3 days my Shepard gained 25lbs from their 100.00lbs measured? Won't be going back for dishonestly and shortcuts.

everytime ive had to go to barclay,i was calmer and trusting with drs.they minimize the cost and not service.they are amazing.the secretaries are very nice.this place is not an uptight experience.thanks everyone who works there!

As always, highly professional and completed procedures quickly. Noted that some procedures were due next month and saved us another trip to the clinic.

I have been visiting Barclay Hills for my pets needs for years now and have always been pleased with their service and kindness. I appreciate that they will work with me to make sure my pets get the treatment they need and do not push to do extra that they don't need. I can't wait for the new office so I can come inside.

We have been bringing our dogs here for years. They are always so Thorough. I always feel good when I leave here that my dog is being taken care of

Although I had a 9 a.m. appointment and arrived on time, I had to wait 30 minutes before anyone came out to pick up my pet. Other than that, my experience was fine.

When I arrived for a surgery consult for my pup's torn ACL, I was nervous to find that I was to stay in the car during her visit due to COVID precautions. I wasn't sure how I would feel about moving forward with surgery without meeting the surgeon and having a face to face conversation. They took her back, and someone was checking in with me every 10 minutes or so (walking out to the car). Then the surgeon came and talked me through all of the options very patiently. She took the time to answer my questions, didn't make me feel at all rushed, and was very kind and knowledgeable. Their surgery estimates were also much lower than I was expecting. Surgery is scheduled for 11/23, and I'm feeling much more at ease about it all.

It was costly but worth knowing our "puppy" Willa is well cared for.

I wish I could have been involved in my little guys first check up but that's due to covid. They were professional, quick and answered all questions I had.

This is the best Vet clinic I’ve been to. They are so caring, efficient and upfront-honest. I will drive 45 min to take my fur babies to them.

I found this clinic to be thorough in caring for my dog. They asked clear questions to find what concerns I had and the purpose of the visit and responded with knowledge and caring to my concerns. Explanations to X-ray and lab results were clear. Dr. Garland had reviewed my dog’s file from the previous clinic and verified drugs she is on and findings from the other clinic. I’ll be back for sure. Kind and caring staff snd doctor. Thank you team.

There is not one thing bad you can say about this great team of animal loving people! I have been coming here all my life! When I was a kid, we brought our animals here and now as an adult I have been coming for years! You will never find a place as good as this one! Pricing and the experience and the trust you have in them to care for your fur kids is so worth it!

I noticed some wounds on my cats leg. I called very worried about my cat and they were able to get me in that day even though they were very busy with other animals. I’m very appreciative of the help I got short notice.

I arrived 5 minutes early for my cat’s appt and waited for over 25 minutes before they came out to get her. That was slightly irritating, because several people showed up after me and their animals got brought into the clinic before.

Despite the covid restrictions, they were positive and professional.

This is our regular vet. Called for an emergency on a Saturday morning. I was told the schedule was full and was referred to ER Vet. ALL ER Vets had an 18-20 hr wait. I called back, they requested I email photos of the emergency. Emergency was confirmed by a vet who offered to see our pet the same day for exam and meds only. After arriving to the appointment, the vet and wonderful offered to stay late and treat our pet. WE ARE FOREVER GRATEFUL!

This vet clinic is wonderful. They go above and beyond to ensure your furry friend gets taken care of. The bill never feels like it is unreasonable and the staff is super friendly. They make Eddi one happy boy

Such wonderful friendly people doing a great job caring for our animals. It is not easy to find a vet that cares for rabbits. They are knowledgeable and have answers for all my questions. I have taken 3/3 Rabbits there and will continue to do so.

We've been coming here for years and it's always been great. My little guy is very shy and afraid of his own shadow, but these guys are so skilled that he would literally stay with them if I left. When I say they care, I mean they truly do. We get check ups here and nail clipping done as well as any sickness that comes up. Also one of the most affordable vets I have ever been to and I've lived all over the US. Love these guys and would recommend them over and over.

I was having trouble finding a vet to check my 10 week old chicken for coccidiosis. Not only did they make time in their schedule for me but they were kind and fabulous people to work with!!

All the staff were super sweet and very caring. I had a concern about a 2 day old puppy and they took us in immediately. I couldnt be more thankful ????

Our sweet Doggo had an open wound that was looking infected. Originally I called our regular veterinarian clinic, and they told me they didn’t have any appointments, and didn’t bother to try and set up a future appointment. They just told me to call elsewhere. So I called Barclays Hills, and told them the problem. They took my information and were able to squeeze us in the next couple days. They were caring and concerned, and did everything they could to make a visit possibly for us. I dropped off my Doggo, they examined her, and called me right away. They cleaned up the wound and gave me some antibiotics. And…..it didn’t cost me an arm and leg to get excellent care for my best buddy. I am thrilled to have found Barclay Hills!!!!

Erin was super nice and professional and didn't seem to be in a rush. I appreciate the time and care and making sure I understand what they are doing and why! Reasonably priced as well.
