The most caring and dedicated vets you'll ever meet. They took EXCEPTIONAL care of my lovely old kitty Blondie for years before she passed away last year. When she did, I received a condolence letter signed by all of the staff. That notion means more to me than I can ever describe, and I keep it alongside a few of her things???? Thank you all for every bit of help along the way.

We’ve been coming to Berry Hill for several years now. All of my dogs have received excellent care. I changed from my previous vet because I was looking for a more holistic approach for my dogs. I have seen all the vets here through joys and sorrows. Staff is fantastic.

Berry Hill Wellness Vet is full of spectacular staff who REALLY care about the pets under their care as well as those who love them. They demonstrated great compassion when we recently had to do a behavioral euthanasia for one of our returned rescues, something we do very rarely and do not take lightly, making sure they understood the situation. They are wonderful people who I highly recommend for the best care around!

The care my animals receive and the feedback to me is absolutely fabulous. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and haven’t for more than eleven years! The staff are awesome, caring and extremely responsive.

Unfortunately a negative experience for me. After 2nd new puppy appointment still hadn't gotten to meet or speak to a vet due to Covid policies. When I discovered something got missed by his intake exam (crook in tail, probably minor and totally understandable and not at all mad it was missed, but just wanted to ask about it) and asked at his 2nd shot appointment if a vet could take a quick look at it while he was there they said sure, schedule another $70 appointment. I asked if I could just ask his vet a few brief questions on the phone first at their convenience to get an idea of what we were looking at. Same answer. Just not the kind of access or gated relationship with a vet I want.

A great group of people! The vets and techs all take their time with my dogs and then explain everything and answer any questions I have. I highly recommend.

Having vets that work with me is so important to myself and my dogs. I like that the vet techs and vets take the time to give me my option for the health care of my dogs, never pushy, and always informative.

The staff is really wonderful

I hadn't had experience with contactless vet appointments, but everything went great! A tech came out to get my kitten, and then when the exam was done, Dr. Roisum came out to talk to me about her findings and recommendations. She also gave me a written copy of the instructions for my kitten's care. Dr. Roisum is very kind and compassionate, thorough and professional. Any questions have been answered promptly by email. I'm so glad I've switched vets for my new kitten!

TERRIBLE. I made an appointment in September to bring in my 14 year old cat and I was running 15 minutes late to his appointment due to traffic. They told me to reschedule after being on hold for 10 minutes when they told me to proceed to head over. My cat threw up all over himself on the way back and is screaming and crying. You guys are a TERRIBLE business and you have no empathy for animals.

Very caring with lots of follow up communications . Goes out of their way to care for your sick pet. Staying late if necessary. They really care for your pets.

We always receive quality care here at a VERY affordable price. The staff members are kind and compassionate and do an exceptional job of explaining medical conditions and options. We LOVE Berry Hill!

I changed care of my puppy to Berry Hill on a recommendation from a friend as I was having a frustrating experience with my original vet. I’m so happy I made the change! Everyone at berry hill is so nice, professional, they actually answer their phone (what a concept!), and are also very responsive to any issue that arises. Every interaction I’ve had has been positive and they seem to genuinely care about my pup. Can’t say enough good things.

I have been coming here to see Dr. Jacobs for over 11 years with my Springer Spaniel. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. It's like talking with a family member, who just happens to be an awesome veterinarian! Don't get me wrong - all the docs are great there, including the vet techs & staff. I think we've been to all but one of the docs...but Dr. Jacobs rocks! Need I say more?!?!

I have taken my dogs to berry hill for as long as I have had dogs. My Golden Skyler had puppies last year and doctor noells walked me through all of it and answered all my questions. They take great care with my pups as they know they are family. I highly recommend them !

Got all the information needed, and they treat our animals like their own. Never feel like they are rushing us along, and always take time to answer every question and concern.

Dr. Jacobs has been my vet since 2013. She is incredible. She does an exceptional job of melding holistic and conventional veterinary techniques in order to help me keep my pets (I have taken 5 cats and a dog to her) as healthy as possible. Dr. Jacobs takes the time to explain what she is doing and is always open and candid with questions. The entire staff at Berry Hill is exceptional and I have, on occasion, seen the other Berry Hill vets when Dr. Jacobs was unavailable and they are wonderful as well. The front desk staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been to many veterinarians over the past 20 years in many different states and I work at an animal sanctuary. Dr. Jacobs and Berry Hill are the best vets I have ever found by far.

I would always recommend this clinic to my friends with four legged family. Everyone there actually cares about my pets. They try to get to the bottom of an issue, and not always by prescribing drugs.

Berry Hill is wonderful and everyone is kind and supportive. I love that they are holistic, and have options such as acupuncture and chiropractic. Prices are affordable, and the vets do a great job of explaining what's going on and what the treatment options are. They are excellent at helping my dogs be comfortable so they have a good experience. Highly recommend!
