Got my very sick axolotl in quickly and did their best to give him high quality care/treatment. Axolotls are not something commonly seen at a vet, so it's nice to know they see all kinds of oddballs. The exotic vet here I saw is so nice and caring! I feel confident with the care plan she made and feel like she gave him the best chance at recovering. Will bring future pets here for sure!

Took my rats in a few times over the summer after they had recurring respiratory issues. The first few treatments were moderately successful but the symptoms kept returning eventually. The vet tried adding another medication to their current treatment and gave me some detailed instructions on how to build a nebulizer and what methods I could use to make sure the air they were breathing was clean and free of dust. It wasn’t cheap, but I’m pretty sure they saved my rats lives, so the price was well worth it.

They were great Exam, clipped nails, and medicine given. All at reasonable price ????

The doctors and staff are genuinely kind and caring and every one of them are class acts in my book. The level of care was top-notch and I would recommend this over any other veterinary clinic in the area.

Doctor Douglas is amazing! Would recommend for an emergency reptile situation if you can get in. Very informative and was readily available when my leopard gecko was having concerning issues.

Dr. Dan is very educated and does a great job explaining things to people!

Friendly and great to work with. They always make it easy and our dog loves to visit them.

I had to take my little guy in for a mass on his eye, ended up putting him to sleep and they treated him like their own. I love this place. Ill never take my babies anywhere but here.

This is Nova our beautiful 1.5 year old lab! We took her here after reading several reviews and they are absolutely amazing!! They have been extremely nice everytime I call and are very good with Nova! She gets very excited and loves people and they are great with handling her lol. We just had Nova spaid and they were excellent and called the very next morning to follow up! Nova will be a permanent patient. Thank you ????

Changed vets because our vet doesn't see sick pets when they are sick. This clinic will help your pet when they most need it. They got us in quickly, they were on time, their prices are reasonable. Glad we changed.

Great vet they just need to do something about pick-up times. You can easily be stuck standing in their parking lot for half an hour

The staff here are always extremely helpful and both vets I have met have put the animal's health, safety, and comfort first, every time.

I highly recommend family pet clinic. You could just go in there and then soon as you're done with your pet they let you know if there is anything wrong and if there's nothing wrong they don't let you know so if you go to a pet clinic and they don't give you any problems that means that your pet's fine and I've never really had a problem with this pet clinic they're really reliable really honest and their best interest is in your pet they really care about dogs and cats. I will always bring my dog back to this pet clinic and I will always refer people to this pet clinic. Thank you for treating my dog as if he was your own ❤️

The clinic phone staff are consistently friendly, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. The tech assistants have been equally able, especially in view of pet family Covid restrictions to actual exam rooms. I have appreciated Dr. Douglas’s calls to me and/or coming to the car after she has seen my pet.

Took our new dog here for his first appointment, recommended by the breeder, and had a poor experience. When we checked in, they asked if we had any concerns and we listed about six things we’d like their opinion on. They then offered us a package deal, including the visit, supplemental vaccinations, and a discount on neutering. Because Newberg is a bit of a hike, we declined in favor of a vet closer to home. When they returned about fifteen minutes later, we got a quick run-down of the medicine prescribed. No detail on any of our questions, no review of vital signs or development progress (is he overweight? Underweight? Should his stool be that color? Could they provide any tips for separation training, as we’d asked? What about the question we had about his leg?), and no detail on the vaccinations he got or what he was due for next. We were told the final bill, presented with a credit card reader, and sent on our way. We certainly could have been more assertive in getting the questions answered, but really expected more collaborative information-sharing than the transactional “here’s your dog and the bill” experience we got.
