I’ve been taking my 2 dogs here for a few years. Today I received the news that my Aussie is terminally ill with kidney failure. The whole staff has been extremely compassionate and kind to us. Dr. Lankford is very knowledgeable and caring. She spent a long time with me on the phone explaining Rocky’s diagnosis and discussing our treatment options. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic. They have always treated our dogs expertly and their prices are very reasonable. Update: we had to put Rocky down today. Everyone was very kind and compassionate, especially the doctor and the tech.

My dog is always treated with kindness and gets really good care here. He has anxiety and they really know how to make him feel comfortable!

This place treats their own staff almost as well as the horrible care they give their customers. The owner Dr. Tyson refused to give a pregnant staff member who worked full time her health insurance benefits. He also boasts paying his staff an unlivable wage while keeping unlicensed staff members caring for your animals. If you genuinely care for your animals you’ll keep them far away from this unethical and unprofessional business.

Been going here for about 13 years. Knowledgable staff w/ fair prices. They seem to really care about the pets they see. Alwasy recommending this place to others. ♡

I have been coming to The Pet Health Clinic since Loretta owned it.It's been a good 30+ years.The new owner has done a good job w/the place.I really trusted Dr. Roberts while she was there. Dr. Longworth has been just as knowledgeable & trustworthy.I met Dr. Dunaway this week & I do like & trust his judgment.I am very relieved having 2 Dr.s that I know I can trust my Cat & Dog with.I do always recommend this place to my friends & family & even a few strangers.I have tried 3 other vets but I always continue to come back to The Pet Health Clinic.

Amazing . Took their time with my dog . She's not vet friendly and they were so calm with her and didn't push her to far . Definitely would recommend . We will be moving our animals there for vet care going forward.

Wonderful clinic with knowledgeable staff. They have everyone's health and safety in mind - including the humans!

I love the care and compassion they give! Also, I felt very comfortable with the fact that the staff was all masked. We need to come together to get back to normal! Idaho can't stay at crisis levels of care forever. Thanks for all you do for our fuzzy AND human patients!

Very helpful Geek Squad was very helpful.MY NEW DEVICE WAS not working and after awhile they gave up and gave me a new device.Kudos to Heather for her expertise and patience.

I bring my rats here whenever they need to be checked out and Dr. Foster is so caring and he explains everything to you, also very patient. I have never had a bad experience here and i highly recommend.

I've had multiple pets treated here over the years. Service and all have been good until the pandemic protocols when I was not allowed to go in and directly address my concerns. It is very difficult to go back and forth in phone calls, waiting in the lot for a long time to know what, if anything is being done. I am paying blind.

I had a very good first impression of this Veterinary Clinic they're very kind and love animals and when I spoke to the vet she spoke to me in a way that I could understand it wasn't over my head so I recommend them highly

They are very caring and when I've lost two of my pets I got sympathy cards from them which was really nice

Dr. Longworth is very knowledgeable and cares about her clients. She tells you in detail what your options are and explains everything. I have entrusted her with 2 of my most precious family members.

Took good care of my pet

The staff is amazing and has been taking loving care of my dogs for many years. When my beloved service animal had to be pit down after a battle with cancer, they showed such tenderness and allowed all 5 family members to sit with her as she drifted off to sleep. They then presented me with her ashes and seeds to plant a tree in her honor. It was the kindest thing any vet has ever done for us. I highly recommend this facility.

I tried taking my dog here this morning because it says walk ins welcome in google. Went in this morning only to be refused service for my dog

Love this vet! My old lady cat Bella (18 yrs) had developed constipation, and they were very kind in explaining the underlying cause and what the options were. When we decided it was time to let her go, they recommended a local in-home vet for the euthanasia. So she got pass in her favorite spot and not all stressed out from the trip to the vet. I so appreciate the team here and will continue to bring my other animals to them.

We had our cat Poncho put to sleep. Even though we had never taken Poncho to this hospital, we We're able to get an appointment the next day. We found the staff very compassionate and explained everything to in a very professional manner. They made a sad procedure comforting to us and our cat Poncho. Thanks to all the staff! Tom & Linda

Made an appointment last year for my cat Callie Mae to get her vaccines and to get her spayed. Everyone at Pet Health Clinic is kind, professional and takes really good care of my cat.

This office clearly doesn't want to be in business and still using Covid as an excuse to keep people out! My first visit was 3/8 and couldn't go in with my dog which was understandable. Today I called to get my dog in and nope still can't go in! Isn't that why they have vaccinations and masks? This office truly sucks on their policies and the receptionist could care less! Our pets are already stressed out, and this office makes it worse! I wouldn't recommend this office at all!

Definitely very thankful that I found Dr Longworth! I had been taking my dogs to settlers park vet and seeing Dr Mills for years however he misdiagnosed high blood pressure in one of my dogs and as a result she lost one eye and is blind in the other. Pet health clinic has a wonderful supportive staff. If you call with a question they will get the answer and call you back. I feel like they really care about my dogs and want what's best for them. They take care of the dogs and make humans feel comfortable and welcome.
