They have always been a great help with my 3 cats.

The staff here is wonderful with my nervous dog. They gave him lots of affection and treats to make him feel comfortable, and the vet did a very thorough job explaining the situation and answered every last question I had. I highly recommend this office.

So thankful for this veterinary hospital! They have always been able to accommodate my dogs, especially when it comes to something urgent. Amazing bedside manner and make our dogs feel comfortable in their care. We recently had our puppy come in contact with a porcupine, and they were able to assist us that same day to remove all the quills and make sure our puppy was OK. We will continue to use them as our main vet, and can’t recommend them enough!

I love taking my dog to daycare here, but I will never take him to the hospital side again. Last night I brought him in at 7pm he had broken nails that needed removed. The staff in the waiting room were friendly and lovingly towards Gaspard. Once they removed the nails is when the experience turned sour. It was nearing closing time and he was out cold. They roughly shook him around and had him walk despite him falling all over the place. I was scared he would be hurt even more by stumbling and falling. It was traumatic to see my dog completely passed out and being treated roughly. They had me put him in the car but then stopped me so I could go back and buy a cone (which I told them I didn’t need or want). He literally passed out in the parking lot in the snow and no one cared. I tried my best to get him back to the building, they put the cone on and had me pay the bill. The one who helped me pay brought Gaspard back in and then escorted us out. She said she was taking us to get his meds but she took us to the exit instead. When I spoke up about the medicine she was very annoyed and went to get it. She left us standing in the door way, Gaspard completely passed out and leaning against me for support while I propped the door open so they wouldn’t lock us out. When I finally got home, I let Gaspard out and he was so out of his mind with the level of sedation he had that he took off running in a panic. He hit a car which broke his cone in half and bled through his bandage from the running. I called the next day to ask them to rebandage him but they said it would cost 78 dollars. I don’t know if they always treat dogs like this when they are under sedation but to see my beloved pet tossed around, eyelids pulled on, left passed out in the lobby, etc was terrible. I know they were in a rush to close for the night but to disregard the well-being of an injured animal and put them at further risk is despicable. I wish they had not over sedated him, or at least let him stay ten minutes past close. Be wary of how this hospital will disregard your pets well-being if they decide you’re taking too long to get out.

Thank you for seeing my cat Gremlin the same day, thank you for saving her life. Fantastic service, they explain everything in detail and I felt really safe leaving my cat in their hands. Best vet I've ever been to, thank you guys so much. Definitely only going to this vet from now on!

The nicest people there. Really are interested in your pets welfare. Took our ferret in once again and she fell asleep in the assistants arms. NICE PEOPLE GREAT CARE

The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Biel was caring and explained the surgery thoroughly.

We’ve seen a variety of doctors at IPH and have always had a good experience. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Our dog loves attending camp as well!

Adopted through PetSmart, two 6 month old kittens yesterday that were rescued by Ontario Animal Rescue. We were able to get an appointment this morning at Intermountain Pet Hospital. Dr. Romanosky and Vet Tech Jenna, were very thorough and professional. Dr. Romanosky took the time to explain everything and answered our questions without making me feel rushed. We will make IPH the vet clinic for these two cats from now on. Thank you Dr. Romanosky and Jenna. Kevin Dixon.

Our older dog needed hip surgery. They made it possible.

I usually take my dog here and usually they are really great with him. But apparently when you have an emergency when they are closed and have to take them to the emergency vet, they won't take over care once they open and would need to book another appointment several weeks out before helping with your very sick pet who may need surgical intervention.

This place is great. I scheduled my appointment on time, was easily brought in on arrival, and the entire appointment was easy going. Even paying was super easy. My dog (Sophie) loved the vet and tech, even eating peanut butter from them. She's usually skiddish around new people, but had no issue here.

Will never go here again... My kittens were sick with upper respitory infection and Dr kimbel would not give them medicine... Thanks to her... I lost 3 kittens

My puppy wasn’t feeling well called without an appointment they said come on in you might have to wait a few minutes but then we’ll see him two hours later… this is not the first time they did that I just left went to Linder Pet medical

This is the best vet I’ve been to in 17 years of owning animals. Everyone from the desk, to technician and doctor were extremely nice and informative. My cat was relaxed during the visit and I left having some understanding of how to proceed with his medical issues. I usually feel like I’m being judged and shoved out the door with a huge bill but no results or real advice. Highly recommend this office!

We have a pet dog with Addison’s disease. It’s incredibly expensive and life threatening if not treated well. Dr. Wunz has been so helpful with contacting medication reps for us and helping us find more affordable options and making sure our of our dogs are getting the best care. I highly recommend her and her team.

Had a good second visit firs time dog was not used to other people brought him for a happy visit and the vet assistant helped us and we know now how to bring him in for the real check up
