I took my puppy on there today and they were very knowledge, friendly, and genuinely cared about my pet. I have never felt that with any Vet. Great experience.

Although the staff is super friendly, I was never introduced to anyone. No one provided their name so it didn’t seem as personable. A ver clinic and their staff should be personable as you are trusting them with your best friend. Side note: when you have an appointment it shouldn’t take 45 minutes to be seen by the vet. Had an explanation been provided for the delay, or simply a “sorry, it should only be a few minutes,” that would have been acceptable.

Always have had a great experience. They not only care about pets, but also their owners. I keep my pet care plan with them despite not living near them anymore because of their willingness to answer questions and see our dog when we are in town. Knowledgeable, professional, and always a pleasure to work with. 100% recommend.

Linder takes care of one of the most precious and joyous things in my life. My Penny Sue. One of my many issues is my very severe anxiety disorder. As she is my life and being away from her is a very painful experience. Linder however has made the separation tolerable because of not only the way they treat me but they love and treat Penny with the greatest of care as if she were one of their own. Every experience just keeps getting better and better. Thank you for taking her pain away today. Thank you.????????????

I love the staff at Linder. Today we used the mobile for a spay, eyelid fix, shots and chip. This was all done in the mobile unit at the end of my driveway. My dog didn't have to go through all of the normal stressors. She just walked up and in to the unit. The team is always timely, professional and the cost reasonable. So glad I found them! I definitely would sign up for the mobile program if you have a big dog like mine or a more uptight animal companion. Saves money in the long run and the animal is happy with the visit.

Wouldn’t accept a dog until August about a dog that has a piece of jerky stuck in his throat. They refused to treat him until AUGUST. and told us to go to the emergency vet. Come on y’all. ???? DONT COME HERE.

I am always amazed how efficient Linder Pet's staff is with our dog's needs. Our boy was treated by Dr. Anderson, who did an excellent thorough exam. I requested a more natural product for his joints. I appreciated her taking the time to learn about his health care and offer a more natural product.

My wife and I have taken our dogs to Linder Pet and been subscribers of their pet wellness program for years. They have always been very attentive and caring with our pets. Every time Mia and Ranger go in, they are treated like the only dogs in the clinic. I recommend them to anyone looking for a vet in the Treasure Valley.

Took my dog to this vet thinking he would be in great hands...well that wasn’t the case! They offer a care plan which I really think means MINIMAL CARE! He had some sort of rash & when they took the whole 2 minutes to look at him, they prescribed what he “needed” and sent us on our way! The next couple days it seemed to be getting worse and I kept taking him in...they kept telling me he’s ok! My dog got so bad I had to rush him to All Valley at 5 am! In the one month we were with LPM I had taken my dog to them sometimes 3/4 days a week! When it came towards the end they pretty much threw their hands in the air and sent me to West Vet...they told me they would call to get me an appointment, I waited & waited! Finally I did what I needed to get an appointment with West Vet with no help from LPM! Wet Vet did all they could (even though LPM put me one month behind on my dogs injury) three days later I had to put my dog down and Linder Pet Medical couldn’t even call me to say “I’m sorry”. Now I’m left with a $2000 vet bill & my dogs ashes. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you care about your fur babies DO NOT take them to this establishment!

Edited April 2021 - 5-star rating stays! I would like to add communication efficiency to the pro of Linder Pet Care. During pandemic year, they actively communicate with all different forms. Text message, is a typical example. Very responsive during my dog un-well days. Multiple vet techs response to my call/text, provide suggestion over the phone while I was struggling during the time hard to get urgent appointments. Thank you LPMC. Spring 2020 - I found this place by community group chat recommendation. I have a healthy happy 8 years young dog, I thought annual membership coverage should be all he need. He had annual exam, blood work, fecal test, teeth cleaning last year. Way more value than what I paid. Since past two weeks my dog having occasional vomiting and diarrhea concerned me. I tried to contact Linder Pet Medical, left a voice mail. They not only replied my call, but also communicated with me through text messages, guided me through few days till secured an appointment during this covid crazy time. Linder Pet Medical went extra miles to take care of their patients, in very professional manner. I’m beyond satisfied today to see my dog start new food and getting better on med. Thank you Linder Pet Medical keep providing care for my dog.

Love this place, it’s a very clean environment and the staff is so friendly and informative! I have taken my Dog here since I got her almost 4 years ago. I’ve done mobile and in clinic visits and the experiences are always amazing. My dog has zero vet anxiety (which I have had with my other animals, due to bad vet experiences). If you’re looking for someone you can trust with your fur baby this is your place.

We had Linder pet care taking care of our 3 girls for over 8 years. On a number of occasions we took our shepherd mix to see what was going on with her not eating and her guts rolling all the time. We were told as she is old and is just losing muscel mass with old age. That was the last 3 years. We recently moved and have found that our old gal just needed some probiotics and joint support. From our new wonderful vet. I am floored at the amount of money we spent there with having them all on the pet membership program for years and all the visits told us nothing. I suggest taking your pets somewhere else.

They were very courteous, understanding, professional and accommodating when it was time to lay my best friend down and say goodbye in the middle of the night on a holiday weekend. Very large, clean and nice facility with plenty of staff and immediate service upon entry.

I like it because of veterinarians do not rush through your visit, they take time to explain things they take the time to talk to you love it????

Brought my dachshund for an emergency. The "doctor" and I use this term very loosely, was in a hurry without touching my dog decided she had injured her back. He left the room about 5 minutes later a nurse, assistant came in gave some pain meds and sent me home.the "doctor " was gone before I got out to my car. My dog was in agony for 12 hours before she died. The next morning I went back to see the "doctor" and all he could tell me was missing diagnoses happen. Duane Johnston

We have 4 dogs and 1 cat and absolutely trust the staff at Linder Pet Medical to care for them. We find them reasonably priced, the staff to be very friendly and the veterinarians to be knowledgeable and kind both with us and our animals. I have been to many vet offices over my lifetime and had great care at most places, some not so much.....but they check all the boxes for us here at Linder Pet Medical. I highly recommend them! Dr Dobroth is fabulous and always puts me at ease when it comes to making decisions for my dogs health.

When we first started there it was great. They took great care of our fur baby and taking out her eye. We decided to try the groomer and nothing has been good since. She said she could not groom our dog because her other eye was bulged out and it would be too stressful on her. Even had one of the doctors look at her and agree. Said we should just take out that eye too. We immediately went and picked up our 2 babies to be groomed and took them back to their normal groomer and everything was great. We have since cancelled our insurance plan with them and moved back to their old vet. Even though it is not convenient for a 30 minute drive we love her and wont leave again. I would not recommend the groomer or the doctor there.

We received several recommendations about this facility so we felt good taking our puppy there for his first appointment. The staff was nice, and yes the puppy program seems like an affordable program, but there were two mistakes that occurred that led us to find another vet. 1) A week and a half after our first appointment there, our puppy became severely ill and was diagnosed with Puppy Strangles. Based upon his labs, it was evident that the infection had been present in him before we even got him. He had to be hospitalized and the medical team treating him said that based upon the size of his swollen lymph nodes, glands, and sores in his mouth and ears, that he had been battling this for a while and was likely overlooked or missed in his last appointment. 2) After the first appointment, the plan was to come back in 4 weeks for his last round of vaccinations. A week after that first appointment, I didn't see an appointment date on the paperwork so I called back asking when they had scheduled that next appointment for. They said nothing was scheduled because they forgot to and that they were now booked out almost four weeks. I asked if there was a clinic or something else they offered to resolve this since he just needed his shots, and they said no. That meant we would have to wait a total of six weeks now to get his vaccinations. That obviously poses a risk to his health as well as delays his opportunity to leave our backyard and play in public areas with other dogs. We felt that there could've been a better solution offered to resolve this since it was a mistake on their end, but that was declined when I asked. The fact that they are consistently booked out 3+ weeks at any given time, concerned us that our puppy would not get the adequate treatment and attention he deserves. Again, the staff there was nice to talk with and there are no adverse emotions for them. I honestly believe it's purely a quality vs quantity issue where they have taken in too many patients now but do not have enough operational infrastructure to handle it. The potential that poses to our puppy's health is too high of a risk for us to warrant paying for.

Poor communication. They responded to my boyfriend's bad review and the owners seem to want to blame us. The only person I reached out to personally was the only helpful one. I have texts from the front desk and a tech (who used her personal phone to contact me about my appointment.) I don't know what happened. I asked for a Wednesday appointment. She responded with a time that wouldn't work and never responded after that. I called on Friday to cancel and was told I didn't even have an appointment. But then on Saturday I was being asked to fill out forms for my upcoming appointment...that didn't exist? Also their response makes it seem like it's ok for their staff to schedule appointments without confirming with the client. I'll attach the texts. I’m just disappointed in how they approached this. In one visit I’ve paid almost $400 and this is how I got treated afterwards. And my cat is still not eating. But they really don’t seem to care.

Not only did they schedule an appointment for us without our consent, or even giving us a quote, but they then told us if we had to cancel the appointment we would be charged $150. Very unprofessional. Do not get helped by Rylee if you go in. ** I would take away the last star for Linder Pet trying to blame everything on us. We replied to the number that contacted us.. You should support your employees, but not when they communicate so poorly and risk costing your customers extra money and time. We have many screenshots of your employee's poor communication if you would like to see.
