Almost $700 for a spay! Places like this are why there are overpopulation problems. Ridiculous.

I think I am done with this veterinarian! Every time I call to get an animal treated for ANYTHING more than yearly shots I get the same answer..."Oh, that is serious, you need to get that treated right away, and we are booked up until next week." ALWAYS the same answer...I've called 3 separate times in a 7 month period for different issues and received the exact same response. I also have an extremely hard time reaching them, they are available, maybe 20 hours a week...at best! Also, the person that I speak to (the same one each time), is very rude and abrupt, and just doesn't want to explain anything, just transfer you off to another place. I don't know if Kindness understands, I am an existing customer, not new, I have to get my animals to be seen for an issue that can easily be solved with medication, but if I go to an emergency clinic I am being charged 200-300 more just as an emergency fee. I can't get into another practice at all as most vets aren't taking new patients, so I'm stuck paying $600 (2 animals at 300 each) just to get a pills or a cream or fluid to address the issue which is no more than $30-50 total! I urge anyone who is trying to find a veterinarian to go to, stay away from Kindness, their name is NOT indicative of their TERRIBLE service!

I have been going to them for 12 years. I called for an appointment and was told they wouldn't see my dogs anymore, because I didn't bring them in enough. Now I am searching for another Vet.

These guys genuinely love animals. We've used this vet for years and years and for 4 different dogs over two "doggy" generations.

A bit of a wait but the result is worth it! Vet was very kind, courteous and knew what he was doing!

Dr. Maendl is amazing and so caring. We have gone to him for years. We have been unable to get appointments the last few times we have needed to. The front desk people are incredibly rude. They are also unwilling to send records to the other vet we ended up taking our dogs to... We are pretty disappointed...

I can understand not being able to see new patients, but the way in which I was treated on the phone was inexcusable. And I *have* brought my pets there before, including the Irish Setter I am trying to bring in. I did not even get to say a word after she came back on the phone. She simply went through her statement about not taking anyone new, where I could take my business and goodbye! Again, being too busy to take "new" customers is one thing, but you still need to treat inquiries politely and give a person a chance to speak.

Been going to Kindness for 15 years now! Dr. Art Maendl is an awesome, knowledgeable, compassionate Vetenarian and has a great Staff ????????

They know what they are doing, Dr. Maendl is one of the best veterinarians out there. He goes over and beyond for his clients and patients. He loves animals more than anyone I know and bonds with each individual patient. The owners trust him and his patients love him, even the dogs and cats that come in very frightened Dr. Maendl knows how to handle them and give them what they need so their experience at the vet's office is a good one. I wont take my pets anywhere else!

Receptionist is a horrible person hung up the phone because I told her how difficult they were making it to book a appointment don't even both wasting your time spending thousands on a place that can't even hire a decent human being to answer the phone I'll never return to this horrible place

Not as caring as they use to be regarding the animal's condition, and speaking with the owners. Especially on urgent matters.

Dr. Mendel is great with all of our dogs.

Always the consummate professionals...we had to take big Maxey in to have a lump on his snout looked at...no Cancer...a small hysteocytoma...young dogs get this.

Dr.. Maendl is the most compassionate, caring vet I have ever taken my pets to. He gets down on the floor with them, hugs them and takes his time. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and the facilities are impeccably clean.
