My dog cries when we show up wanting in so bad. He always smells good and is happy. Much love to the groomers 10 outa 10!!!

Beth does an amazing job and is patient with our dog who is skittish about having her paws touched and nails clipped. Over time with this patience she has gotten better at handling grooming. Everyone is friendly and responsive here too.

Let this serve as a PSA … First time I took my golden doodle in for grooming it was $40. Next time - after services - I was notified of a TWENTY DOLLAR price increase!!! Seriously?! That is absolutely out of control and absurd. They do okay work, they are not top of the line by any frame of the mind. Being out of town, my husband had to take time from work to take our dog in (even tho at this point I didn’t want to return). He was late to the appointment but still made it in a reasonable time. Again, with out any notice whatsoever, they tacked on a TWENTY DOLLAR late fee. I cannot wrap my brain around their thought process. As a business owner I believe in offering only the best customer service. If I ever mistreated my customers like this I would go out of business. This is a perfect example of them being a detriment to themselves. I hate leaving bad reviews however I feel obligated to forewarn the public about the terrible business practice at this establishment.

Great job on nails, and very quick. My dog likes to pretend she's being tortured to death when getting clipped, but they handled it well

We’ve been bringing shelter dogs to groomers all over the Treasure Valley for the last 13 years. We settled here in Meridian and have been using this groomer’s establishment for about three years due to the price and location. Compared to other dogs we’ve adopted, our current two absolutely hate being groomed. When we’ve brought them home, they’ve had nicks, uneven cuts, missed nail trimmings and seemed completely out of sorts after being picked up. We’ve let it go based on their finicky temperaments but now we’re second guessing our decision to disregard these signs. Here are pics of our Havanese from his last appointment. His whole side and front are burned... badly. My husband picked them up and was too shocked to say anything or ask questions. When I called for more details, the owner answered the phone and at first blamed my dog for leaning against the dryer. This particular dog is the most timid animal we’ve ever owned and if anything he would be huddled in a corner away from the dryer. When I pointed this out, she blamed the new bather and how she scolded her afterwards for not paying attention. When I said I’m not blaming anyone I just want to understand what happened to my dog, she blamed me for being a customer, not a groomer and therefore not understanding how things worked. Granted, I concluded by saying I shouldn’t be charged for the appointment and she said if I needed to take my dog to the vet for treatment she would pay for that but not refund the service, if I didn’t take him to the vet she would refund me the grooming fee. I completely understand mistakes happen but her belligerent attitude made a bad situation that much worse. First, I’ve dealt with many dogs and many groomers. I’ve never had this issue, so yes, I’ve never had to deal with a defensive groomer who turned her business error on me. Second, this adopted dog was a gift from my brother one month before he died from cancer. I’m sure everyone knows that our pets become our family in many different ways. This shy animal trusts me to take care of him and I betrayed that trust by continuously taking him to a woman who clearly lacks rational communication skills and empathy. A simple I’m sorry this happened would have gone a long way but her attitude indicated she rates profit more importantly than our pets. I’m kicking myself. Don't be me. Other dog owners have rated this business well, but the truth is 90% of people will walk away from bad business practices without complaining. I love the groomers here. They are organized and friendly and do a great job with my dogs. Free nail trims between grooms if you get on a regular schedule.

Wonderful family business and great with all the dog.

We stop and get the dogs nails trimmed every month. Our girls got a bit of drama queen in them. I know they probably aren't the easiest to deal with. But the ladies here do a great job. Get them in and out. They are nice and friendly. And I'm sure they see lots of dogs but they remember our dogs names everytime we walk in the door. (Not sure if that's a good or bad thing lol due to the drama queen issue). We will use them till we no longer can. Thanks girls!!! Charli and Franki's mom and dad

I had a hard time finding a groomer I liked in the area. I've been to groomers before where they have no customer service, are rude, are expensive and have cut my dogs nails so short they bleed. I am so happy I have found Classi K-9s. The ladies are always so sweet when I drop my dog off and always do a fantastic job grooming. They are quick and affordable. I highly recommend them.

Brought two dogs in, both got the works. When I went to get them it was so calm/good energy in the salon. My dogs were very calm and looked like they enjoyed their stay! The groomers did a GREAT job on my babies as well. Very reasonable prices for the quality they do that keeps me coming back, bring your fur babies here!

Do. Not. Use. New people on my last visit. Busy dad with kids shows up late, gets an 80 charge added on AFTER making a generous tip. Got half way home and realized they gave my 15 year old dog a laxative. Who ever that gal was, she was new, extremely rude, and vindictive as hell.
