After the fire destroyed their building, they relocated to the Winco shopping center in Medford, where Valley Immediate Care used to be. You can't go in though, which is a bummer. They're good people though.

Great service, they don't try to charge you for anything that can be done but instead step by step. Really nice and thorough, honest staff. I dropped off my hedgehog and was called an hour later by the doctor to explain what they did and asked if I had any questions. Highly recommend.

I have not been to their new/temporary location, as of yet, but the staff here is awesome. They provided excellent service and care of my Cat, Mr. Kitty Pants! The vets and techs are extremely knowledgeable, as well, unlike some other vets in the valley.

Thank you to the staff and Vet you guys have done a great job with both of my kitties ! if you need a vet i would recommend this Vet & staff highly . what an amazing job you have done w/ both of my 2 kitties they are never stressed when they come out of the office and they staff is very informative and help out any way they can . feel like they have went above and beyond, when it comes to your pets. big thank you fro our Kitties Jesse & Jasper. also a big thanks from their humans as well !! Prices are good and cheaper than last vets office who would have charged me 3 times the amount the other vet was charging and are very detailed is pricing

Very accommodating staff. Unfortunately it was burnt down do to the fires on 9/8/2020. Hope they can rebuild soon. In the meantime they have a temporary location in the Winco shopping center.

I would recommend anyone to this vet! We recently had to put our dog down and everyone there was kind and made the hard experience a little better, even went out of their way to send us a card, 5 star recommend!

I was just there today at there new location and when I made my appointment I asked for my puppy to be checked if she was coming into heat. When I checked her in and we went over what was being done I explained that I wanted her checked along with everything else being done. They didn’t check her. I was told that the vet was in surgery. When I told the tech it was something I asked for I was told I would have to make another appointment. This was very frustrating as it was one of the main reasons I made the appointment. When I called the office I was basically told that there was no notes on my appointment about it and the vet was not involved in her appointment just the techs. Too bad for me. I Asked if this was good customer service to not inform the customer at the time of the appointment it wouldn’t be done or during check in that it wouldn’t be done for the business to not really care. The manager I spoke to Chaz or Chad said yes. I will be taking my business and recommendations to Dr Wilson at Crater Animal Clinic. It least Dr Wilson actually cares and it isn’t just about the money. Sadly the owner of pheonix animal hospital will probably never know how his staff runs his business.

They have always gone above and beyond for my Siberian husky! Very patient with him, they get down on his level and build a connection with me and him and are overall the best vet in the valley! Highly recommend!

I just wanted to write to thank your entire team, and especially Brittany. She was so so supportive of our pup Bruno who struggles at the Vet. Our pup was not willing to do anything and he showed how upset he was. Brittany was calm, helpful, very nice to our pup, and unbelievably patient, all of this led to Bruno getting his shots in a return visit later that same day so he can go now back to daycare, and a plan for our next visit. If it wasn't for Brittany I would imagine that we'd be looking for another Vet office, but because of her work and dedication we will be a client of yours for years to come.

Had a concern about my cat and they took him in the next morning! Great care was taken of him!

They have a great avian vet! Hard find. They have taken care of my parrots and a few chickens.

The staff we interacted with were great, and we really like Dr. Winters. He's very knowledgeable, friendly, and listens well.

I am an owner of a lion-head bunny! I do not frequent vets so I was very nervous to get my bunny Spayed. Even my first call to schedule an exam was so professional and easy I was immediately put at ease. I was given an itemized quote for the procedure and was pleasantly surprised when I came to pick her up that it was significantly less! They took such good care of her and exceeded my expectations. I have nothing but good things to say about Phoenix animal hospital.
