I walked in looking for the Hills Science for my dog. And I realized they didn't carry it, but that's fine, that is not why I'm giving them only 1 star. The reason is because when I didn't see the product on their shelves I decided to ask to make sure if they didnt have it. When I did the owner (im just assuming he was an owner) seamed like he had never heard of the brand. Then I said thank you and proceeded to leave (I cant switch up my dogs food, she has a very sensitive stomach and the food I was looking for was recommended by the vet). Then he proceeded to ask me if its just a kind only sold by vet, I said no. Then he started saying it must be a lower tier brand saying it must have a bunch of bad stuff in it like gluten and wheat or whatever. Me, not wanting to argue or anything just said "I don't know" and proceeded trying to leave, then he responded as I was leaving "Well we DO know, that's why we are here." The guy behind the counter was so unprofessional when he realized he wasn't going to get a sale from me. He was very condescending. Good thing I didn't buy anything, and I will never step foot in that store again, and I will make sure to let anyone I know how rude these people are, and how they talk down to you if you decide not to buy anything...

Pumpkin the precious orange cat is always available for petting, he loves people. The staff will order large bags of the good pumpkin kitty food for you, comes in handy if you feed a lot of cats! ????

I really love this place not only because it's local, but because they always give my dog so much attention when I bring him in. He loves meeting people and the employees are always more than happy to come love on him. Seriously makes me happy. I wouldn't go anywhere else

I love this store! Great selection of natural/healthy pet foods for dogs, cats, rats, and rabbits! They also have a store cat which is super sweet!

I use to love coming into this store for anything and advice. But something changed. Terrible customer service has over come this personnel. We weren't greeted. One clerk was sitting on the floor chatting with a friend and her dog. We found what we needed and waited at the counter. Then a young man comes from the back rushing. Obviously he was working. Not sure if anyone else was. I chose to shop here because its local. I will give it another chance before I move on. This was the 2nd time coming in to poor service.

Cute&clean. Lots of cute little toys. Selection of bones and treats, ect. Refridgerated dog and cat food. Not much of a collar selection but they do have nice life vests and dog coats for different seasons/needs.

Excellent! I went to 3 pet stores looking for birthday cookies for my pup and this place was my 4th stop! Not only did they have birthday cookies but they had a variety of other festive cookies and so much more! They've definitely got a new regular!
