Super helpful and friendly! An amazing variety of foods for your 4 legged family members. Worth the 3 hour drive!

Prices are a bit higher than similar pet stores but it's clean and well stocked. Best part is being able to shop with your fur baby.

They really need to deal with the happy holidays and hannakua sign.

In store pick up. Walked in, the guy multi tasked and was looking up my order while helping another Customer. It was a quick easy transaction. I also got a DAMN good discount. Everywhere else was 175-200 for the 3 flea collars. I got a 12 dollar discount for something and then a 20 dollar discount for spending over 50. Got them for 147. WAY cheaper than anywhere else I found. Even Chewy.com. First time ever shopping at Petco and will definitely continue to use them for all three of my dogs!

Expensive but I can live with that..My problem was with the cashier asked about rewards and the lady gave me zero answers and moved to help the next customer..very rude..why have rewards if your cashiers don't want to help people sign up

The Petco here in Medford is pretty good. We have been there several times, and have always had a good experience. They have some really cool animals, and pet care products, toys, and much more. They seem a bit understaffed. But the employees that are there, seem knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely a good place for you and your pet friend to visit!

Always good selection with fair prices. Would like to see more harness options for dogs.

I like the atmosphere of Petco and I found an adorable cat toy that chirps and looks like a flamingo! My cats all love it, my father does not, lol.

I felt discriminated coming in here. I tried talking to 3 different employees. No one would help me out or look me in the eye. Maybe hire friendlier people who like to do their job. Taking my business elsewhere

I finally desided to check this store out because of hearing how great it is , I was not super impressed the first time I visited, I was disappointed on the selection that was available at the time, I don't think it had been stocked in a very long time ,I wanted to get new toys for my fur babies and check out treats, collars ect but There was nothing to out on the shelves but it was in middle of the day during mid week , so I desided to come back at a diffrent time the next trip was better but The I was still disappointed in the selection of treats ,and they are spread out over many isal's so it made it confusing to see what they exactly had available and the prices were more then other pet stores that I have shoped at,the collars they had were super expensive and again not stocked the best , I did buy my babies food there but it was supposed to be a great sale but it was about 5 dollars more then what I normally pay elsewhere, but they were very nice and was able to find a few other deals that made the trip worth it and the 2 / 5 $toys they had in a bin up front was fun. I would like to try to take my Boys to the groomers Because of the good reviews..

Dirtiest bathroom I’ve ever been in. This is a reflection on how the store is ran. Maybe they are short staffed. However it doesn’t take long to clean.

Had a wonderful experience with Sheryl R! Took my 9 month old Standard poodle in for grooming, we were behind on his grooming so I knew it would be a more difficult appointment. She was very understanding and so thorough! She explained everything clearly and in detail. She was so kind and helpful! And she did an amazing job and took the time to make sure I was satisfied and gave some suggestions to help with his next appointment!

I love Petco for items for my cat. They have a large selection of accessories from iguanas all the way to fish and more! Fair prices and all around good customer service.

I'm sure it's a good place for you to buy stuff for your animals or your pets but I won't go there
