The staff are very nice. They are especially patient when I have questions and Dr. Mason is clear with her explanations and takes time to talk about my dog’s issues. I just really like going here, I would take Freja anywhere else

We love Lakeway Vet and highly recommend them. We have used them since we first brought our pup home with their puppy package. He ended up having emergency surgery at 7 months old and they handled him with great care. He is now 1 and just had his neuter surgery. He is on day 2 of recovery and doing great. We love our Vet !

We were able to get in for appointments with face to face, not in the car. The girls both got their rabies shots and didn't even whimper. One got a nail trim, which is usually a fight; but they were gentle and the puppy was totally relaxed. Very good manicure.

Lakeway Vet Hospital came into my life during a troubled time. My male German Shepherd ( Midnite ) had formed a lump on his leg. I had just moved here and found Dr. Kerstin. I waited outside while she diagnosed Midnite. She came out, I knew the news wasn't good by looking at her. Midnite had cancer and he wasn't going to survive it. This dog was my life. A search and rescue canine I trained myself. When Dr. cried with me, I knew I had found a very special Vet. Dr. K was able to give Midnite another 4 mo of happiness. I still have Spirit ( female German Shepherd ). When I find my next puppy, guess who the Dr.'s going to be? To anyone who's pets are family, This dog trainer thinks you'd be nuts not trust their health to Lakeway. PLUS, the staff is polite, professional and also friendly

Dr Mason is a hands on, very attentive veterinarian, she provides animal care for large animals, small animals, and from what I my experience with her, she is doing her why in life very well. I highly recommend her to anybody that wants excellent care at a fair price. Straight up, kind, professional and easy to communicate with.

Medical treatment is excellent. Letting me know the results of my cats’ blood draw took four days; The results came back in one day; I was trying to find out if my cat had diabetes; For three days I was worrying; I should not have had to wait and worry when the results were in; The doctor could have told the phone rep to say the cat did not have diabetes and would let me know the details in due time; That would have been fine.

They are always kind and efficient. I trust them with my pets.

Please, if you love your pet, do not take them to this veterinarian. The few times that I have taken my dog to this vet, it felt very rushed and cold. Seems they are trying to get in as many pets as possible and not taking a caring nor dedicated time approach to each pet. On a side note, I called in to get a refill prescription for my dog and they said I have to come in again (spend another $79.00) to have my dog seen, run a test and get her a refill. Basically money down the drain for nothing. She gets recurring ear infections, they know this but still ask that you bring in your pet so that they can take your money unnecessarily. I have since then gone to a new vet in the area that has excellent reviews and we are very happy with everyone there. They are extremely warm and welcoming.

Dr.Mason is the Absolute best 14 years ago when I got my dog nobody else would see her cause she was a pit bull. Dr.Mason happily welcomed us and ever since then doctor Mason has treated her like the happy girl that she always has been. they saved her life more than once. Which i am forever grateful for. their prices are great, their staff is friendly and professional I couldn't ask for a better vet.

Bear my pom begs me not to leave him there...he seems to have forgotten that the team at Lakeway saved his life. I have to remind him that every time he walks out of there that he feels great. He may not show his appreciation, but I certainly do. Dr. Mason is an awesome vet who did everything she could to save Bear after I lost everything in the Almeda fire. He was all I had left and to lose him would have been devastating. Thanks to all those that work there. Maybe Bear will bring you a thank you treat the next time he is in to visit. My dog had to have oral surgery. Due to his age and the severity of the condition I was so worried. The knowledge, skill and tenacity of the Veterinarian, Dr. Kristen Mason, pulled him through and he is now a very active, happy and energetic senior dog! The only reason I couldn't give a 5 star rating is because there seems to be a shortage of vets in this area - no new patients and overbooking appointments is the general trend. I am very happy that this veterinarian clinic was able to do what was needed even though the appointment had to be made 6 weeks in advance. But - everything turned out very well!

As a new patient I was so grateful for how quickly I was able to get in and have my dog looked at. The staff was very helpful with my questions. If your looking for a new Veterinary clinic in the valley, I would highly recommend them

We have a 1 year old golden retriever and a 5 year old husky. Kristin has been amazing with our dogs. Staff are professional and friendly. Prices are fair.

Dr. Kristen Mason is awesome! She loves your animals and is great with both my dogs and cat. I had been going to all creatures for the last few years, but it was becoming increasingly difficult to get an appointment there; sometimes waiting nearly a month or more before I could get in. I was referred to Lakeway by a friend who used to go to all creatures, but went here after being able to get an appointment much quicker. She told me the cost she paid was close to what she had been paying at All Creatures. I was surprised. All creatures has always been known for being very affordable. I made an appointment for a check up, blood draw with testing, and recieved medicine. The price I paid was very close to what I paid at all creatures; within 15 dollars. That, and how well my fur babies responded to Dr. Mason, made my decision for me. I now go to Lakeway for all my vet needs. Happily Lakeway is closer to me and much easier to get an appointment quickly. They also boarded my cat for a week while I was on vacation. Great vet clinic, great staff, Dr. Mason and the other doctors are great! I highly recommend. *update* 3/2021 It has now been several years since I had my first appointment, and I have never regretted it. Kristen Mason, and her staff at Lakeway, have been wonderful. They were empathetic when I had to put one of my two dogs down due to age related decline; letting my husband and I stay in the room as long as we needed to say goodbye. My other dog isn’t afraid of going here, and I board my cat here when I have to go out town because I know the quality of care he will receive. Three things keep me coming back to Lakeway for a long as I live in the valley: adorable cost, compassionate staff, and quality of care. Thank you Lakeway staff, and Dr Mason, for everything you do.
