Switch & bate.....Have paid the monthly fee for the wellness plan for many years and they just tack every additional test on to each visit and screw you. Don't go there.....

The wellness plans are so awesome and definently worth the costs. Especially for me since I have multiple pets. The staff is always kind and courteous and they always try their best to get my pets back to me in a reasonable time frame ❤

You pay outrageously for the monthly plan only to have to pay even more every time you take in your fur baby. Save yourself and your pet and go somewhere else

They are down to one vet and it is very difficult to get an appointment. They recommended I purchase their Banfield care plan without telling me that they are down to one vet, and only open three to four days a week.

Pay every month for their preventive services, forTWO dogs. When they both had serious need of immediate visit We Were Turned Away!!! Not right!

I take my dog there because they have good pet insurance. Even though I live in Klamath Falls.

I’ve had 2 dogs on the Banfield wellness plan for about the past 10 years. I’ve had 1 vet in all that time that I didn’t care for, but all of the other vets have been good. Dr Church at the Medford, OR location is the one we are currently seeing. She is definitely the best vet my dogs have had. Seems to really care about my fur babies, takes time to talk to you about the issues and the proper treatment of them, easy to talk to, calls to follow-up on treatment and is all around a nice person. I can never remember the rest of the staffs names, but they all treat my kids good too. 1 of my dogs gets up on the scale and gives whoever is at the counter a kiss and they all are willing participants:)

Banfield Pet hospital is very professional and does a great job treating animals with care and compassion. They performed an emergency surgery on my cat, and saved his life. They have reasonable pricing too!!

I got online to make an appointment i was given the option for Monday nov 16th at 4pm I took it filled out the rest and it would not let me finish it was 5 min before 8 am while I am doing this . So my husband sees they may be open its Sunday so he called the lady told him they filled that appointment around 7 this morning why can we choose the option of that time slot about an hour after it was filled . Figure out your system super fusterating . She did not even care

Was told I would not be charged for exam when they put down my aging cat and then they did. Had just been there 2 weeks before. $186 instead of $56. Heartbroken and broke too...
