For someone new to all of this I have had no problems at all, I can always get ahold of someone if/when I need to and they’re always willing and able to help me work out whatever it is I’m struggling with. I have recently joined Jim Nolans Allstate Insurance, I left State Farm after 41 years because Jim saved me 200.00 dollars a month for the exact same insurance!! Right!! and he was awesome when my house got flooded, he had a crew of 6 men at my home in 2 hours!! Belfore restoration were very impressive! and now my car was hit by a motorcycle and he had my car being towed and looked at the same day also had me in a rental that day!! Worst insurance company, ever. Told me my musical instrument was secured for protection as well as my apartment when I purchased renters insurance. Then, three days later - AFTER I was already on vacation in another state they called to say that I was in fact, not protected at all unless I wanted to send them more money. This was after the confirmed transaction where they reassured my fiance and I that there would be no extra or 'hidden' fees. Soured our vacation and we had to come home early because of the stress. I wouldn't trust James Nolan if my life depended on it.

Update: After working with these guys for over a year, I can honestly say that this is the best insurance agent you can find anywhere. They are so helpful, always friendly, and on top of things. They will go out of their way to make sure you are a satisfied customer.

I've been a customer of James Nolan Allstate for many years. His team of professionals have always been friendly, accessible, and ANYTIME I've needed to use my coverage for a small fender bender, or I had questions about new auto or homeowner policies, they've helped navigate the sometimes confusing small print. James Nolan Allstate is a great place to do business in Medford, and I'd recommend to anyone needing insurance for home, auto, or life.

I strongly do not recommend this location! I needed to move to a different state. After multiple calls and emails, I believed that all payments and issues had been resolved. I was also informed through phone that everything was good to go. After over 9 months I received a credit collection for a payment that I was informed was taken care of the year before. I have now since removed my business from Allstate because of this office and I will never go back.

Not only do I trust Jim with my personal business but also for my company business. I have recommended him to personal friends and business associates always with outstanding results.

James went above and beyond!!! Not only is he a great Allstate agent, he is a good friend. I haven't bought a new car in over 15 yrs, after buying from Lithia and purchasing an extended warranty, service agreement and GAP insurance, I call James to get his take on the deal I got. Not only did he give me great advice, he took me over to Butler Kia and introduced me the their Business manager John Stafford, together they saved me over $1500 dollars on warranty, service agreement and upgraded to comprehensive!
