I have been going to this vet since they were called Orchard Hill, and I don't want to go anywhere else. The staff is kind and compassionate. They really care about your animals. Also quite affordable.

I am so appreciative of Dr Beth, office manager Nic, and the whole crew. They are unfailingly compassionate and honest; they provide the information we need to make decisions about treatment that fit our values. When we've had to make difficult decisions about our dogs, it is apparent to me that this office shares our heartache... As well of course as our joy in any new addition! Nothing but gratitude for this office; so glad we found them.

Dr. Guerny is absolutely amazing. One of the most compassionate vets I’ve ever met. We don’t go here anymore because we moved and it’s too far for routine care, but even years later, I’m still thinking about how great our experiences were. We had a very bad emergency visit at another location in town, and Dr. Beth was kind enough to walk me through options and give advice from her personal cellphone at 10pm. Without her guidance, we probably would have had to euthanize my kitty. Our older cat also had an emergency situation here, and was treated with the utmost care and love. He is now 17 years old and going strong, thanks to Dr. Beth and her team. We love our current vet, but would come back here in a minute if it was an option, due to the extreme commitment to the wellbeing of the animals they treat, and the amazing after hours accessibility and care. Beth even apologized to me the night of the emergency for not getting back to me sooner, because she was at her sons school performance and her phone was off. That’s WAY above and beyond the care I have expected or received anywhere else. Thank you for your dedication and commitment to your job. It means the world to us!

Very kind, helpful people. We didn't have the money to get everything done that they suggested and they where very understanding. Nick got us the medication we needed for Reese's, took care of what he could in the office and walked us through the needed at home care. I will definitely recommend them any chance I get.

Hello, let me introduce myself. My name is MoMo I am a German Shephard and I am (at least that is what the humans say) a little difficult … well what do they know. I did go a little OCD a couple weeks ago and busted a blood vessel in my ear, that caused my ear to go a little crazy and fill up with blood … not so good … it started looking like a bloated sack. That human that usually feeds me and picks up my poop brought me to this place … and let me tell you I hate these places, I have been there before … it smells like sick animals and some humans are really rude to you!!! But this place was different … it still smelled the same, but the humans were actually friendly, kind and not really scary. Long story short, I was still being … let’s say my difficult self and made a real big fuss about nothing … them humans were still nice … can you believe that ?!? Anyway, they poked me in the ear and things started to feel a whole lot better … I give them a lot of credit for that … even if they put this wired blue sock on my nose that kept me from opening my mouth. I never did understand that thing but no matter my human took it right off after they were done poking my ear. I am rambling off now, so back to what I actually wanted to say … THANKS A BUNCH … this was a very pleasant experience ! A few weeks later .... Hello Humans and fellow Canines, I figured I let you know how this ear thing played out. The ear is fine ... sort of ... it seems to be a bit 'floppy', but I think that just gives me some style and the feed me guy seems to not mind at all. I am going to add an 'after' picture of this so you can see what I mean. I walk my human by this place just about every other day just to make sure it's still there ... I don't like these places ... but if I have to go again, I really prefer it to be this one. Viel Spass und auf Wiedersehen ... MoMo Another few moths later .. and back to that getting-poked place. I have a bump on my side and that feed-me guy was worried ... well it just turns out to be a fat bubble, I hope he feels better now ... after all he has quite the fat bubble too :) Oh before i forget ... I am going to add a couple more pictures, isn't that white stuff great and you can eat it too! How cool is that. Bis zum nächsten mal MoMo,

I have a yellow nape parrot, this to my knowledge is the only vet for birds! Your wait time is minimal, everyone is friendly, including the office cat! Prices are very fair, the vet knows my parrot very well, and has done a few things for free!! If, you need a vet, your going to find this vet as, one of the best in the valley!!

The entire staff at Alder Creek Vet Clinic is always OUTSTANDING an trying to help my 2 elderly cats. Especially Beth and Jen, the vets. They get you in quickly and even if no appt. will try to work u in. My 2 cats had/have Renal Failure and Lymphoma so it's upsetting to me but they rallied around an found other less expensive routes for me to go for the cancer cat. Would highly recommend them to all. I worry about all the stress they must go thru in their jobs. Highest Star count for them.

I have been a client for many years and have Always felt the warmth and sensitivity from them for which they are famous. My pets are considered exotic, rabbits and rats, but Dr. Gurney has been a knowledgeable vet and support to our family. We love her!

Where do I start they are amazing and a blessing to our community to have people with such good hearts. I'm not going to lie I googled my way to them and I feel blessed to have meet them. I have three pomerians till recently all varying in different size, age , and additude ,and they have done so much for us. We took in our older dog for fleas and learned he need teeth work (common amoung the breed) and they were right our dog was so much happier , he became playful and social again we know it changed him for the better . One of our dogs was a mini pom we found at a truck stop we immediately Took her there we knew they could help. She too had to have all her teeth removed to be done and had some huge thing on her neck , and they took her in and saved her life . She grew to be one of thee happiest healthy dogs ever & my best friend in the world. Recently my lil dog blackie was attacked by a pitbull and we rushed her there, sadly there wasn't much we all could do but they gave me a few more mins with my best friend long enough to sing to her before she died. I must of caused quite a scene but they remained calm ,understanding and loving in my time of need. They also always send reminders and cards often they really seem to care for our dogs. I just received one to day from them and the whole team sent their love and wrote in side the card I fell apart , this amazing group of people are just so absolutely wonderful .

Everyone was very nice and had knowledgeable answers to all of my questions. The vet was thorough with my girls treatment and knew what she was doing.

All other vets mess up in my experience. Dr. Gurney is the only one who helped our cat get over an eye infection and skin condition. Had him even to the specialist for eyes in Central Point. They didn't fix but Alder Creek did. I could go on for a long time about how much better she is but I will stop. I won't go anywhere else with our pets.

We stumbled upon them looking for a place to treat exotic animals. We know take all of our animals there. They are fantastic.
