There is room for improvement on the vets service

I really love the people here but it's a bummer can't go in with our fur buddies.

They treat your animals as if they are there own. Very loving people.

Took my Kitty here to get his cyst looked at and ended up getting it removed. Dr.Benson, Stacy and Rachel were very patient and understanding. Stacy gave me an in depth walk through of how to clean the drain and what to look out for. Thank you for taking such good care of my kitty!

We've taken our pets to them in the past, but because our pets did not come for regular visits, our account was canceled by them. I only found this out due to calling and asking for an appointment. I was told they were not taking on new accounts even though I had been there two years prior for putting our dog down. When asking for another recommendation, they want to send me out of the area and to another place that doesn't take new accounts. It saddens me because we thought we could trust them to take care of our pets. So if you have a pet that hasn't been there before, don't even call because they won't take you or see your pet. Very unreliable and poor service

You want to know a secret? Answer your phone “Hi we are only taking emergencies at this time, how can I help you.” Don’t make people sit for 20 minutes on hold to tell them you can’t help them. My time is much more valuable than that, and clearly you don’t think so. Run VERY far away from vets even for emergencies like this folks! It’s a big red flag right off the bat.

Best clinic we have ever been to

Companion Pet is wonderful, caring and determinated to make sure their animals are all important.

I had to make an emergency appt. They were very caring and helped us as much as possible with our cat.

They corrected a botched Neuter on my Cat from another office when he started bleeding all over the next day.. Thank you!! Knowledgeable kind staff put us at ease and got him the help he needed quickly.

Nice staff, our dog and cat received great care- shots, spay, neuter. My only critique would be I wish I had received a reminder text that my dog was old enough to get his rabies shot. I don't pay attention to pist card mailers and if it was an email it may have gone to spam. Other than that, prices and service are great!

Really great staff, and super quick service!

We found a stray GIANT puppy and he's very nervous and loud around strangers. They were patient and kind and by the end of the visit when they brought him to the car, he was prancing, happy, and leaning into them for hugs. We've been here for several animals and they've always been good but today they were EXCEPTIONAL! If we we could give more stars we would.

We received compassionate and thoughtful care from both of the vets we saw.

It was so outstanding that I can't think of anything else they could have possibly done to make it better!

I am confident that my fur babies receive the best care. The staff is so friendly and helpful!!

The worst experience ever the staff especially the tech grabbing at my dog because he wouldn’t go in the office. Mind you my dog is a senior dog . Don’t take your dog to Companion pet clinic in McMinnville.

We love going to companion, they always do a great job with our dog. The most important part is that she loves going and I trust that they will take amazing care of her everytime!

Very good vet and staff. Listened to my concerns, gave me a detailed plan and payment options. Very nice to my kitty and best of all, this place is so much less expensive than other vets!

They were awesome when my dog had an emergency

The staff is phenomenal. They promptly came out to my vehicle, let my dog get to know them for a second before whisking him inside. Not too long after that, the Dr called me and explained to me, in detail, all of her concerns and suggestions. Before I knew it he was back outside ready to go home. Very professional, completely caring.

Great vet for dogs cats and rabbits!

Had been taking my puppy here from birth. Loved that they were about a mile from my house. Kind of pricey but they were so close I didn't mind. My 8 lb pup got sick. After he had diarrhea for 2 days I called to see if they could see him. They didn't take "emergency" cases. It would have taken 2 weeks to see him. I had to drive over an hour to take him to Tualatin Emergency Vet. Cost me almost $300. They prescribed him antibiotics and probiotics and tested him for some things. He's fine now. Companion has lost my business. If you can't see a pet when they're actually sick, what's the point?

We thought we had such a good vet that we went to for our dog regularly and then when we had an emergency we weren’t able to get in. They are more concerned with getting new patients rather than helping their existing patients!

The BEST!!! People that love animals just for the sake of loving them. We had a rescue cat that we tried to get help at a different place after they tried to charge us 2200$ These people had it done for less than half that. Happy pets are one of the joys of life.

I don't know I never went here ever

Was sad about not being able to go in with my puppy. They were very understanding and answered all my questions over the phone. They were very fast as well!
