Very disappointed with the service I have received. Each time I bring my pets I wait 30-40minutes past my appointment time before my animals are collected. I understand curbside is time consuming and that you may be under staffed, as someone who works in a very fast paced office, it is always nice to know if an office is running behind so you are able to plan accordingly. The staff have always been short with their tone and rude. Seems like all that is cared about at this clinic is money. Everytime I call I am immediately put on hold, which for the first few times I thought you must be busy. But after being a client there for 2 years and getting that same thing, I now find it unprofessional. I called this evening because I have a kitten who was clearly injured and bleeding from his paws. It appeared that his stitches had opened up and he had an open wound from his neuter. I have adopted this kitten from over 2 hours away, the vet he was neutered at is not easy to get to. I called Baker Street animal hospital because that is where I take my animals Fynn and Alaska. I was immediately put on hold by the person who answered, I politely said that it was fine and waited, very concerned for my kitten. I waited 5 minutes which felt like forever with no answer, so I called back. The phone was answered and I was asked to be put on hold, I said no, I have an emergency. The girl on the other end sighed and said "what's going on" clearly annoyed that I wouldnt wait on hold for an additional 5 minutes. I explained what had happened and she told me to call the vet the kitten was neutered at. She stated that they were about to close and that their schedule was full. I asked her "So you are not going to help me with this?" And she said no. I hung up and was able to get help elsewhere. I would not write this review if i had not experienced such terrible service and lack of care for animals. I will be transferring my animals to a vet that will CARE for animals. Regardless of what the schedule looks like OR recommend somewhere I can go. I suggest you hire more people who are not rude and better schedule your patients to prevent staff burnout. This dis organization and just utter lack of care is so so disappointing. As someone who has worked in the medical field for 10+ years and is a lover of animals, I could never ever imagine treating a patient like this. DO NOT CALL IN EMERGENCY THEY WONT HELP YOU

One star is too much for this place. Perhaps the individual answering the phones is having a bad day or a case of the "Mondays". Our Bengal cat has only been seen at this place. All or our other animals go elsewhere, but we were hoping our experiences here with our cat would be good and we could move our other cat and dogs here. However, service has been mediocre at best. The Bengal is pregnant, due in 10 days, and has a sudden eye issue and we needed to get her in...To keep this short and do the point, they said we should use our other vet... Thanks for the great advice, our family will take it as well.

This bet worked us in as a new patient to an already busy schedule after we lost one of our puppies. They were professional courteous and thorough. We will continue business with them

Our boy isn’t the most friendly at the vet but they treat him so well and fix any problems that we have. It’s never too expensive either. 10/10 I love it here

It is so nice to work with a clinic that is so kind, patient and respectful! Their certified vet technician Allie was very knowledgeable and helpful over the phone and in person. Baker Street Animal Hospital is a place I can trust. They have high quality work ethic and care. I cant see myself going anywhere else in the future.

Emergency vet care is hard to come by in our area, but Baker st animal clinic got us in quickly. The vetrenarian was caring and worked diligently to help resolve our dogs emergency medical problems. The staff and vet were caring and compassionate. I highly recommend!

Very happy with them. I brought in a stray cat that adopted me about a year ago so I knew nothing about this cat except he was up in years and had been outside for quite awhile. Baker street diagnosis was right on and gave him fluid and pain med. and antibiotics. Hes eating like crazy again and his old self. I will be back.

Usually more expensive when compared to other vets in the area. Everytime I call they pick up super quick, but there is no point in doing so if they just as quick ask you to hold and then put you on hold before you even say it's okay to do so or not (I hate that with a passion. Specially when after a while of holding, they ask again if you can continue holding and still cut you off before you get a word in). They are nice people, the vet her self cares for the animals very well, it's just the disconnect from their customer service that I have an issue with sometimes since I pay a tiny bit more to have my pets seen by them and I figured the service should reflect the price. If this allows .5's I'd do 3.5. Good pet service, meh customer service. Edit: for some reason it would not allow me to reply to the owners reply so I'll do it here. Yeah, I understand the crisis we are on and I do see you guys going back and forth when I pass by. But telling people to hold before they get a word in has gone on from before the virus. Atleast when I call, cant say about others. I dont think the 3 star is fair as I stated earlier so I'll change it to 4 because you guys really do take great care of our pets.

Excellent Service. They have a way with my usually aggressive black Mouth Cur. The visit went way beyond my expectations. He went in with a mouth guard and came out without one happy go lucky.

My poor fur baby had chewed a sore on his foot pad. They squeezed us in and got him set up on meds and it didn't cost my whole paycheck!

My wife took our dog Charlie there for many years. He defeated the odds and exceeded his life expectancy many times thanks to the great care he received from everyone at Bakerstreet Animal Hospital. They went above and beyond and were very compassionate even when things took a turn for the worst. I will always go to this vet for any pet care. Been to all of them and this is by far the best! Worth every penny!

Dr. Wilson and Dr. Scheiper clearly chose the right profession. Both are extremely knowledgeable and very caring and responsive. Everything a pet owner wants when their 4-legged fur baby is in trouble. The Front Office Staff and Vet Tech Team members are also great. Thank you Baker Street Vet!

There is usually a 30-40 minute wait after the time your appointment is scheduled before they even take your pet inside. “Covid” shouldn’t be an excuse sounds like maybe over booking. And the tech staff is bad at scheduling appointments & pick up times and when asked about it they are sarcastic and rude. Tried to give the benefit of the doubt but something happened each time I went. I do not recommend them.
