My wife had one of our cats seen here. We drove a very long way to have this happen. Due to covid, my wife went in and I stayed in the car. My wife knows good service and would NOT stop talking about the GREAT service was that our cat received. This veterinarian is the best I've ever heard about. I WISH MORE VETS WERE LIKE THIS! THANK YOU OCEANLAKE!!!!????????????

Dr. Malted had called me for interview after getting my resume. I had offered Volunteer service as well as job. I was told they needed employees ASAP. I was told I would be contacted by end of week. There was no contact. I followed up 3 times 2 by phone 1by walking in.. Again no response. I have held a management position for over 20 years. A simple call is at very least is very rude. 30 seconds of your time. The vet had not opened for business yet, so no over flow of animals. I would never take my pet there due to not only lack of communication but also being very rude.

If you live in Lincoln City this is the Vet for your pets, they have the best staff on the beach

Dr Malter and her staff have been absolutely amazing for my furry family. They have all consistently gone above and beyond for all of my dogs, doggy emergencies, and myself as a puppy mom. I trust them implicitly with the care and wellbeing of my most beloved family members and could not imagine having anyone else care for us. Dr. Malter always explains everything thoroughly, responds promptly, and goes out of her way to make caring for my dogs straight forward and affordable. Everyone is patient, and compassionate and I am forever grateful for them.

It is extremely difficult to get in touch to schedule an appointment. They rarely answer the phone, appointments are booked very far in advance and then the waiting room is over crowded- so expect to wait a good twenty minutes past your scheduled appointment time! A very frustrating experience.

Cannot say enough about the Clinic and Dr Jen Malter. They are the absolute best! Very professional as well as extremely caring, not only for our dogs but for their humans. We had to say our forever goodbye to our beloved Romeo. Dr Jen and the entire staff were so incrediably caring and supportive during the entire diffucult time. We cannot thank them enough.

The staff here genuinely cares about you and your pets. They will work with you on prescriptions and services, in a world on uncertainty, that means a lot. They are the absolute best in Lincoln County, possibly all of Oregon! Justin.

I have had good experiences at this vet's office. The parking can be a little difficult as the lot gets full but well worth the parking. The staff is nice and the facility is clean from what I have seen of it.

Went in on time for appt. Had to wait for the doctor after the initial exam for a few minutes, but the total visit was less than an hour for exam, vaccines and questions. Very professional experience.
