While RV traveling my cat that was in end-stage renal failure passed away. The staff handled her cremation for me with warmth and kindness.

I called and was told that, due to them being so busy, I would have to bring Nikki in on an emergency basis for $147! I was willing to do it because I thought they would help us. I am disabled and on a small income. I told the Dr about my limitations. She was dismissive and rather rude. Made a remark about my cashmere coat, which I got for free! I asked if we could give the front office my spouses paycard number and be billed weekly for anything over the $147. She interrupted me and said no, we don’t make payment arrangements. I made it very clear that we couldn’t afford much three times. She brought up care credit and laughed at me when I told her we have poor credit and are not eligible. She left the room and came back with an $800 estimate!! They proceeded to tell me I could just do the sedation, cleaning of my dog’s eyes and antibiotics. Well over $300 for this! I said no thank you, I am sorry I came and left. They had an off duty cop friend call me and threaten me! So now I am out $147 which means we can’t look for another place we could afford. My dog is suffering and these people absolutely DO NOT CARE. Only go to this vet if you have lots of money and don’t care how they treat people who don’t. I am angry that I paid because there’s no way a complaint was filed by the time I got home! Also- the office was completely EMPTY AND SILENT. No animal noises or customers but they are too busy for a regular appointment!? No! They are running a scam and they don’t care who suffers from it- animals and people. I am looking forward to seeing karma at work.

My girl was pulling out her hair from a flea allergy i took he in and I felt like a bad pet owner. They made me feel like I did the right thing by bringing her in on a emergency visit. Yes its going to take time for her fur to grow back but they did a great job. She is no longer over grooming she isn't pulling out her hair. She is playful and feeling tons better after 2 shots and 2 topical treatments. Thank you for helping my girl and letting me know things happen and she is getting better every day. By the way she growned the whole way there and back. A whole whopping 2 miles hahaha

PAWS is great. ALL the staff are kind, friendly and sympathetic over the phone aAND in person. When I was a brand new cat Mom, I would call when I thought something might be wrong and they would ask me questions, tell me what is typical behavior, what problems to keep an eye out for, what is an emergency, things I can do at home to help, and always what they had available for appointments if I did want to bring my darling cat in, and/or if they didn't have any openings, how I I could come in on an urent care/work-in basis AND how much it would cost me. ALL of our cats (even the feistiest of them) love Dr. Johnson and all of the people who work there. They all must be animal whisperers. The cats are calm, cooperative, and never act up at their appointments. Vet visits are never a negative experience at PAWS. I highly recommend Dr Johnson and PAWS Animal Hospital.

Always amazing and very helpful.

My sister and I called to come in for an emergency appointment, they got us right in, but the vet we saw was incredibly unprofessional. We were not there for a checkup, but there for issues causing our puppy immediate pain yet she felt the need to delve into where we purchased the dog, how much we paid for him, being extremely judgmental of how he was bred. We did not come here to for anything but to help our baby with pain he was having with extreme diarrhea and yet she felt the need to go over issues with his breathing. Overall, extremely rude and judgmental, addressing issues that have nothing to do witb our purpose of visit. Never will come back.

Staff very sweet when I had to put my Milo down. I was with him and it was as good as any that knew me well. I will return when I have my other great dane with me. Thank you PAWS for seeing us.

I've been the one to take our dog in here since the pandemic. We were trying to get his ear infection taken care of so we ordered some special test that they quoted $220. Then when it came time to pay it was $270. And one day my sister helped me trim the dog's nails. The very next day he went in to paws and they had a nail trim on the receipt. I mentioned both of these discrepancies at the time and they did honor us by rectifying. But what if I didn't speak up? Then a few days before Christmas mom and I were decorating Christmas candles at the table when Dr. Johnson called. I heard her say they will continue to see our dog but they don't want to deal with your daughter. That really hurt my heart for days ????. Yeah I'm an HSP and proud of it. My mom was awesome she asked if I heard that and said "I'm sorry." She didn't say another word about it until she took him to his appointment with Dr. Rideout at Faithful friends across town.

My dog was diagnosed as epileptic right around the time covid hit and with lock down I didn't feel like I was being heard about the concerns I was having. Being about to go in and have a conversation and being told that you are right to be concerned makes me feel so good. So glad I found this place.

Love PAWs staff. Doc Johnson and her team are professional, caring and knowledgeable. A little higher priced than some other vets in our area but worth every penny. I highly recommed PAWS.

Dr. Johnson and staff are amazing! She is beyond through with her exams. She caught something on my dog that 3 other vets looked over. Since then my dog has had a surgery to remove the mass that was found. I am beyond grateful that Dr. Johnson took the time. Very recently we had to put down one of our older dogs. Dr. Johnson was very compassionate and very professional. Her staff was also super amazing during this really hard time. We felt supported and that's what we needed. We live over an hour a way but that is no issue. This clinic is worth it!!! The staff is worth it!!!

Slightly more expensive than some of the other vets in the area, but worth every penny. Staff is knowledgeable and polite. Never had a bad experience here.

When it was time to say goodbye to my feline friend of 16 yrs I was pretty upset to say the least.Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor were exceedingly patient and compassionate.Thank you.

I went to put my best friend down because of old age and body issues. It was very hard but these people were very helpful and helped me through the whole process RIP Buddy I love you! ❤️

Debbie johnson excellent care for my furbaby gracies stubborn cherry eyes several years ago although surgery on one eye didn't last no fault of Debbie's I was definitely happy with her and clinic reasonable price and most importantly she and they treated my furbaby with genuine concern and care thank you debbie and staff i highly recommend this clinic ;)????????
