Got new dog tags and toys. Store looks out of shape and disorganized though.

Normally when we get our puppy back he has been brushed and scrubbed clean to where he doesn’t shed for at least a week. Whoever did his bath this time didn’t brush him and they didn’t scrub him. The next day he was covered in dry skin and was shedding like crazy. She didn’t brush him much.

I take my dog Dasey in for nail trim, really getting sick of the lack of skill they have. They're to busy talking to each other, an not on doing a good job. 22.00 for almost nothing.

Close location, prices are decent, lots of choices. "Kaytee" pet bedding has been out of stock or no longer carried for a while now, which is unfortunate. However, they are only place I can get my cat litter at, and I love the sample packs you can buy as toppers for a treat for you're pet.

Excellent staff & Service. Great selection. I especially love their large selection of freshwater fish & supplies as we don't have a local fish store in Hillsboro.

I would give 0 stars. This place is a COMPLETE mess. 1. They did not call me when my dog was finished being groomed, which required an already anxious dog to be alone in a crate longer than necessary. They are supposed to care about my dog- I'm so upset. 2. The manager literally lied to me over the phone and switched her story from someone "tried to call and tried to leave a VM" (to which I responded, how do you try, no one called...) to "accidents happen!" and took 0 responsibility for the mistreatment and neglect of my dog. 3. Gave me the wrong receipt for my dog, and had me completely baffled on why they gave everything different than I had asked for and paid for- what a nightmare. I will never go here again and I will warn off others for the safety of their pets and confidence that their pets are in good organized responsible hands.

Horrible experience. I went in with my dogs being perfectly fine and left with them crying. they were being rough with them, and wouldnt let me grab them once they freaked out. disgusting. do better

Love this place. All the staff are great, friendly and helpful. They have our cat food there, fairly priced. So many cute toys, got some cat litter in a paper bag (my fav kind). No icky plastic bag. Love it.

Try the groomers!! Excellent service and products...buy some food, adopt a cat, start a fish tank...it's all here!

The clinic inside Petco took responsibility of my dog, he was swelling after getting his rabies vaccine. we called them and through vetco they paid his emergency vet bill.
